Super nice property and staff. Love the view of the river! and I love the fact that they offer a shuttle to and from the Hollywood casino 6pm-4am.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful and courteous, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Clean suite and beautiful view. Great room service from the restaurant as well! Will definitely stay here if in this area again.

Although not an overnight guest at the DoubleTree, I had instance in which I had business there. I had met with somebody and had a brief business transaction. It's beautiful. It is transformed the town I know very well. I can say this because I grew up in Lawrenceburg. I used to play along the same streets where it now sits. It is a beautiful place clean professional and adds to every aspect of whatever you might be doing in Lawrenceburg should you encounter the Doubletree.

Always love this hotel, been here many times. Clean rooms and nice staff. Although they have this new "refrigerator" rule for the rooms. There is a cost to use them, but the Hilton Honor rooms should have them in their rooms. But this time we didn't have one in our HH room. Didn't find out about this rule until after I checked out.

Beautiful hotel right on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and more. Great breakfast. Didn't use the meeting facilities but noticed that they would be great for conferences.

The first time I visited this hotel in 2017, it was great. Hostesses were very nice, they brought us extra pillows and everything! I literally had nothing bad to say! Unfortunately, it has went down hill since. The AC in the room was set to 68 and it was hot — definitely not cold. On top of that, the shuttle service to the casino is not as advertised. The shuttle may drop you off at the casino, but good luck getting home. It’s a 25 minute walk. Stay for the bed, but make sure you have a ride, snacks and ice to keep cool.

The hotel is fine as Hilton properties go. This is the second time I've stayed. The location on the river is lovely. Both times I was there the restaurant was very understaffed at dinner time. Also, for some reason I couldn't get a late check-out when I asked at the desk despite the fact that the hotel wasn't busy at all. The room was clean and well appointed.

Staying long term on government travel. I asked one night if I could use a microwave in possibly a break room and was told only the kitchen has microwaves. That’s fine but what I don’t appreciate is being aggressively followed to he front desk from the bar by staff to make sure I am not helped. Mini fridges are available until request and that’s it. Rooms are typical, city view can be seen beyond roof of convention center. Night staff interactions were limited and not but not as welcoming as day staff. Upon checking in hair was on bathroom floor, shower, and on sink from what I assume belonged to the previous guest. I don’t think bathroom floors are mopped between check outs.

Hotel is very clean and modern. It is a nice and comfortable place to stay and has beautiful river views. Rooms are missing some key features though, like a microwave and mini fridge. There is also no pool, and breakfast is by included. These are deal breakers for my family and don't think we'll be back to this location.

Great hotel. Clean, ac worked well, and staff was friendly. I wish the coffee bar had been open on the weekend. We would have loved to buy a coffee and a muffin.

Loved staying here! The room was great and the restaurant in the hotel was good, we enjoyed sitting outside next to the river when eating. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Stayed there this past Friday (5/18) in to Saturday (5/19) for my graduation. The room was nice (no fridge for the 161 that I ended up paying), service was great, I asked for a room with a city view and they gave me a roof view (). The entrance to the hotel isn't clearly marked and there's no valet service to park cars or even a sky walk from the parking garage which means I wasted 50 to have my hair done for my ceremony only to have it ruined in the rain. Overall there's a lot that can be fixed.

Room was nice and clean. No pool. Have to take 2 elevators to get your luggage to your room. The continental breakfast was not good. I was able to book it for only 20k honors points.

Diana Burke is AMAZING! I lost an expensive diamond ring and called in to ask if anyone had found it in my room. Within 10 minutes I got a call back and she had ran up to the room immediately, found the ring and mailed it to me! Talk about professional and honest… I offered a finders fee and she refused, and stated she was just happy to return it to the rightful owner. I always stay at this hotel and this just confirms that it is a great place. This will always be my go-to hotel in Lawrenceburg. Thanks Diana :o) it really meant a lot to me!

Outstanding service from the front desk! Room was clean and very nice but only gave 4 stars because for the price you pay, there was no fridge.

This is a must when we go to Hollywood casino. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 mins or so to the casino. Rooms are always clean, and new looking. I can't complain about anything with this place.

