The hotel was ok, but highly overly priced in my opinion. I also found some bugs in our room as well.

Shame on you Hilton. We have stayed here so many times because my son goes to UPike next door. I know many other families do too. Overnight my sons dorm had a carbon monoxide leak and had to evacuate. They would not let us rent a room for him with our credit card (he is 20). They said they couldn't make a special exception because they would have to do it for everyone. No smalltown helping hand here. No neighborly love. I am sure they get a lot of business from that school. They certainly have from my husband who is a Hilton Rewards member with over 500, 000 points. So sad.

If you want to eat or drink in Pikeville there are several places that aren't through the roof expensive and the food will be better. I can deal with over priced items if the service is good, but a rude bartender never works for me when I'm paying $4 for a bottled beer.

The beds were comfortable and so were the blankets! Which is always wonderful! Overall classy and lovely place.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on a recent trip my wife and I took there to visit family for a week. The staff were so nice and personable, they addressed all of our needs, and worked to make our stay the best it could be. The dining and bar staff were exceptional and we appreciated their attentiveness.

Great hotel, parking is a challenge some times. But overall clean rooms, great staff. Always my choice when I go there.

Great hotel. Convenient location. The only issue is parking, they have a garage but it is on the other side of the Hampton Inn. It's not too far away, just a small nuisance if you don't know where to park.

Very disappointed with the managements lack of professionalism and customer service. We were told to leave the lounge where my 80 year old aunt from Pikeville was playing an acoustic guitar with only my family present in the lounge. We were the only paying customers in the bar. We only intended to play a few songs and have a few drinks. He told us we had to leave where by disrespecting my entire family. We walked across to the Hampton and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Half the family was staying at the Hilton others were at the Hampton. Each year my family attends a reunion will never stay at the Hilton again. Hope the management gets some customer service training. Additionally the service in the bar was horrible.

I’m always glad to get back to my room at the HGI. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfy, all facilities are in working order, and their amenities all strive to be on par with hotels you would find in much more civilized towns.

Went for a wedding. Lovely eedding and reception area.

Is a nice hotel with large room, one thing I didn’t see in other reviews was breakfast isn’t free tho like most hotels… 8.95 very disappointed in that. Hamton inn right down the hall offers free same kind of breakfast, the hotels are connected by a single hall way for about the same price on a room.

Nice place. Breakfast is a great deal. Peaceful. But pool is ice cold.

Excellent hotel in the downtown area of Pikeville. The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are very clean and neat.

Really nice place! Wifi is terrible though we have had alot of bad luck! First time at the here we usually stay at the Hampton side! Think we will stay there next time!

Unfortunately for me this trip was a quick fly through. Arrived after 11 PM and gone by 6 AM. But everything was exceptional. Staff very accommodating and professional. Room very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Would love to come back and stay and spend a little bit of time.

Excellent place to stay! Bed comfy, shower great, room clean, love the breakfast where you can order a tasty breakfast. Beautiful place.

Have stayed several times with this hotel. Experience gets better every time. Breakfast is always great, as well as service. Highly recommend.

We had asked for extra blankets and pillows and never got them. Also went to the front desk and asked for more towels and bags and let them know our shower curtain leaked. No one ever came to fix it. We also asked house keeping to come back and they never did. Room wasn't cleaned and room wasn't restocked for the next day. The rooms ac didn't keep the whole room cool and the mirror in the room was chipping and the tables were dirty. Very unhappy with our stay.

Go somewhere else! Dirty underwear in room, shower wouldn't warm up, no toilet paper, door wouldn't close. Oh, and to top it off, every dish used during breakfast looked like it hadn't been washed for a month. Not even sure how this hotel got a 4.4 star rating.

Difficult to enter hotel. No entrance from parking structure, must walk along road from parking structure through another motel to reach Garden Inn. Poor signage. Horrible pillows. Beautiful rooms and motel.

Always a good stay here when visiting family nearby. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the property is well-kept with far fewer children than at the adjoining Hampton Inn. For the quietest rooms, ask for the ends of the hallways facing campus, really!

Very nice place. Attended a wedding at this location. Felt very upscale and had all the amenities I would expect if staying at the hotel (bar, pool, business center). Very impressed.

Holding back on the stars. We had 2 adjoining rooms. We stayed 2 nights. 1st room, My aunt, the 1st night; hoped into bed, only to discover upon waking that there was blood spots on her pillow & her sheets. (Not her's) She left a note to please change the sheets, on her pillow. Which the staff did when they cleaned her room. 2nd room (mine) we walk in, no one had cleaned our room at all. We left nothing out on the beds or on the tables! Our dirty towels were still on the floor (in a pile) in the bathroom. Trash was not empty nothing was done to our room. My husband went down to get us new towels. Upon mentioning it when we checked out the next morning. I was asked "Did you have personal items on the bed? " No we did not. Amber then said "I will mention it to housekeeping. " We will not stay at this Hilton again.

Accommodations were great. Room was very nice. Staff was frienfly.

Our wedding was the best everything was perfect the food, the staff, decorations was perfect the view was a amazing.

A beautiful venue that is perfect for any event, especially weddings. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. If you're in the market for the perfect venue, the Hilton is the place to go. The view from the top is absolutely gorgeous.

I want to thank your hotel for making my daughters fairytale wedding come to life. I can't say enough good things about how well we were treated and your employees were most gracious to help in anyway they could going well above and beyond what had to be done so thank you again for being so helpful and nice. And I would recommend anyone that is looking for a place for their wedding to check you guys out.
