The beds were extremely hard and the rooms smelled like chlorine. The only good thing that they had was amazing Wi-Fi.

Nice place and friendly staffs. Rooms were much better then expected. The only thing I didnt like was the breakfast. Some apples and breads only.

Not loud. Has just about everything I need.

Staff was friendly when we checked in. They said we had until 2 pm to check out. We woke up next morning taking our time because they said checkout was before 2 pm. We get a phone call 10 minutes till 11 am saying we need to check out or be charged for another night. Guy was rude when we said the lady last night told us 2 pm. He said when has any hotel check out time been 2 pm. Never will stay there again.

Do not stay here. I got a room for $81, and payed with cash. The guy told me he needed a credit card to put on file incase of damages. I specifically asked the guy if the card would be charged or if there will be a hold for the amount of the room. He told me no, that the card is never ran, and would not show any hold of any amount. By the time I made it up to my room which had a muggy smell to it, I checked my account online. Sure enough there was a hold for not just the amount of $81 that I had already payed with cash, but for $104! The hold doesn’t allow me to touch that money for 7 days and is very frustrating. I payed $185 to stay 5 hours at this super 8 in Emporia, Ks. The manager was rude and continues to tell me I was never charged. This was 4 days ago and I still don’t have my $104. Horrible management, the guy lives at the hotel and yet wouldn’t even get up to help me at 4 am when I had noticed all this on my account. He then refuses to help me and tells me I’m lying. If you want to pay $185 for a one night stay in a hotel with a bad smell, then go here but there are a ton of better options for you elsewhere.

We stayed in room 109. Not the greatest. We had a king size bed that was uncomfortable and the pillows were so soft your head sank right down to the bed. You may as well have slept without one. The bathroom was very small. We don't usually eat breakfast at the motel, and this one proved to us why. The room was small and the food was mediocre at best. We'll never stay here again.

Place is secure to park your trailers and vehicles at night. I've stayed many times while traveling and had no problems. They even take pets.

I had a wonderful stay here. Customer service was excellent, rooms were clean and smelled nice, and it was quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You get your monies worth!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The AC was bad and it was either too cold or too hot. We could hear everything from the hall, TVs in other rooms and even just the person above our room walking made loud creaking. The door appeared to have been pried open numerous times making us feel less safe. No counter space in the bathroom. Front desk kept calling to ask questions, like if we had a pet with us.

Above average for a 2 star motel. Very clean. Full-sized pillows. There's a picnic area with gazebo and grill if someone is staying the weekend. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a courtesy call to see if everything was acceptable.

Excellent clean rooms. Great service. Nice morning breakfast. And I loved the room and the chair that I slept in so my sister could have the bed. We're traveling cross-country to see relatives in the perfect stop. Oh yes and another benefit, the Papa John's pizzeria is right across the street so delivery was like super super fast. Lol.

For a budget hotel, it was good. Clean room and relatively comfortable bed. The breakfast area could have been a bit larger.

This little motel was a happy find one night when we just couldn't drive anymore. It has become a welcome rest stop on our 12 hour drive from Texas to Ames, IA during move-in/move-out for our daughter. Always clean, well lit, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent place to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel accidentally booked me for the wrong weekend. Since the hotel was sold out the owner got me a room at the hotel next door.

This is an excellent hotel. They went out of their way to cater for our group. They even welcomed us on the Marquee. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Check on was easy. And they give you a lot of towels!

For the price, it's a fantastic option. The front seat staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was decent enough. We got a great walk in rate on two rooms (big family) and both rooms were well equipped and comfortable. True this hotel could use some updates, but it is obviously well cares for.

Got in at midnight, left at 7am and it was just perfect. Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly service.

Staff very friendly, clean premises, etc. Just know that there are cheaper places to stay a short distance away, and I'm talking $20 or more potentially for similar quality, if you head up Industrial Rd. Know what each chain offers and decide accordingly.

The hallway is a bit foreboading but the roomd are in excellent condition, the staff called to check on us when we got in, the showers were very clean too! The rooms look nice, fridge, flatscreen, microwave, it was nicely painted with nice carpet too. The breakfast was just OK but for the value we will be returning.

Super 8 Emporia is the best place to stay in Emporia. It is very comfotable, SUPER CLEAN, and makes one feel at home. The staff is on their toes to make sure your stay is comfotable and helpful in every way. You get the most ammenities at a very fair price and the relaxing atmosphere one needs. Fresh breakfast is served every morning and even the rooms are equiped with a nice coffee maker. Its the best place to stay at in Emporia. No other place like Super 8.

If you are looking for a very clean room and a very cheap price this is the place! The room was clean and comfortable it doesn't have an upscale feel but you are not paying the upscale price.
