The employees were great and breakfast was very good. The room was quite small, no comfortable chairs, no desk, had to search for plug ins. Didn't like that there were no rooms with 2 double beds.

This hotel is nice, but they had construction the day I visited. I was really impressed with the way they made it as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the front entrance and getting around the work they were doing there. I gave it 5 stars because of the effort they took in order to keep the construction out of sight and out of mind.

Undergoing outside remodeling but this looks to be an rebranded older property and untypical of the brand. Normal level conversations could be heard through the walls. The little pastries and pineapple slices tasted funny and were not good… I am guessing to many preservatives? The egg items were good and there are other choices to choose from. Not bad but would not stay there again considering the price and the many other nearby nicer options down the road a few miles.

The staff were VERY friendly. It was very clean. There was construction/remodeling going on but they weren't working when we stayed there so noise wasn't a factor 4 us. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast was really good. Our bed was slightly uncomfortable but not horrible by any means. We would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed it.

Convenient and clean. Free breakfast included. Room poorly ventilated, a/c marginal, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Room had scent of Bourbon or something similar. Should have asked for a different room.

Staff friendly, helpful, and prompt. Rooms clean and staff anyways kept me well stocked with everything. Hotel is older and probibly in need of updating. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff and not a bad location, also if you put up the do not disturb sign they put a goodie bag outside your room with towels, coffee, and more.

I wanted to say, I was a little hesitant going there alone, but they were great. Cindy was the Best, very helpful and helped get me to the County Clerks office with no trouble. The hotel is a 5 Star in my mind. Clean, pretty, plenty of outlets for my electronics. You guys ROCK! Thank You. If I ever have to go to Lyon county again I will be staying there. Thank you for making me feel at home.

Beware: Bed bug found in our room while we stayed. Promised a discounted rate and moved to another room, but was charged full price. No Hampton Inn guarantee here. Very disappointed. Will update or delete comment after I hear from corporate.
