Awesome rooms very comfortable.

Clean, spacious & good breakfast but nothing can beat their customer service! Our tour group check around 10 at night and mentioned that we had a few people who weren’t feeling well. The next morning the lady at the front desk had her husband come and take them to the doctor and to the pharmacy. He wouldn’t take a dime for his gas or time. The next morning when we were checking out she remembered each person that was sick and “wished them well” There were 47 of us but she the one’s that we’re sick! The doctors were friendly the pharmacist was friendly. This is a great little town.

The pillows are very small I think they are for small children. The smell of pine cleaners were very strong gave me a headache. I was unable to get any rest because of the guest upstairs were so noisy until almost 1 am.

Clean but very small and not worth the price. We traveled with a dog so we needed a pet friendly place but the price was outrageous.

Great place. Well maintained, the room was great, and a substantial breakfast included in the price. The price, however, is why I gave it 4 rather than 5. I get that it's outside of a National Park but all of those hotels take advantage of the tourist label.

Nice place to wind down after the end of the day. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast was too salty for our British taste buds, but I think that is a general feeling about the US.

The room that I am staying in in this hotel is very comfy and spacious for a hotel bathroom is nothing fancy but the shower heads work well for a good shower experience. The breakfast options have good variety and leave you feeling satisfied all in all I would be back.

Clean rooms, Friendly Staff, Close to West Yellowstone entrance. Great Breakfast. Wonderful little town can be very busy but what can I say it's close to the park.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the prices are highway robbery. That's kind of typical for West Yellowstone. They charge you$300+ to stay in a two and a half star hotel that is decades-old. The free breakfast is typical for this kind of hotel. There's plenty of it, but you really don't want to eat very much.

Room smelled weird. Staff was super nice and helpful, especially with local info about what ti see and where to eat.

West Yellowstone is a great quiet town, even during busy season! This hotel's location is amazing and has almost every standard feature expected. Including an indoor pool and close access to the Yellowstone west entrance.

Well the rooms were awesome and clean. There was lot of space in the room, infact bigger then my 1 bed room. Breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs, boiled, bacon, bread, pancakes etc.

Great park, wonderful views and the air quality is heavenly. Amazing experience. Words cannot describe the feelings.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was about what I expected — very adequate for our needs. Would book again.

Really great place to stay. Booked it the night before and they had it ready to go with extra stuff (since we had 6). When we checked in (late) the front desk man had everything ready to go and was very detailed in his descriptions. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Good Wi-Fi too!

The pool claims to be heated, but it is freezing. Well, it is heated, it's just not as warm as I like it. Hot breakfast is served daily, and coffee is always available.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We didn't book until last minute, and had to move rooms the next day. They offered to move all our bags to our new room while we were in the park. The breakfast was pretty good.

Kind of pricey, and it is becoming a little dated. You can't expect any Hilton accommodations in Yellowstone. I would say the pool & deep hot tub are very nice. The staff is also very pleasant.

Good place to stay in West Yellowstone. The rooms are nice and it is close to the park. Don't count on the breakfast to fill you up but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Comfortable bed. Someone had bass playing somewhere that was a little annoying. Free breakfast is just frozen food they warm up. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been prepared with more attention to detail. The unfortunate event that negated some of the positive experiences. A buss full of non-english speaking tourists were staying in the hotel and they were obviously cooking fish in the microwave and smoking in the rooms.

The room was clean, adequate facilities, staff were friendly, the pool was in good working order and had nice hours 07:00 am to 11:00 pm, the breakfast was filling. The room carpet smelled a slight bit musty is the only negative. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Comfortable place that is convenient for Yellowstone park. I've driven in through the east, west and out the south ends of the park and each is lovely in its own right, but the proximity of the hotel to Old Faithful and the pretty drive in make this a very handy location. Internet connection is pathetic as it is based on the same awful system that the entire hotel group uses (high latency, low bandwidth). You will probably get better internet service from a non-chain motel/hotel. The breakfast is basic, but ok. Beds are comfy. Hotel is wheelchair accessible, except most rooms won't accomodate the chair in the bathrooms.

West Yellowstone is very convenient to Yellowstone National park. It’s less than a 5-minute-drive and you are at the West entrance. That’s what it’s all about. Don’t expect too much of West Yellowstone and its’ hotels and motels. The hotel was completely booked (no vacancy) and quite crowdy. There is no fitness area but a pool. The breakfast area is a complete joke. The interior is a joke, the 5 tables for 200 guests is a bad joke. We just worked our way through the crowd and took our breakfast to our room. The staff more or less didn’t seem to care about anything too much. The hotel is close to the national park so why putting any efforts into guest service? The rate we paid was about 279US$ a night for suite which is an upscale accommodation in many other areas so we were not too content with the package we got. Bedroom does have a window and AC, horrible internet connection, bathroom sink was clogged all the time, never been taken care in spite of our every day complains. On the other hand, it’s the ideal location for Yellowstone and as another reviewer said, it’s most likely impossible to find a decent hotel in West Yellowstone. The other hotels / motels did look worse, so I still give it 3 stars because there do not seem to be any good alternatives.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn from June 23 thru June 26, 2009. With three adults and two children, the large room with two queens and a pullout sofa/sleeper was a welcome comfort. The bathroom was large! What a change from the stand-in-one-place bathrooms in most motel rooms. The breakfast room was great and a wide variety of continental items provided. All-in-all a good deal.

Clean and comfortable room. The shower and linens were also clean. Great breakfast offerings included with the room. Rates were not too pricey. We're likely to stay here again if we are in town.