When you arrive for the first time you will find the entrances are not clearly marked from outside. Nothing telling you check in is "here". The only parking is across the street and depending on the time of year you may have to park at the top of the parking garage and carry your bags back to the hotel as there is really no on street parking laid out to allow for loading and unloading. Roms were nice, clean and spacious. No breakfast included in the cost of the room which is high for the area. This could easily be a 4 or 5 star hotel with a few additions to the offering and some additional signage. Overall not what you would expect for a Hilton facility.

I was very lucky to be able to have my wedding here. The staff wad accommodating and the location was gorgeous. The room was top notch as well.

WE were greeted with smiles and a warm chocolate chip cookie. The staff was so friendly, and helpful. The room was really nice with a view of the river. We attended a concert at the hotel which was a very cozy event. I appreciated the shuttle service to the casino as well.

I can't find any reason to complain about this hotel. The staff was friend, helpful, and kind. The rooms were very clean, cleaner than the Gaylord Resort in Nashville which we had stayed at just the night before. The price was reasonable, the location was great. Restaurant onsite not bad either.

The parking is a little funky, (it's across the street in a covered garage) but aside from that it's very nice. The hotel seems very new and everything was clean and smelled pleasant. Being greeted with a warm cookie is always nice, too.

Very nice hotel in a cool part of the historic district. Some rooms have views of the river as well. The hotel itself feels very upscale and the rooms feel very modern and well furnished. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you out. Overall, I would highly recommend the doubletree.

Had a great experience. The lady at the front desk was friendly and informative. The room was beautiful. The only thing we would change is that there were no smoking rooms, areas, or any smoking options.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful for me and our guests for our event here. The meeting rooms as well as the hotel rooms are excellent. Great hotel rooms whether they be a river view or a city view are always enjoyable. The lobby restaurant had enjoyable breakfast options. The lobby bar has great service inside and outside on the patio as well. I believe that you'll enjoy your visit to this fine hotel!

We stayed at the Hilton Double Tree this past Saturday (10/21) for a wedding that was down the street. The hotel was very nice. The room contained 2 queen beds and offered a lot of space for 4 adults. The room was clean and looked new. The view of the river was a pleasant surprise. We didn't spend much time in the hotel but one area of disappointment was the fact that the hotel bar closed at 11pm. I'm not looking for a late night bar but we weren't quite ready to call it a night after the wedding reception (not held at the hotel).

Hotel was very nice and very new. Plus side is it's on the river and you have the option to get a room with a river view for extra. More pros, it's located very close to the casino, has room service, and offers you the chance to sit near the river and enjoy the view. Also did I mention you get a free warm cookie with check in? The cons are that as with most hotels the rooms walls were very thin. We were given a connected room and could hear everything from the guests beside us. In addition our standard room did not come with a fridge or a microwave. I later realized that these particular amenities are for the more expensive rooms. Overall though a great hotel and I will be staying again.

Beautiful hotel that sits right on the Ohio river. Located in historic downtown Lawrenceburg… super cute town. Very clean rooms. Would absolutely stay here again.

Surprising find with contemporary decor and excellent service. Came for a weekend trip to Cincy. Easy walk to Hollywood Casino (also has shuttle that runs every half an hour). Great location with a few quaint bars and restaurants nearby. We will be back.

We got our room right away which was great. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel was ideally located to enjoy downtown Lawrenceburg and is a quick drive to Cincinnati. And the cookies were perfect!

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had (And we travel the US extensively). We were immediately greeted by the front desk (Monica). She surprised us by how pleasant she was and how she genuinely seemed to care about our stay. Something we rarely see at other hotels. Our room was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and a great view of the river. We will certainly make it a point to come here again.

The front staff was friendly and the cookie is always a nice touch. It's a nice location near the river. The room did not have a mini fridge and the parking is in a lot across the street. Overall the beds are very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Great property with exceptional rooms. All you need in one place with a restaurant and pool and work out. On the water with a floating restaurant right outside. Close to CVG airport with low rates! Highly recommended!

