Was very disappointed in this motel. TV did not work. Maintenance came up said he fixed it but it was not. Called desk, came up again and finally moved us to another room. Same problem with TV and it kept shutting off and on all night. Complained to desk and all we got was "we will let maintenance know, sorry). For $130. A night,,,,, absolutely not worth it.

This hotel has a chic decor, great amenities (an outdoor pool, a fitness room, and a beautiful lobby area) and it also has great breakfast options! The staff are friendly and helpful, and very accomodating to your needs. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Great looking hotel! The room decor is well designed and appealing and can give you the feel of a higher end establishment. Due to the closeness to the highway, there is more road noise than you'd want but if you are here for business then it's a decent wake up alarm. Overall, nice stay!

I typically do not sleep well when I'm on the road. I honestly slept better than I do in my own bed at this Holiday Inn. The room is very clean, & the staff is friendly. I was about to buy a razor and shaving cream, but had inventory in the back which they gave me for free. I stayed in an awful Wyndham last week, so this was an incredible breathe of fresh air. The internet the first night was not very good, but it seems to have resolved itself. Definitely recommend this place.

Great price for great service. While a ways off from the rest of the hotels in the area, this hotel has very up to date rooms and spacious common spaces. The complementary breakfast was above par.

Rooms are awesome, beds are super comfy! Breakfast was good, pool was warm and clean! Receptionist was very professional and polite! Glad I picked this hotel.

Clean hotel. Little noisy with the room facing the highway. Breakfast was a decent continental and good location for everything we needed.

Lovely place, clean and well managed! The rooms are super clean and quiet, my room had a desk and chair so I could work from my laptop, also free Wi-Fi! The pool area is awesome! There's gas stations and restaurants all along the street, also easy access to the highway! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This place doesn't deserve a star at all. Nasty room, rude staff and nasty breakfast. The bathroom had long black hairs on the floor. Coffee stains and dust. The clerk said there was nothing they could do since I booked through a 3rd party. The manager was too busy flirting with a worker in the corner to care about my complaints. The clerk took my number and said the manager would call, I'm still waiting for her to call. This hotel is disgusting. I will not stay in this hotel again and I certainly will not recommend. I will, however, encourage people to spend their money elsewhere.

The room was nasty. The floor hadn't been swept. There was long black hair, coffee stains and junk on the corner. According to the clerk, since I booked a room through 3rd party there was nothing she could do. She did take my number and said she would have the manager call but the manager was busy flirting with someone and i'm still waiting on a call. For the price I paid gor the room, I expect better and won't be back.

Rooms were great, staff was awesome. Location was perfect. It was three blocks from my families house.

Newly renovated with the furniture that has led ambient lighting across the top. Very nice! Clean room. Very small bathroom. Comfy bed. Spectrum cable TV with interactive guide. Wall control of heater/ac unit. Standard breakfast for Holiday Inn Express. Multiple elevators. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

I liked the aesthetics of this motel, but our room did have a couple of issues for the newness of the facility. The bathroom was cramped. I have been in other holiday inn express locations, but this has been the only one where the bathroom door would barely close while on the toilet! There was significant amounts of cold air coming in around our wall heating unit, so we had to keep the heat running (as opposed to being on auto) for the 4°F air from taking over. Other than that and the mediocre/almost cold breakfast… the surroundings were comfortable and clean. The employees were nice, and the rest of the facility seemed in pretty good condition.

This place is so cool. Good service from the whole staff! The details of the rénovation are painstakingly good. Beautifully decorated, wonderful breakfast, friendly housekeeping, and offers extensive services to make my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a defensive driving class I had for the next 2 days. I loved it. Beds comfy. TV was big. Kuerig right in the room. Room was super clean always and bathroom was great. Clean as well. 10/10 would stay again.

This hotel very clean very pleasant staff. The room was clean, break fast was delicious!. It was easy to find from the interstate very accommodating for handicapped. My uncle has a scooter he rides because of his inability to walk the lobby was spacious including the break fast area.

