Nice location, good prices.

No pool or hot tub. Asked about the gym on Tuesday if open and they said yes. Tried to get in Friday morning and they told me no. After asking 2 other people someone left me in. Top it off with only juice, yogurt and a mini bun for breakfast. Payed more $$ for those things and not worth it. Should of stayed elsewhere for cheaper.

Very nasty would not recommend anyone there was hair on the sheets even blood spots. Coffee pot was disgusting they wouldn’t replace it. We told the woman that worked up front and she acted like we was a burden told us she was stressed because they was busy. I give them a half of a star. Will not go back.

Well I can say that when we got here everyone was nice very helpful housekeeping keep us with fresh clean towels upon our request because I had a DND on our door room was clean everything was nice breakfast was good so when I come to Richmond for my business needs we will be staying here everytime.

Well 1st room had mud tracks everywhere and a pill in the floor 2 nd room had bug bombs and roach hotels 3rd room also had stuff in floor! The guy at the front desk acted like he didn’t care even after seeing the pictures I had taken of the 1 st room then the guy seen for his self with his own eyes the 2 nd and 3 rd room! Don’t stay at this hotel they are very rude and rooms are nasty …

Very nice room, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. I only wish I had the chance to swim in the indoor pool! Employees were gracious, helpful, and proactive. Close to the interstate, so there was some traffic noise, but not disturbingly loud. Great choices all around within strolling distance for good eats. Our night here was wonderful.

Easy to get to. Restaurants within walking distance. Evening front desk staff not overly friendly or helpful. Room smelled a bit musty. Overall a decent room and stay.

Have meetings there quarterly in the breakfast nook. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a good breakfast included. Free parking and good location right off interstate close to shopping restaurants and grocery.

Okay place comfortable beds. My husband went to walk in bathroom and a roach crawled out from under bathroom sink (it was morning after otherwise we would’ve left). I told front desk and only response was okay we will tell them to spray.

Awesome stay. Comfortable bed with nice sheets. Pillows a PLUS. Plump. Not flat. Over all clean. Continental breakfast.

Honestly, we just slept here. Got in very late and left early the next morning. Place was nice, clean, reasonably priced and the breakfast was good. Were here for a college visit. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

We spent a quick overnight on our way back north. Check in was quick. Rooms and public spaces were clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfy. Staff were few but there to help if needed.

Very friendly lady at the front desk and very helpful when it came to directions to find a place to eat in the area. Room was clean and the area was very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

The facility is not a 100%, but the people who work here that we interacted with were. Very polite and extremely helpful. Even the fellow guests that we interacted with were friendly. That says a lot about a hotel. The room was clean as were the beds. Crisp and fresh sheets. No sign of bed bugs. Clean bathroom. The breakfast options were good. We'd definitely stay again.

Convenient location, near interstate. A variety of good food choices, for various budgets, within walking distance. Entertainment options located within walking distance as well. Next to galaxy bowling and champion bar and grill, across bypass from a mall and movie theater. Clean hotel offering hot food choices for breakfast.

This place was amazing. And I slept better here than I have in the past 6 months. Very clean. Very polite people. Good breakfast in the a. M.

This is pretty standard as far as Comfort Suites goes. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. It's within walking distance of several restaurants, stores, and attractions. The hotel is off a busier street, but I have no complaint about traffic noise. The hot tub was a little cooler on the first night, but I believe they had just refilled it that day because it was normal temperature the second night. Breakfast was pretty average. They offered some breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and a couple hot items (sausage patties and egg rounds for my stay). They did have a waffle maker. The driveway into the hotel is rather steep, so be aware of your vehicle is heavy. Truck drivers and box trucks: There is room for a bobtail in the parking lot. The canopy over the front door has a 13'6 clearance. Use the eastern entrance, because it's a little wider, and take it slow.

I attend a Business meeting at the hotel on a quarterly basis. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is always fresh and good. Sleeping rooms are clean and well stocked.

Nice lobby. Quite hotel. Good close places to eat and a bowling alley with good food and bar. Downside is hotel needs updating. Tv sucks. Things are kinda falling apart. Needs some tlc bad. Our door ws loose fitting seemed like it wouldn't stay shut. Alot of the other rooms doors were in bad shape huge gaps at the bottoms. Our window had a crack in it and mold all around the window frame. The AC unit at to be set at 64 to keep the room cool enough at night. In the day it coyld be on 70 and be fine. So I find that weird.

Clean, big rooms! Breakfast was fine. We were with a group of travelers that all stayed at the Hampton down the street except us. We won the "who picked the best hotel".

