Absolutely wonderful experience! They were so packed on a Sunday. Our waitress Erin G. Was amazing. I also watched I am guessing the manager keep an eye on the whole room and step up as needed repeatedly! Food came out quickly and perfect! We will definitely come again!

Room was much larger than I expected. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub. Air conditioner works great! Great continental breakfast. Great hotel experience!

The rooms were great and included complimentary snacks. The pool seemed to need some maintenance and was small but still nice.

Very nice suites. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Manhattan KS I would stay there again.

Horrible service. Manager makes excuses for her staff instead of listening to the customer. Takes no responsibility for poor service. We will never stay at a Choice Hotel again after this experience. Dirty room, staff who talks down at you, horrible breakfast…

Clean rooms, respectful staff except for management. I forgot my room key after staying for three days of a 5 night reservation, and was treated like a complete stranger. The manager abused her title. Who carries a wallet to step outside and smoke? When I asked the front desk for a new key the manager made me feel very unappreciated. I mean I am the reason she has a job since I am a guest.

Good rooms, nice breakfast — the thing that really makes it is the staff. They are all friendly and really helpful. I was staying for exams — they helped me with printing and even took me in the shuttle car to the exam center! Can’t say enough good things about the hotel and staff.

Great evening staff. Truly make your stay pleasant. Clean rooms comfortable bed. Very clean hotel. Will be sure to stay here when in Manhattan, Ks.

Close to highway, food and a Wal-Mart. Great rates and excellent service.

Clean, neat, great service. Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna. A very short walk to the Walmart if you need any supplies/food. Great full breakfast!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and have had a very pleasant experience. Breakfast selection is pretty small.

Pretty nice place to stay. Needs some work but they are doing it now. Large comfortable rooms nice bed and room to stretch out in. Big breakfast area with a good selection of breakfast fair to choose from. Will stay again when in the area.

The staff was helpful and really nice. The breakfast was one of the better ones that we ever had. The only thing that was wrong was the building was getting a facelift and the floors were not done.

My parents and sister stayed here. Had mold in several spots in bathroom. Didn't realize till morning when my mom went to take a shower. They reported it to desk. They didnt do anything or act like it was important. They didn't let them in another room to shower and gave just 20 dollars off the price and that was after my mom argued with them about it. So none of them got showers. My dad and sister have pretty bad allergies that could have been set off by it pretty badly. Horrible management and it looked like mold had been growing for a while so they don't clean rooms very well at all pretty obviously. Goes without saying will never stay here again.

I love this hotel! It's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Prices are reasonable. They offer military discount. Check it out.

Very nice atmosphere, Desk was very inviting and helpful going above and beyond to meet our needs, extra clean inside and out, room was very nice and housekeeping kept it spotless. Breakfast was a step above expectations with good variety and freshness throughout serving hours. Though we don't travel often because of age and disabilities, we'll be back to this Comfort Suites.

What an awesome place. We come here from Tennessee 4 or 5 times a year to visit our daughter. The staff is impeccable in delivering 5star service. The room is always spotless. The facilities are outstanding.

Breakfast was above average. Everyone super friendly. Room very clean. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Only went into the lobby to hand someone something but it looked impressive and was clean in appearance. The management however doesn't know what hospitality means. Nor do they understand how to keep staff. I've never worked here or stayed but about everyone I know has worked here for about a day or 2 due to the g. M being a rude demeaning jerk. Lame sauce comfort suites. I'll never let anyone I know stay here.

The location was Central to quite a few restaurants and a fairly good-sized Mall and also not too far away from the University. Breakfast was good, but few things weren't stocked very well. Overall, very nice stay and Comfort Suites are a good choice.

Overall the staff are courteous and pleasant to work with. There hotel has complimentary on site laundry. The room design felt a little dated but was well maintained.

Great stay! The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Manhattan.

Staying in the King Suite was very nice—furniture and amenities are contemporary and clean. Breakfast was very good as well, including cereals, eggs, sausage, waffles, juices, and the likes. I'd stay here again. A nice touch I noticed was the main stairwell landings included a couple of chairs and a lamp for a more secluded getaway spot. Very nice.

It's a nice hotel and reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is good and they gave us cookies upon checking in. One downside is they have a weird game day policy for football season. When we booked a room for a couple months from now for football they required us to book two nights even if we only needed one and the prices were much higher for those two nights. Great hotel but I suggest trying some where else for game day.

Great hotel in Manhattan, KS. Nice continental breakfast. The maids don't knock on your door when you use the do not disturb sign and just leave a note.

I attended a social gathering for my fraternity at this hotel. The rooms/bathrooms were clean, and the lobby was well organized and taken care of. The staff was very friendly.

People were nice enough. I had some issues with my room key and they were taken care of very quickly and with minimal hassle. Room was comfortable and the everything was clean.

Enjoyed the pillows the most (2 soft and 2 firm). Good business room with work desk, small fridge, large bath. Free morning breakfast better than most with sausage gravy over biscuits, some with cheese, or sausage patties. Not too busy and across the street from Wal-mart and good BBQ.

A ways of the interstate, but worth it. This is an excellent stop to rest up for another leg of you journey. Pullout couch in the double queen room was comfy. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a super positive experience staying here with our family. Our kids had a blast playing in the pool, the staff was extremely helpful, and enjoyed our trip overall.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Would have given them an extra star if there wasn't a bit of damage to the walls and a closet door. Maintenence needs improvement. Overall a great place to stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a self-serve continental breakfast. Our weekend stay would have been great, but the pool was closed for maintenance all weekend and the staff didn't have the courtesy to notify us of that fact in advance. We would have taken our family somewhere else if we had known.

Nice clean hotel with a reasonable price. The heat unit in our room kept cycling a lot and made a loud click regularly that was annoying when trying to sleep but overall a minor issue.

Their front desk isn't manned half the time and fails to accomplish basic tasks like answering the phone. Hard to make reservations when people don't want to do their job.

My experience here at Comfort Suites was exceptional. As I arrived at 8:30 p. M. And had pole vault poles strapped to the side of my car. The receptionist was more than happy to help me find a place in the hotel I could store them out of the whether. They never complained or gave a hassle, just helped and always had a smile on their face. I stayed for two nights and the second night was just as amazing as the first. With the personal feel of staying the rooms were very tidy and well kept. I would recommend staying their to anyone I know!