We celebrated my parents 60 wedding anniversary… everything was perfect… all the employees were professional … service was the best … the food was delicious. The hotel rooms were clean … they took care of over 55 people for 3 hours … I give the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Lawrenceburg Indiana. A 10+

We had a great time. Saw an amazing concert at the event center. Drinks at the bar outside in the river. They have umbrellas and fire pits. The room was so beautiful. River view and everything so new and fresh. Lots of places to eat very close. I'd stay again anytime.

I like it, it's nice place just no smoking floors, the suite was suppose to come with a microwave but didnt, there's no pool so that's a bit of a bummer. The buffet it's bad but not good either, only had the breakfast buffet. The room itself for a suite is nice. Not much else to say I'm here more importantly to throw darts and have fun.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff and hotel environment is excellent. Along the river and in a very pretty town. Would stay here again if traveling thru this area. Very reasonable for the price payed. The entrance is a bit confusing, needs more signs to show where check in counter is.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of nightlife to enjoy. I stayed on the 8th floor facing the river, which had a nice site. The motion sensors in the room were my only complaint, even when I was completely still, they lit up green making it hard to sleep.

This hotel is one of the best in the area. It is very new, so everything in the room feels modern and new. The rooms have very comfortable bedding and are very quiet. It sits on the river and you can get a great view it. The parking is at a parking garage across the street, but it's free for guests. Very friendly staff. Extremely affordable rates. Located very close to the Casino in the area.

This is the Lawrenceburg Event Center, took forever to find it and it isn't well marked on Google Maps or any other navigation service. Other than that, it is nice.

Nice venue, really enjoyed the show, could have had just a bit more space for the seating (the chairs are literally linked together). So the larger person next to me was constantly bumping me. Still a good time, clean with nice staff.

We staid on the 5th floor, great room, view was terrible though. Everyone was helpful; great hotel.

Attended the Chris D'Elia show. The venue was very nice and clean. I would definitely go back there for another event.

Attended a company meeting this past week. Guest rooms were very nice and the meeting rooms were nice as well. Food was excellent.

We've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. It's a nice, well-kept hotel. Hotel is fairly new, approximately a year old. Pleasant experience with the hotel staff; they're all accommodating and friendly. The only negative is the service during breakfast. Again, they have friendly staff. However, they need more help to service all the guests in a timely manner.

Beautiful! Loved the atmosphere. We went here for the Holiday Shopping Expo and loved it!

My Husband and I checked in Sept 12, for the Martina McBride concert. The room was not ready for check in until after 5pm. The room appeared clean and satisfactory. After the concert, at midnight or so, I turned the linens down and hopped in bed, after a few minutes I noticed "something". I got up, pulled the covers down and blood was on the fitted sheet. I turned the pillow I had been laying on over and blood was on the pillow case. I called the front desk, and told them. They were polite, but very busy and after 20 minutes or so a housekeeper came to the room. She was nice and apologetic and couldn't believe it. Neither could we, as we've stayed in Hampton properties for years. She said she'd change the linens. Obviously, we left the hotel and drove home. The housekeeper said she would leave the sheets on the bed so the supervisor could see it in the morning. I have never heard from the hotel management. It's a very pretty hotel, but our sheets were obviously not changed from the previous guests and had VERY obvious blood stains on them. We won't be back. It was and still is unbelievable and disgusting, but it happened.

Went to a really nice wedding reception here. The cell phone signal sucks but they have Wi-Fi and the inside is nice.

Great gov rates. Only paid 89 bucks a night for a river view suite. Definitely worth 150+ a night. New Hotel. Wonderful beds. Huge rooms. Great views on the higher floors. Very convenient location. Great value with full breakfast available to Hilton gold and above members. Here visiting family from out of town. Will definitely return.

Nice new hotel. Has restaurant and bar. Many restaurants within walking distance. 15 minute walk to casino. No pool. No free breakfast unless you are a gold or diamond men bet to Hilton honors. Room service.

Impressive new hotel! Friendly staff. Typical Hilton high end place. Clean and inviting with very nice rooms and great bed and pillows! Highly recommend!
