Stayed here for one night for our bachelor/bachelorette party at Cumberland. We were supposed to stay the whole weekend but after an awful experience we left and we’re even late to get on our boat that morning because the manager was so rude! Part of our party found bedbugs in their room, another had a needle, another room reeked of weed & another room had dead bugs! Beware of this hotel! And housekeeper argued that the bedbugs weren’t a big deal & asked me if I brought the needle to the desk when I went to the desk to inform them of the situation, like I would touch a dirty needle?! Very very disappointing weekend for us when it should have been a fantastic one!

Found a heroine needle under the bed, along with bed bugs. Only got refunded 1 night out of the 2 we paid for after finding this! Manager WAS NOT friendly at all. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Very nice clean rooms! Comfy bed fluffy pillows and the pool is amazing. Receptionist very helpful and friendly.

Great staff! Loved the size of the rooms … huge. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is a full spread. Many Gluten Free options. LIndsey Wilson College is a few minutes away. Peacefully quiet at night to get a good nights rest.

Poor housekeeping. Cockroaches are part of poor housekeeping. This is sad for the price the charge.

I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of the Best Western, Columbia, KY. It looked as if it had been give a stellar remodel. It looked great. The room was quite nice as well. It too seemed to be remodeled as well. Everything about the room was inviting and comfortable. The gentleman that checked me in was extremely professional and made me feel welcome. The breakfast the following morning was great. I will definitely stay at the Best Western, Columbia, KY again as I will be in the area two maybe three times a year.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was caring, pleasant, and just what you would expect when thinking of hospitality. The room was spacious, the breakfast hot and filling with many choices, and our stay was quiet. The bed could've been a bit softer and the AC a bit quieter, but we will stay there again on the future.

One of the best hotel rooms I stayed in while traveling for work. Staff was nice and accommodating, rooms had decent air conditioners and the rooms were clean. TV was a decent size and everything was easily accessible. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the quality of the accommodations. My husband fell ill while we were traveling home from Lake Cumberland. We had to abruptly stop at 11:00 a. M. And the gentleman at the front desk immediately helped my mother and I arrange for rooms and receive the best rates possible. Our rooms were so clean and well decorated. The hotel staff helped us with luggage, take-out food options and even contingencies for an additional night's stay for July 6 when they were fully booked. Definitely, I will consider this one of our "go-to" hotels.

We had a wonderful experience, front desk was very accommodating making sure we had a room that met our needs. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was awesome had most everything a person could want. I would definately stay here again if I were in the area.

We stayed two nights at Best Western Columbia KY and we had an excellent visit. The rooms were clean and spacious, well stocked with everything we needed. They went out of their way to get us the room we needed. The breakfast bar was wonderful. We had only intended to stay one night, but our situation required us to stay another night as our vehicle was in the shop. They were very informative and helpful in locating services and even offering assistance with our needs. I would give them a five star rating across the board. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Very nice place to stay, the staff was very friendly and very accommodating making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The housekeepers were very helpful as well :) I would stay here again if I were to be in the area again.

Great location if you are traveling to Lindsey Wilson College. Helpful, caring staff. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast!

Great hotel just pool was being remodeled if we would have known would have booked some where else kids did not enjoy everything else was great.

MY husband & I stayed at BW in columbia Kentucky and we were very much impressed with the hospitality shown by the whole staff and esp the front desk clerk. We believe they went beyond the call of duty. The ones preparing the food know exactly what they are doing and the young lady kept the utensils clean and filled. We will stay there again.

This place bailed me out in a pinch! I am a truck driver and was nearly out of available hours and even though nearby Kings Island had an event and the hotel could have sold out at full value they let me have a room! That alone would make me want to stay again. Thank you for understanding my situation!

This is a great place to stay. The staff is super friendly and will do anything to help you. Hope to come back one day!

Room was clean. But I did have an ant in the bed with me. The jetted tub was really nice. The heat didn't want to shut off. We had to turn it off. The bed was very hard. The staff was friendly.

My friend and I fished green river lake last October and stayed at the Best Western in Columbia for one night. Late in the night I woke up to intense itching from some kind of bites. The next morning when we went down to the lobby for breakfast I discreetly mentioned to the lady at the front desk that I thought our room had bedbugs and I had got bitten. She said she had medical training and wanted to see the bites. I believe this was room 306 we stayed in. She stated that she would notify the manager when he came in. Hopefully they go ahead and treat the room when they have a complaint. Outside of that nice motel with a good breakfast. I still have the items I had in the room bagged in my utility shed.

