Very nice staff. Rooms are very clean.

Clean, personnel very curtious N helpful. Checked us in early N left stay late till the rain lifted.

As far as cleanliness for the hotel it was outstanding very comfortable very clean however the front desk help could use a little help as we entered the Hotel the front desk clerk was sitting in the Gathering breakfast area or Lobby watching TV. As a manager of a hotel myself for quite a few years I always had my desk help doing other things that could enhance the experience of the customer whether it be doing a little dusting vacuuming getting things ready for the morning shift Etc. I would have given this Hotel 6 Stars however based on the front desk help they fell short from a perfect 6 score to 5 do not detract from the housekeeping Department which showed up incredibly well and there is nothing more pleasing to the eye than a very very clean room thank you again housekeeping Department kudos to you.

The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are spacious, even the bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and updated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts, which are included in the rate, were wonderful. We stayed for two nights and the breakfasts were awesome. The large variety would please anyones' tastes from healthy to vegetarian and to those who enjoy a heartier meal. We come to PA every year and we will be sure to stay at this hotel each time. I highly recommend it!

I came here to help a bridal party get ready for the big day. Rooms were nice, lobby was nice, coffee was gross. Housekeeping left super early so they weren't able to make the room nice for the bride and groom after the wedding.

Great hotel, bed was comfortable, room was very roomy and the staff was quite friendly. There were more than enough towels in the room. The pool was large and had a hot tub. I've stopped expecting good breakfast from hotels of this range and this was probably one of the worst I've had, but I didn't expect much more.

Nothing special about this hotel. Breakfast is less than desirable, swimming pool is very small, the fitness room is a joke, and the rooms are similar to a budget motel. It was clean, had great staff and it served its purpose, but wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

Stayed here several time in the past 5 years — always clean, friendly service, no complaints!

As expected, it was a very pleasant stay. Something I have not seen before is a new style of remote, one that is meant to be rubbed down with your choice of antibacterial cleanser. Nice touch. Now if only they sold small bottles of distilled water that would save me from stopping at a store and lugging around a gallon jug of it.

Hampton Inn overall good but too soft beds. Simple Ami breakfast, but waffles delicious. The Oatmeal is really horrible.
On the lawn many Woodchucks seen.

The hotel was nice warm and clean they kept mopping up salt tracked in from the parking lot the night Clerk was super positive and welcoming the morning clerks were more lethargic and missing from the front desk, our room was wonderful comfortable clean the breakfast in the morning was excellent and the breakfast matron was so positive and upbeat would stay again in a heartbeat.

We waited 6 minutes for someone to arrive at the main desk for check in and there was no urgency to get us checked in and taken care of. Not great customer service. The room itself though was nice.

My cousin was staying there on her way to Erie, and when I stopped up to her room, it seemed big. Apparently, there was a hot tub, too.

Clean with a good buffet. The bed was very comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was my key card didn't work and u had to return to the front desk and wait for the attendant to stop chatting with other guests about the weather for 5 minutes to get the card fixed. Could have been better customer service at that time.

The one star review is purely for their customer service. I called inquiring about a room, and the person who answered the phone gave me a price point. I asked if they would price match an offer I received from a neighboring competitor, and the woman on the phone laughed in my ear and very cockily stated “we’ll you go ahead and book at Best Western then. ” and hung up. I’m now staying st best western. :)

We were just in town for one night attending a funeral. We had stayed here previously and our 6 year old HAD to go swimming. The pool is kind of small but he LOVED it. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I spoke to them prior to our stay and they allowed us to check out a little bit late. The extra hour made it so much easier for us to keep our two young children occupied. Another perk of this hotel is a nice hot breakfast included.

The location is easy to find. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is awesome. The service is exemplary.

I was just stopping to change into my tux for a friends wedding but the hotel was nice, clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This place is amazing. Very Very clean, beds are so big and comfortable. Beautiful eating area and Lounge. Great amenities. I highly recommend this place to stay, if your in this area.

It was okay. The pool was kind of dirty, and the breakfast was not that good. Next time I am in Indiana, Pennsylvania, I think I will give another hotel a try.

The hotel is great. We love staying here and the staff is wonderful! The only thing I wish they would improve on is the lobby area where you eat. The chairs are in need of replacing!

This hotel has been absolutely amazing. I've been in town on business for almost the whole month now and they have been SO nice and the staff have been so considerate. They make being away from home so much not so bad at all. Great place, great people.

I'm staying here for business purposes and other than the phone not working in my room, it's been a great stay. The hotel is very nice and I've more than enjoyed the hot tub. The maid service is great as well. He/She always organizes my things I leave all over the bathroom counter and puts them nice and neat on a clean clothe. It's the little things that make a person feel welcome and at home while away from home. :-)

Probably the nicest hotel in Indiana for now. Slightly in an awkward location but very close to anywhere you're going in I Indiana.

Used to be super 8 now just a dump. Blankets ripped, mattress sagging. Needs a real go over. Not cheap $89.

My nieces and I stay here every year during our Family Reunion weekend and would not stay anywhere else! The rooms are always clean (and we are very picky) and the staff is always accommodating. The breakfast buffet in the morning is fantastic and the ladies running it are on top of things! The price is a little steep considering the locations is not exactly a vacation spot, but it is, by far, the best deal in Indiana, PA. Will stay here EVERY year.

We stayed here for a week in Thanksgiving 2010. The roomed are well appointed and staff friendly. Cleanliness was very good. Food was hot in the breakfast area. A+.

We stay at the Hampton Inn at least twice. I must say this Hotel is always clean and well maintained. We love the Contiential Breakfast in the morning, my boys love to.