Horrible service. Our room's door handle wouldn't work. Service guy removed it, and we waited well over an hour an half to get a handle so we could leave to go back to fair. Manager on duty was very rude through the process. Recieved a wake up call extremely early and it wasn't even our wake up call since we didn't request one. Went to breakfast and waitress was asking us for tips and complaining about job and customers. (We ate at a serve your self buffet) Will never be returning here again.

The staff was great. I booked the room an hour before arrival, they had it ready so check I took about 5 minutes. They had a great selection for breakfast the next morning. Check out was a breeze.

Fast, friendly, efficient check-in. Every employee in the building is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Free breakfast was very good. I'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 4 days — they never stocked our coffee maker or soaps, they let people we did not know enter our room (! ) and "forgot" to turn down our room twice. They also locked us out of our room twice by changing the key cards, and then offered our room to another guest that walked into our room with all our belongings in it. Breakfast served until 10, but showing up at 9:15 and they had already begun tear-down, with most of the offerings removed. A train wreck of security and basic amenities. We WAY overpaid. I have seen better service at hotels a quarter the cost!

I would have given it more points but I found several hairs in our room. Some on pillow and sheets some in bathroom not good. Walls are thin my husband was talking to me from bsthroom. The guy in the room next to us answer him. On plus side bed was very comfy and the breakfast was outstanding…

Everything was great about this place with one exception. The parking was great, the staff was great, the Continental breakfast was great, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was wrong was the bathroom. It was so small and cramped that I could not close the bathroom door if I was standing up in front of the toilet! That is not a joke, that is really how small the bathroom was.

Very clean, quiet, and modern hotel. I enjoyed that there was numerous places to plug in devices as well. Each side of the bed had the plugs shown in photo as well as similar panels throughout other parts of the room. We needed a crib for our 1 yr old which was good quality and came with a tight fitting sheet. Some hotels we have stayed at in the past provides a loose fitting crib sheet that we didn't want to use. The crib fit our 32" long son, but it was almost too small. Very short, easy drive to the zoo and downtown areas.

The hotel is being renovated inside and out and the rooms they rent have already been renovated. The rooms are nicely done. The pool is still under construction so if you have kids they'll be disappointed. We would not have stayed if we'd called and found out beforehand. It was late and we were tired from travel. Very friendly staff! Unfortunately we were uncomfortable walking thru and seeing the mess.

The entire Hotel is being renovated. The side doors didn't close or lock due to large broken concrete slabs propping the door open. Pool is closed. The surrounding area is a rough part of town. The room was very clean.

I was in one of the recently renovated rooms. It was clean and modern. Friendly staff at the front desk. Wifi was no good though, my devices couldn't hold onto a signal in room.

The pictures are misleading. The entire place is under renovation. Only select areas are finished and able to house guests. With that being said the room was great. Brand new everything, nice tv, lighting, and beds too. They have a pool, but it was also being renovated. Pretty sure they are renting rooms at discounted rate right now due to the renovations. Only cost us 100 bucks to stay the night. Did not notice anything dangerous about walking through the renovations either. Mostly drywall work going on while I was here. Would stay here again before or after renovations are finished.

The rooms are decent for the price but are very dated and a little cramped. The location is convenient to the highway.

Super slow Wi-Fi. AC in room is super loud. TV channels are a mess and oddly numbered. Would not allow for a late checkout (even when the place was virtually empty)

Rooms clean and comfortable but be careful getting your room serviced. Housekeeping took our wine coolers and soda we had on ice in the bathroom. Why would they take anything if we weren't even due to checkout til a day later. First time I've ever had trouble leaving anything in room!

There was some confusion upon check in. The hot tub area is closed. Their TV channels are hard to work and navigate.

No fridge in room, thats a first! Wifi connection sucks! Remodeling bar so its closed. Vending machines all sold out of soda. Only good thing about this place is the staff very nice and helpful. O and TV barely works. Never will I stay here again!