Guest checkin was awsesome, the gentlemen who checked us in was very professional and kind. The room was great, and clean, could tell the carpets have been cleaned many times due to the awesome pet policy, be hey were were traveling with 2 small dogs so we had no issues… will definitely come here again in may of 2018 as the foo fighters concert was cancelled last night and rescheduled to may… bummer for me as I am from Florida, I will already have a great hotel on reserve.

The hotel is just off the highway and easy to drive to. The room was bright and airy with very good internet. There is a swimming pool and work out room, I didn't have time to use either. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel. Everything was fresh, eating area clean. I would stay here again. Greg H.

Just went to a birthday party there, but they had a great room space for it and nice tables and chairs. The kids used the pool and had a wonderful time.

Excellent stay! Staff is very attentive and friendly, they make you feel like family. Nice gem of a hotel, very clean, secure and comfortable. You will not go wrong staying here! It is easy to find from the highway and has plenty of food and shopping choices within walking distance.

The location is great! Directly off 75. You have the mall and food within walking distance also. The room was very clean and they served a good breakfast for it to be continental. They had biscuits with hikeade gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, toast, danishes, fruit, yougurt and juice.

Floors need to by cleaned better. Hot tub jets did not work. Beds were comfortable. Water in shower was able to get too hot.

We always stay here when we come to Richmond! Rooms are clean and comfy. Pet friendly is a plus. Staff is very nice, will help you with anything you need. We'll be back!

We had to stay due to a house fire, the rooms were big to where you had enough room to get around, nice pool hottub was nice but would get so hot at times to where it was unbearable, however our room had holes all in the ceiling the holes were up where the beds were and the couch so something was kinda fishy about that I think someone had had that room rigged up with camerea at one time or the hotel had this done, the holes just didn't look to good everything about it was fishy, remote didn't work, replaced batteries and still didn't work, the beds were ok for a few days then was kinda hard we was waking up sore in the morning the sign at frount desk said brand new rooms but we did not receive a new room because our beds were kinda worn down, breakfest was ok staff was friendly, I would stay here again but would not be in room 221, and if you check in make sure you do a room check to check for holes in the ceilings over beds and over the couch,

Gross. Dirty. Room smelled of mold. Water damage on ceiling. Front desk was trying to be helpful but didn't have much to work with. We stayed a total of 15 minutes, even after a room change, before checking out and going to the neighboring Holiday Inn Express.

The staff was really helpful. The rooms were fairly clean but some of the pictures could have used some work. Other than that it wasn't bad for the price.

Check in was quick, and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, there was a fridge, and breakfast was good. No complaints here.

I've stayed here during a snow storm and my family has stayed here for a week. Nothing to complain about. It is a good hotel, within walking distance of a Steak n Shake (fast food) and Starbucks. Also, a 1 minute drive away from decent shopping and the movies.

The check in staff were awesome and quite helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. My kids enjoyed enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. There are a handful of resturants directly in front of the hotel. If I were passing through I would definitely stay again.

Service was good although they ran out of blankets for our child on the sleeper sofa. I would expect sheets and blankets to be plentiful at a hotel which deals in changing sheets and blankets daily. Oh well, room was inexpensive compared to others in the area. You get what you pay for.

Shout out to the jerk night manager at the Comfort Suites — Richmond, KY. ComfortSuites We have stayed there every trip so far. When we checked your website at midnite and saw there were rooms available plus saw your empty parking lot, we thought we would be staying there last night also.
But when you gave me a plethora of excuses as to why we couldn't have a room at midnite… from "my computer system is shut down for the night" and "Comfort Suites computers don't all match up so they don't know what we have available here" to "no one calls us to check how many rooms we have" to finally "I said there's no rooms here" — we took our business to the Quality Inn across the street. They were more than happy to provide us with a room and a good nights sleep. Bad business management Comfort Suites!

We stay here 4 times a year. They have new rooms and a great staff.

My professional meeting is held at comfort suites in Richmond 4 times per year. We meet in the breakfast nook and spend the night at the hotel the night before the meeting. Ryan the manager and tina are very accomadating to us. Rooms are always ready for us to check in and the staff helps us with all needs. Great location for our meeting.

Stayed here to try something diffrent then a marriot. The rooms look modern the staff are wonderful the entrance is beautiful and the jacuzzi in the bedroom is nice. However the bed is a rock the sheets were not freshly clean. Hair was in the bed when we got here and the bed sheet had a stain. Water pressure was less then a water fountain at a school. Fan did not work in the bathroom and shower curtain was way to small making it a death trap when you get out. Breakfast was minimal and needs someone to keep it clean constantly. Price is way to high for a suite. Paid $140 for a mediocre stay certainly will not be back.

Skylar made our visit very enjoyable. As all the staff. Morning breakfast was unbelievable. Very helpful with directions. Housekeeping staff very efficient. Great location. Will certainly we back.
