Excellent hotel, the service of all employees very good, always attentive to what we might need. It is a friendly hotel for pets, the breakfast is very rich, in short, my family and I had a great time and we would be very happy to return. Ms. Lymari Ojeda.

I am a Federal employee and being on the road is rough 100% of the time but they make it feel more like home. Literally the only place I have actually been able to sleep while on the road for work. Will be moving all my business when in the area over to them. Friendly caring people love it.

Pet friendly, reasonably priced, great for a stop over as we’re driving across country. Would definitely stay here again.

The worth hotel ever … so dirty. I did book suite for 5 people and they provide me a suite with 2 full beds. How 5 big people can fit in 2 full beds? So upset … not recommended. Stay away.

Omg this is by far the best hotel in bowling green ky! For the price and the room size, down to the kitchen inside! It was amazing! My daughter had her 6th birthday here and the staff was amazing and so friendly and made sure to do everything they could for us! I have to say I’m SUPER impressed by there level of customer service and how clean there rooms where! Thanks u guys so much! I will be returning.

Love this place, room clean, pool was awesome, relaxing n quiet but breakfast needs work to me not that good.

Nice rooms with kitchenette/living and separate bedroom. Good breakfast, nice selection. Mon-Wed dinner/snack served in dining area. Helpful, friendly service. Nice bedding and pillows. Lots of parking. Good value.

The rooms were nice enough. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were locked onto the wall and refillable, but were really empty when we checked in. We requested a refill and additional towels and had to ask twice because they did not provide them the first time. Phones in the room had no dial tone, which was creepy. The suite had only double beds, which are not very accommodating for two people, and there were no rooms with two queen beds in the hotel at all. The pull out bed in the couch had no accompanying linens in spite of our specific request for them. Had to go to the front desk late at night to get what we needed that should have been provided in the first place. The breakfast was pretty good. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. There was a pool, and it seemed well kept.

This is the first time I have stayed at the Staybridge Suites but I will definitely be back. From the moment I pulled up on the parking lot I was impressed. Gas to the water park-$40, day at the water park-$150, our night at the Staybridge Suites — priceless!

Not a very good experience with much of the staff. Never any towels out by the pool. The shower was full of mold. Beds were never made and we were never given enough towels. Having a full kitchen with full size appliances was nice. The room size was good and location was good.

The room is nice, but a bit on the smaller side. It claims to sleep 7, but it has a king bed and two double beds. The sofa does not pull out, and is a bit small anyway. Yeah, we had 7 people sleeping in the room but were much more comfortable at the hotel we stayed in the night before. The room was clean and the breakfast choices were great. Staff was friendly also. The hotel is located in a nice part of town and convenient for a lot of activities.

Incredible staff that will do anything you request. Great breakfast in the morning, and Mon-Wed there is a complimentary dinner. Comfortable rooms, and great common space in the lobby. Staybridge is definitely become one of my top picks.

Stayed one night. Wonderful staff. Thick dust and cobwebs in our room. Appeared it hadn't been rented out for a long time.

All of the staff was really nice and accommodating. Beds have solid support so pets can't crawl under and get filthy which is a big plus when traveling with pets. Rooms were clean and spacious and quiet.

I had a good couple of nights. They serve food on Monday's and Tuesday's in house which was a nice perk.

My visit was about a month long with absolutely no problems with the staff, room or cleanliness of anything like bedding or bathroom. Plenty of room to not feel crowded for long periods of time in the room with other people. It is a bit high on pricing however, it's worth it to be away from the negative hot spot local hotels with repeat problems and too much traffic.

I love staying here! Great breakfast and clean rooms. Plus, very quiet, easily accessible, and staff satellite and helpful.

We have stayed here multiple times in the last two years. Always clean, quiet, the staff is excellent, the buffet has been great. That’s why we keep coming back.

We always book a suite at Staybridge in Bowling Green when we travel from Muskegon, MI to Ft. Walton Bch. Fl. You get a full kitchen, with real plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Plus a sitting room and separate bedroom and bath for the same price as most good hotel chains. And there is a wonderful complementary breakfast bar. The only negative is the pool is outside, so you can't swim in the cold weather, but we never use the pool so it is all good for us!

I am really loving this hotel. It has everything to make even a longer stay like being at home. Today I have discovered the free laundry and dryer. It made me almost speachless when I saw that even the detergent is free! Thank you very much! I will definitely come back.