Excellent hotel. Staff is great. Nice and quiet. There was a day there was not enough breakfast because a football team stayed here. So you'd better check before hand or being your own breakfast.

We stayed at this Best Western for a funeral. The hotel service was so warm and inviting. The rooms were so clean, beds were comfy and the shower was amazing! The best part was the breakfast, by far the best breakfast at any hotel we have ever stayed at. The breakfast tenant, Brenda was also amazing! As well as the other staff, everyone was so sweet. We will be coming back! Thanks again Best Western for making our stay comfortable during our time of need.

The location is nice, it's in a nice town, so you're close by for what you may need. The rooms are nice and well kept. The service has been great. They are also pet friendly so that's a huge plus! ☺

Amazing place to stay! D the manager goes out of his way to make sure your stay is great and if anything goes wrong, he makes it right! Brenda she does an amazing breakfast and is the most definitely employee of the year… wow she really makes you feel like your family, thanks guys we will be seeing you again soon.

This was a Best Western Hotel that appearance and staff personal that was exceptional in providing a quality stay! Room was a double bed room, pet friendly. Reasonably price. Close to (walking distance) to restaurants, pharmacy, fast-food, grocery, gas station, ect. RV parking in back parking lot. We will stay there again if in the area. Great hotel.

Friendly, hometown feeling describes what we experienced when we stayed the night at Best Western. Beautifully appointed room, clean and neat. Very nice staff who were concerned about our every need! And the rates were reasonable… we'll visit again!

I always stay here every year when I come to ky to see family, The place is always clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I always enjoy the breakfast and talking to Brenda she keeps you informed of all the different food items they have. Great person. Will be back again.

Clean and updated room with comfortable bed. They need better pillows but overall was a great room for the price. Good hot breakfast but they never seem to have bacon when we are there. Stayed there lots of times and will again in the future.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They all make me feel at home. Breakfast is great. They are very accommodating.

We have stayed at the Best Western in Columbia, KY two times. Each time was absolutely outstanding: clean, neat, orderly rooms … pleasant and helpful staff … and an outstanding breakfast! We will definitely be staying here again next year when we come through this area of Kentucky.

Well worth the price, for the rooms are good sized and nicely furnished and the hot breakfast is one of the best I've enjoyed at a motel.

Breakfast was very good also. Everything fresh, warm & delicious! We highly recommend staying at this Best Western! We will definitely be going back!

Best B/w I've ever been in. Clean, quiet, the breakfast is great! I mean really great! I think all B/W should take notes from this place. Staff very friendly. Mr Dee is a nice guy,, u need anything or have a problem see Mr. Dee. Wife & I will be going here all the time now. With our grandson. Pool was great too. (need to get jets fixed on worlpool) ) … lots of good pillows.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Columbia, KY. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Breakfast was excellent. The parking lot had good boat/truck parking and places to recharge batteries. Highly recommended!

This place is the best hotel I've ever been to. Very clean. Comfy beds. Pillows are kinda small but you get a ton of them so it makes up for it. The breakfast here is the best! We just had biscuits and Gravy, eggs, toast, waffles, and so much more.

Love the extras to customize my breakfast! Extras for eggs, toast waffles etcetera.

My wife and I are regular visitors now and we are very happy with the service and friendly staff. The free breakfast buffet for guests is also a plus.

Im from here in Columbia but I live in Lexington. I was really disappointed in the room my wife and I got. I thought that for a hundred and twenty five dollars that there would at least be a microwave in the room. I guess I am use to the rooms in Lexington I think this will be my last time staying at this motel.

BEST PLACE we EVER stayed in! Room, Bathroom, Carpet, Beds, EVERYTHING was CLEAN. I REALLY can't EXPRESS how Totally Satisfied we were with this Place (Best Western in Columbia Kentucky). Kids also LOVED here, especially the Pool :). We absolutely LOVED the Hot Tub… VERY CLEAN! The Continental Breakfast was more like eating at a Breakfast Buffet (Scrambled Eggs, Beacon, Sausage, Gravy, All Brands of Cereal, just TOO Much to Mention! ). Staff were FABULOUS! We stayed 3 days… and I tell you, we did NOT want to leave : (LOVE LOVE LOVE this PLACE! When hanging out at the Pool, We and other Guest could NOT Stop talking about how WONDERFUL this Place is. Thank you best western for a very pleasant stay!

Bathroom smells, no wonder, the toilet wasn't flushed for who knows how long. Coffee pot wasn't even rinsed out. Outside doors let all the outside noise in. Already people hanging out right outside your door making noise. That's just the first 15 minutes. Oh and if you book using Orbitz, you can't get points on your Best Western card. Bs.
