Hotel staff was great. Rooms were nice. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was very clean. The beds felt so nice it was hard to get up it the morning. Good location by lots of restaurants and the mall. Only down side was no free breakfast and the internet wouldn't let us play our PlayStation with out buying more internet. The do have the green mill restaurant in the hotel so we could have had breakfast if we wanted to spend more money there.

The room was very spacious and the included facilities were more than ample for my needs, they gave me a reason to ride on a cycling machine again. The location of the hotel is excellent nearing the more popular of the malls in Wichita and having multiple restaurants to choose from if you are not going to go to the attached green mill. The service was amazing and the staffed seemed to enjoy their jobs and live to make sure your stay with them is the most comfortable giving you a reason to come back for more.

I was here for the Libertarian Party state convention. It is a nice looking place. Stay I had interaction with were professional.

We rent out this facility annually door a religious celebration for the Memorial of Christ's Death. This hotel works with us so well and is always accommodating and understanding. We love coming back here each year, especially since the remodel a few years ago. Great location as well.

To start with we called to see if we could check in early and was told that was fine. I was showed the amount for the two rooms I had reservations for which was about $297 for both rooms but my account was charged about $60 extra without any of my knowledge. One receipt was them under the door and when I asked for another one for the separate room she never offered me one. I went back for a picture my friends forgot and the front desk wouldn't let me grab it when we're from out of town. Only one staff member was respectful the whole time we were there. Wouldn't recommend this hotel and will possibly cancel the payment on my card until the mistake gets corrected. Not a very good experience.

Good hotel for work trip.

Rooms were clean, spacious; staff professional and courteous. The ballrooms temperatures fluctuated a bit too much for comfort but otherwise comfortable. There is no breakfast included if that matters to someone.

Stayed here for almost a month. Friendly staff and an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool is said to be heated bit really isn't but the hot tub feels fantastic after a long day.

Nice clean rooms. Front desk staff were super nice. Only encountered one lady that was super rude-telling us to hurry up and get on the elevator because she was going to be late clocking in. Food was great! But there is NO sleeping in at this hotel. The problem is the doors! To get them to close you literally have to slam them shut. So when other guests or the cleaning crew come around in the morning all you hear is doors slamming shut. Plus the key cards took at least 4-5 swipes before you can get into your room. I loved how convenient this hotel was. Theres a lot of shopping right across the street!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was courteous. It is located next to several restaurants and near to the mall. It's right off of Kellogg Road so it's easy to get wherever you need to go in Wichita.

The service was amazing the brought us the things we needed and I stayed on the 6th floor and the view was amazing even the children thought it was. The gym was pretty big so was the pool,. I enjoyed my stay and would love to go back again.

Hotel is nice. I have no problem with the room. The internet here is terrible though. The only time I got decent service to watch anything Netflix was during the day when everyone was gone. At night? Good luck cause it's super slow and cuts out ALOT. The restaurant food is really good. A bit pricey but food. Only thing I can say is they need to staff the place with more people.

I was there for a conference. The hotel was nice. A couple of the staff could have had better customer service skills.

Great hotel! Room was clean, bathrooms clean and stocked, bed was comfy. There was quite a line when we checked in and it took about 20 minutes to get through. The only downside was the room cleaning. We stayed three days and had to ask twice for them to clean our room. We would leave for the day and come back around 3pm to a room that had not been cleaned.

I love the stability in this Hotel.

I have health issues that make me sensitive to odors (tiny airborne particles). 2nd floor we were on smelled musty right away. The room we were in had a mild, sewer gas, smell the whole time. I wish the decent hotel chains would keep their rooms at least as nice as the effort they put into their lobbies. The room also had cobwebs all around the edge of the ceiling.

I had a pleasant stay during my attendance at a conference. I was disappointed not to have a bathtub in the room, but the shower was nice. Front desk staff was exemplary and helpful.

We had a double queen room and when we arrived the room was extremely clean. The receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable of the area. It was nice having him be able to recommend places to us I will happily stay at the holiday inn on future trips.

Room was good. Although the conference in the room adjacent to us shared the overhead speakers. Which had to turned off. The lunch provided was a very dry cold sandwich. Pleased with what got done but disappointed in the service of the wait staff and good provided.

I came in town for the weekend for leisure. Upon entering the hotel it was very welcoming with seating and fireplace the staff was very friendly. It was very clean and had a great fragrance. My room was on the 8th floor and it had a nice view of Wichita. My room was very clean. They had several pillows issues from my room included a couch and leather rolling ottoman. A desk mini fridge and microwave. I had an issue with my key on my second day and the front desk was able to resolve the issue and a Beyond courteous professional manner. Not to mention the hotel is near by a shopping mall in several strip malls full of food options. Rather be basic fast food or sit down five star everything's within a five-minute Drive. I will be staying at this location again.

It was very nice and clean. I loved the see thru shower and mirror combo as well as the bed and set up of the entire room. Lighting was good too.

This is the second time here and we love it. My husband is 6'4 and loves that the shower head is up above his head! We ordered room service last time and it was good. The staff has always been extremely nice. Definitely will be back when we go to witchita.

The hotel was in a good location, easily found. The room was clean and had a great look to it. The service was simple. We booked using Hotwire and made check in/check out very smooth.

Nice pool area for families with small children. Nice fitness center. Very quiet, clean and cozy. Bed was beyond comfortable. Will definitely stay again when passing through Wichita!

Clean, updated hotel with a very convenient location. I wish they did a better job stocking and monitoring the coffee in the lobby.

We just held my daughter's wedding and reception in the south ballroom here. I couldn't have been more pleased with all of the staff. Everyone went above an beyond to make sure her day was fabulous. They even brought up ideas on decorating that I didn't even think of and it was gorgeous. The hotel was very clean and the food delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable room with a great view. Breakfast at the green mill was great. I liked the updated shower in the room. Staff even called to follow up and see if they could further improve my stay.

My friend had a wedding in one of the ballrooms and the people were very accommodating and the space was great. However, there was one employee that brought her grandchild in to take some of the treats from the reception without even asking anyone in the party.

The staff have been helpful, the room is great. I would have liked to have known before reserving a suite, that the door between the rooms was glass paned with no curtains. Otherwise, great.