Very nice accommodations, we took our grown daughter & her 2 young children for a "end of summer" vacation. We chose a 2 bedroom suite & were quite happy with this facility. Very clean, convenient for our purpose & having 2 bathrooms made things so much easier on everyone. We'd considered getting 2 adjoining rooms at a regular hotel, but this ended up being more affordable & far better in the long run. Having a free hot breakfast saved us a bundle of cash. While we didn't really use the kitchen, it's nice to know that next time it's a option to cook should we want. It's close to shopping, restaurants & fast food spots. We'll be doing this trip again & wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

Very disappointed for the money. We stayed two nights. The second night they did not clean the room, so no towels, trash was not collected, nothing. Other Staybridge Suites we've been to were great but not so much with this one. Staff seemed very indifferent. When I went to the front desk to let them know about the room they said "well you probably left the do not disturb sign out. " I told the desk I did not but may I have some towels. She went and got towels but there was no apology or anything, again, very apathetic. I would not recommend this specific Staybridge. I expected a lot more, especially from all the positive reviews.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we prefer it to the Hyatt on campus. Our queen suite was great, plenty of room and even had an ice maker in the freezer. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the continental breakfast had a great spread. Would recommend!

One of my best hotel stays. Although it was a short stay and we didn't get to use the beautiful pool I was very impressed with this place and will be back again. It's absolutely beautiful, rooms are very spacious, clean, and have everything you need. The small kitchen was very nice to have as well. Would recommend this place to everyone, can't wait for my next visit.

Absolutely the BEST hotel on our week and a half road trip adventure! Extremely clean rooms and free laundry. Woork out room, beautiful pool… everyone is so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back and stay! Thank you for making our stay the best!

This was a great place to stay. Room was super clean, super roomy, comfy bed, quiet and the staff was wonderful. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Pet-Friendly with a extra large area for pets to potty. Outdoor pool with plenty of seating. Outdoor fireplace with a area with a grill. Having a kitchen that includes a stove, dishwasher and a full refrigerator with ice maker makes it feel more like home than a hotel. Price is no more than a regular hotel which makes this a better value. We wanted to stay longer! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Bowling Green.

Worst hospitality and respect I have ever received from a hotel. After mistakenly charging my room a very random amount of money (turned out to be my bank acct balance) it took them 4 days to return it and that was a very poorly handled situation, after initially denying that they had charged my card, somehow it was my fault or the system did "something funky" she claimed. I was a guest with them for 4 weeks. That's terrible customer service, esoecially to someone they're making a lot of money off of.

It's very clean had a very nice breakfast the gym was great and had free laundry service well the laundry was free you had to do it yourself but it didn't cost I definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, due to my son being hospitalized the day before our reservation, we were not able to stay at the Staybridge Bowling Green. I contacted the hotel in hope of receiving a credit for a future stay since we had already paid in full. Due to hotel policy, this was not possible. The day of our reservation I received a call from the hotel asking if I would like to cancel the reservation (with no refund). I had noticed online that the hotel was booked solid. I asked if canceling would make the room available to another paying customer. The answer was yes. Unfortunate policy and unethical management. I am really disappointed.

We arrived late (4:30am) on our first night, and they only charged us for one day even though we had reservations for two. Very clean and comfortable! Well definitely be back!

Stayed here for a conference. Walked into the room and was like "WOW! " Was not expecting a hotel room this nice. Our room had two queen beds, two TVs, a sofa with ottoman and kitchen appliances. If you have to come to Bowling Green and stay overnight, I would definitely recommend Staybridge Suites.

It's a very, nice clean place to stay and the staff is so very friendly. You can tell they work hard. Rachael was amazing and her little dog was so very cute. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This place off the chain! I came to Kentucky on business but in my room I'm on vacation. So much space… And that's just the double bed when I had a room mate the single is like so star type stuff. The cleaning crew is the best got breakfast in the morning. Shoot I just ate! It pops off at 6:30. Sheesh make me wanna stay in Bowling Green a while longer than planned lol always something to do around too is what I hear. I'm always at work tho.

So I booked a get away for me and wife since we never get any alone time due to our special needs child. I booked a king size suite weeks ahead of time. We get there to find out they have no king size suites left and only twin bed rooms. What is the point of reservations weeks ahead of time when they don't honor them. So all they can do is offer an apologize and say sorry, we must have overbooked. Well I know what I will do, I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in bowling green one weekend every year since 2001and have stayed in many different hotels here and this has been the worst experience with any of them.

GREAT hotel! FANTASTIC rate! Very clean rooms. Hot breakfast and evening reception (dinner) made our stay much more relaxing with kids — no hassle trying to find a restaurant after we had driven hundreds of miles and got checked in. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed there a couple of days. Nicest place I've stayed at yet here in bowling green. Wish I could have just moved in. It has a stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, any and everything a person needs to survive as far as housing and furnishing. Absolutely loved it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Service was the worst I've ever experienced! Had to call front desk at 12:30 am to ask the lobby party to quiet down b/c we could hear them on the 2nd floor. They finally quieted down at 3:00 am. When checking out not one person asked how our stay was! Very disappointed.

Absolutely love this place! Our family, 2 adults and 3 kids under 10, always stays here! It's clean, with considerate staff, and in a great location! 10/10 every time.

Great, clean, spacious and a great staff. Arrived when the hotel was celebrating its 1 year anniversary. The price was right and the room was bigger and better than I expected. I look forward to returning to this hotel the next time I am in Bowling Green.
