Best place to be like everything is awesome from Front Desk to housekeeping I really enjoyed my stay the rooms are clean and affordable. Cant wait to visit em again.

Front Desk guy Ron Hillis lied to us and said there was no pillows. So I got my wife to call after I got to the room and he said send someone to get them. Shower doesn't drain very good. Not gonna reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. That's a must with me. The room smelled good when we open the door. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. Love the Down pillows! Breakfast was real food and good. If I ever come this way again I will stay.

Hotel is in a great location to visit family at Ft. Campbell. Shopping isn't too far down the road. The front desk clerk in the morning is so nice and helpful. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job at straightening up while we were out. We are a family of 6 and were able to fit in one room without being cramped. The pool was nice and the morning breakfast was yummy. We will definitely stay here every time we come do visit our daughter.

Great hotel! The property appears new, very well kept. The room was spotless-everything was very clean! Great price as well, we'd definitely stay here again :)

Staff was very friendly and very helpful with all our questions. After staying here for 2 nights the staff addressed us by names and enjoyed having conversations with us. Clraning staff did a great job cleaning up our rooms and helping us with what we needed. Food was great dinning area and tables very clean. Rooms are very clean.

Easy access from highway. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had 2 king beds. The room was clean. The breakfast area was kept clean and food items were kept stocked by the staff.

This hotel is very nice and comfortable! The breakfast is very good! The staff is very friendly, helpful and informative! I've stayed at this hotel repeatedly each year for several years and always look forward to my next visit.

Room was clean but had been doused in a air fresher or carpet freshner. Normslly probably no issie but I am ashmatic. So it took a second to acclimate. They serve breakfast and have a nice pool and gym.

I just booked two nights at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and everything appeared to be top notch clean. About an hour into my stay in the room, I noticed there was a stink bug on the wall. I left it be. It wasn’t bothering me any. There are renovations on the outside of the hotel so I figured it must’ve came in during the construction. I turn over, close my eyes and reopen them to find a baby ROACH on the bed near my pillow. I tried killing it but it got away. Too tired to complain tonight, but will notify the friendly staff in the morning to see what’s going on. Will make a follow up review after I confront the staff. Good night.

Location is convenient. Outside of the building was under renovation, but caused no problems. Pretty happy with my stay. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. A few details here & there weren't great, but small, cosmetic things.

Been here many times… nice employees, clean, comfortable, breakfast is ok… I have no complaints.

Perfectly average hotel with everything you expect, nothing you don't, and comfy beds. What earned them the 5 stars though, is the level of friendliness and customer service from the staff. Absolutely great and beyond what they have to do. Recommended for anyone passing through the area.

Mixed. Shower curtain really smelled bad when we got here. Went to Walmart and bought our own cleaner spray. Best thing we had a laugh about when we first got to our room was finding the pile of unopened condoms in one bed. Staff is sure nice and pleasant maybe because we were laughing about the condoms and not complaining.

This Comfort Inn & Suites was a great place to stay. Super rooms. Plenty of room. Very quiet. Excellent pricing.

I came to visit my children at Fort Campbell. The staff was wonderful… very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. Very convenient to base, restaurants, and shops. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

We had a great stay and the employees were very attentive. The breakfast was good but variety was limited. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Phenomenal experience: My husband was returning from deployment; due to his arrival schedule, we arrived early to the hotel and they made accommodations to allow us to check in a little before the actual check in time. We also had several family members come to see him for the afternoon and the staff made accommodations for us to gather and visit without having to try to pile into one hotel room. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be.

We have stayed at this hotel three times now and we love it. Everyone of the employees are sweet and professional. The gal who works in the kitchen is just the sweetest lady! The food was great and the hotel was very clean!

Overall, a typical fairly new, very clean hotel. Polite staff, convenient location. I do have one informational note. The rooms are super quiet. If you need noise to aid your sleep, bring your own. I can't make this a complaint, but the room last night was almost whisper quiet.

My favorite hotel to stay in. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always extremely clean, the pillows and sheets are amazing, the breakfast is wonderful, and the cost can not be beat. The best.

The manager at the front desk had pulled a 12 hour shift, but was still super friendly and willing to get me a good room and talk about all the local attractions at 11pm. Great service.

Breakfast was wonderful. Each employee treated you as if you visited here every week. They were truly friendly. We will go back again.

This is one of the better Comfort Suites that I have stayed at. The staff is not one welcoming you by name and makes a sincere effort to make sure that your stay is comfortable (no pun intended). The rooms are clean and well presented. The fitness center had top rated equipment made by Precor. There is an indoor swimming pool which is well maintained. Breakfast area is segregated and well stocked and the food is great. This would be a definite stop in future trips. Stop by and check it out.

I live in Oak Grove and had family visiting for my daughter's graduation; this was the hotel they booked. The rooms were nice, and my family raved about how great the staff were. If I have to book a hotel in the future, I will be looking into this one.

The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are uncomfortable too. The rooms are nice but I don't even care anymore. I'll never go back. Then if you complain about your stay, they just nicely tell you that you're the one with the problem because everyone else likes it there. My friend told me thats a sales tactic. I think its pure gas lighting manipulation because I did find other reviews mentioning their extremely poor noise insulation, uncomfortably hard beds and horrible Wi-Fi! After all this, I switched to another hotel.

Newer and very clean hotel. Friendly staff and we loved their breakfast. Would stay again if ever in that state. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Happy Easter.

Fantastic! Was originally at the one in Clarksville, but this was the one I really wanted so they let me transfer my reservation over and I must say the front desk pretty manger was great and patient and informative. I had my whole family switch over to this comfort inn! Great hotel!

Got in very early, 05:00. Doors shutting, etc, etc. Nice place, I don't sleep I'm my own bed it was a little more challenging. Good staff.

Our room was awesome and very inexpensive! The beds were very comfortable and the entire staff was friendly and helpful! We loved the breakfast too! Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Traveing with family, needed a night to stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. Highly recommend.

Very upset on memorial day weekend you would close the pool down for "scheduled maintenance" … I understand you have to keep things going and up… but this is a busy weekend with lots of family traveling. So I spent $200 for 2 nights my 5 year old didn't get to swim but for maybe an hour before it closed when we got here and now it's closed… thank you very much for making this weekend so much fun for us and very difficult to explain to an upset 5 year old. I will NOT ever be staying at this hotel again when we come to visit family. Nor will I recommend poor planning. To top it off I had 2 dirty hand towels I was not going to review but hey I'll throw it in there too while im complaining about the pool.

I'm a diamond member. Very nice comfort inn. Comfortable, clean, and modern. Staff seems a little un ethical (reason for the three stars rather than 4) they had only listed one of the cheap rooms as available, which I booked along with an expensive one, but as soon as I booked, another cheap room became available, and when I arrived I noticed others purchasing the cheap rooms. Good parking. Windows don't open. Breakfast is junk. Location is okay for the area.

The rooms are large, very clean, and very modern. The breakfast is pretty standard and decent and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. While we spent only one night we would come back again.
