The location was good for a nights stay after a long drive and the employee in the morning was very friendly! He continually let us know if there were any breakfast items we wanted he was more than happy to make them for us.

Nice and clean room. Handicap accessible for me. Two fast food places close enough to walk to. Not a bad price.

We had a very good experience staying here on our way to Denver. The front desk receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful! Room was more than sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast was pretty good, too! We're glad we stopped here.

Surprise! Clean and quiet with a sense if security along w easy access… we had a good night's rest.

This was honestly one of the quietest places I've ever stayed. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean. TV was big.

Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was the usual. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was friendly and rooms very clean. The owner must be an upstanding citizen as they did not price gouge like other hotels in the area were doing just because the special Olympics were being held in town. Location is close to multiple restraunts which is nice. The continental breakfast was very limited but enough to start your day in a pinch. The beds at this location however, are truly a scientific marvel. NASA is currently performing studies to find how the beds are physically harder than any other man made substance on earth. Bed was too hard to sleep on and actually caused all day back and hip pain after trying to sleep on them.

Ok budget hotel. AC button for cool was missing and was stuck on 86f, so room was way too warm.

This hotel is great. The cleanest hotel room I've seen in years. Comfortable beds. Nice employees. The breakfast was awesome too. A very good value. I would definitely stay at again.

Was quite disappointed in this Motel! The heat pump in there was no noisy! The bed was really uncomfortable! Really had a hard time sleeping at night! Could not recommend a long stay at this Motel! The room was clean but when you can't sleep because of the noise and a long comfortable bed it makes your stay really uncomfortable! Lesson learned!

Reasonable price and it has all the basics we wanted. Nice staff.

EconoLodge in Hays is a great place to stay. Our room wasn't huge but it was perfect for our needs. The mattresses were firmer than we liked but the pillows were soft. The breakfast selection seemed small at first but I was amazed at the variety of options and the food was good. We certainly didn't go hungry. The staff was helpful, the rooms, lobby, and every part I visited were very clean. I felt safe and comfortable. I will stay here every time I visit Hays.

We were looking for a room to rest with our family of 5, 3 children among us. We got the best room we have found in a while. We got 3 beds, comfortable room on a non smoking area. Room was clean and it cost the average for the area and even saved us a few bucks. This place has 2 floors, no elevator so for elderly or a person with disabilities make sure you request first floor.

Location was fine since it was right off of the highway. Price was decent. Only downside I noticed — A/C was a window unit.

Prices reflected by the name, no problems came up. Comfy beds. Overall a good place to stay.

If you have allergies, this is where you want to stay. They keep separate rooms for people with pets, and the pet free rooms are just about perfect. They removed the carpeting and put in what looks like hardwood floors, the heating/cooling unit vents directly outside, and there's even a allergy proof mattress protector on the mattress. Plus my room has a mini-fridge and microwave. Free Wi-Fi too, with a nice strong signal. Plenty of hot water. And I'm looking forward to the hot breakfast in the morning. P. S. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, even real waffles from a waffle iron.

Very clean, and friendly staff, but he wouldn't honor our coupon from a travel magazine. Said "those rooms were taken? It was still very nice, good breakfast, and the price was still very reasonable. Rooms have microwave and fridge and hairdryer.

Had everything we needed for a place to get a few hours of sleep and a hot shower. In our room the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and was hot. Cold AC and was quiet.

It had everything I needed right then. It was quiet, the AC worked. The bed was comfy, had good water pressure. $95/a night was a little steep, but better than sleeping in the car.

The best price in that area at that time. Very nice young man that checked us in, quick and easy. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Comfortable and clean room.

Stayed overnight on a road trip, so didn't take much time here. Check in was a bit slow due to people ahead of me, but quick enough when the clerk got to me. The room was very basic, but comfortable enough to sleep through the night. Breakfast was alright, nothing spectacular, the eggs are very weird. Good value for the price, but you get what you pay for.

Cleaner than I expected, breakfast was OK for a free one. Manager was friendly and helpful.

We were greeted promptly even though it was midnight. The room was clean and the bathroom was recently remodeled. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel even though it was provided.

Good value for the price. Parking is tight and the rooms are on the small side. Very clean and the bed was what my back needed after a long day behind the wheel. Staff are awesome.

Room was decent; staff was exceptional. Came in for a funeral. Upon hearing that, the man answering my phone call immediately offered the hotel's funeral rate. At breakfast, staff went out of their way to find some ketchup for my eggs. As we left, the manager came out to our car specifically to extend his condolences for our loss. And when I discovered I left something back in the room, the manager kindly mailed it back to me. True hospitality.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel was dirty. There was a bad smell in my room. The shower curtain was moldy. There were holes in the wall that needed patched from previous repairs. The breakfast was good, but there was not enough seating. People had to stand to eat.

We got a great price for the room we had. Wireless internet was solid. The bed was almost more comfortable than mine at home. The people behind the desk were exceptional.
