Both good and nutral reviews here. Beds and room was comphy and clean. No screens on Windows so no fresh air to be had. Would have a beautiful view of the collage trees but windows were so filthy inside and out couldn't see thru. Staff was not fully trained so breakfast was limited, but they were friendly. Price is low but you get what you pay for.

Wouldn't help us with upgrading and talked to me very rudly and referred to my booking as "your type. " Got evacuated from the building early because of a gas leak too. Luckily, we were already getting ready to leave that morning. The room was okay but the Motel was very musky. I wouldn't personally stay again.

It was a older hotel but it was still a nice bed and a decent sized room and not to bad of price for a saturday night.

Been traveling back and forth from Fresno… spent my nights here over 4 different times, each time was great! Room service was good, employees and staffs were awesome and friendly!

Clean, friendly staff, room renovated. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Bed was — too soft — at least for me.

Nice Hotel Sauber and friendly even if it doesn't look like it from the outside. Newly renovated rooms.
Refrigerator and microwave. Rooms with king-bed are quite small.

My husband and I only spent one night here. Our room was clean and comfortable, our only complaint was that one of the wall outlets was so worn that nothing would stay plugged into it, but thats super minor because there were other plaves to plug things into.

I was not impress. Stay here for baseball tournament. Glad it was only one night. It stung so bad with cigarette smell in the whole building. Breakast bar was not impressive either.

Very pleasant people at the front desk and amazing cookies the manager makes for all who stays there.

Older place, but very clean and super nice folks at desk. Gave us the senior discount without asking, and very kind about accommodating my husband, who was using two canes to get around. They offered a free breakfast that smelled great, but we opted for a fantastic breakfast at Elmer's right next door. Great water pressure, hair dryer, nice little place.

Place is right across th street from the university. Can get food next door. Breakfast is good.

Great hotel, comfy, and quiet. A great place to lay you're head and relax.

Staff friendly and helpful but that's the only thing. Sheets were not washed, found stains and hair. Room smelled like "oldness, " along with sheets and comforter. Chairs were stained and old. Shower cycled between hot and cold; no steady warm stream of water. Pillows were horrific; they felt like dough. Will not stay again. I have video of my stained w/hair sheets and disgusting chair as memento and reminder to not stay again.

Rates where great! Every reasonable… Had a great night away from home staying at the Rodeway Inn… Can't wait to return.

It's a cheap motel, quality is not excellent, but is not unexpected. I recommend getting food around the corner instead of getting continental breakfast.

The new carpet and paint in the rooms is beautiful. The updates happening are really bringing new light to this beautiful building.

Came in late and they helped me quick so I could get right to sleep. I had a crew call early in the morning.

Decent size room bed ok (firmer than I prefer) but seem in good condition. Staff is really nice got a really good deal. For the 3 nights im staying. Breakfast is good to.

Room and okay. Breakfast and awesome. Location was good. Need to improve on cleaning. When I stepped in to the room, I saw some food plates at the corner. Though I mentioned, still they didn't removed for 2 nights.

Yes, didn't expect much from our first stay at a Rodeway inn and this one was about what we anticipated. Not great and rooms were very dated but on the bright side the shower was hot and the staff was very helpful. Would stop again if passing through.

Blankets are stained, pillows are lumpy and deflated. I got a discount so it wasn't too awful bad but I would never pay full price for this hotel. Also they still use box Tv's what year do they think it is?

Clean rooms, proficient staff, good breakfast, quiet, location was a plus for us. Outside and interior hallways need some work but the room was comfortable and clean.

This place should only be your last resort. If you have other options go somewhere else. The room was pretty filthy, the whole edge where the wall meets the floor was just cakes with dirt and buildup the whole way around the room. Looks like it hasn't been updated at all since the 70s. The shower head was mounted weirdly low, I'm pretty short, only 5'5" and I still had to duck down to wash my hair. Speaking of the shower, whatever their 0lumbung situation is, it isn't adequate for their number of rooms. The temperature didn't stay the same for more then 2 seconds at a time constantly going from freezing cold to burning hot. You could tell at one point there was a hole knocked on the wall in my room and the paint over the patch didn't match the rest of the room. Old tube TVs in the rooms still. The pillows were completely flat, felt like they stuck 2 handfuls of cotten balls in a pillowcase. Carpet was dirty and worn-out too. It needs replaced or at least a steam cleaning or sometging, like it was nasty enough I wouldn't walk on it in bare feet. This places only saving grace was that the bed and linens we're at least clean.

Location Good. Take business I 15 Across from the Idaho State university campus Room. Was clean and well stocked Check in. Check in clerk was prompt/knowledgeable very accommodating Value. Good I have been in better known chains that have been dirtier Return : If I am ever back this way, I will check it out.

Was going to give this place great reviews until we got to the continental breakfast this morning. The beds were fantastic, very clean, comfortable, fantastic pillows, checking in was timely but the breakfast what's very much lacking. They were out of eggs, toast, salt, and syrup. No fruit of any kind. We could not find an attendant in the breakfast room. Went to the lobby and at the desk was a young boy sitting there playing on his phone. We asked about the breakfast and the missing items and he put his phone down for a moment and proceeded to the breakfast room and replaced everything. So they were not actually out of anything he just had been playing on his phone and had not refilled anything. He was the only person at the desk, supposedly running the desk and doing the checkouts and attending to the breakfast guest. Very poor customer service, breakfast and lack of staff. At any reputable place of business they have a one person attending the breakfast guests and another person doing the checkouts. This was Sunday morning and it was very slow so I'm sure this young man could have actually handled both if he had to, but he could not get off his phone long enough to do that. Not a good set up. We will not be back.

I checked in just before 4 pm. 2 hours after check-in time (2 pm). Housekeeping was still cleaning with most of the doors to rooms left open. My room had not yet been cleaned. I called the front desk about getting a new room, and they told me to wait in the lobby while they cleaned the room because they were fully booked and had nothing available. I told them I wanted a refund, and conveniently they now had another room available. One that was still dirty, even though it had been "cleaned". The coffee maker was filthy, bedding had likely not changed, and there was what appeared to be pubic hairs in the bathtub. Not to mention when I took a shower the next morning, the water alternated between hot and cold. The electronic door lock did not work, meaning if you were not in the room to lock the door with the chain or the deadbolt that barely works, you have no way of locking the room. The room had a bad odor, so I opened the screen-less window. The phone didn't work, not even to call the front desk. So, instead I tried to call them on my cell phone multiple times and they did not answer. This place looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 70's. On top of all this I got weird vibes from the people that worked here. Strongly would NOT recommend.

Furnishings are outdated… 1980's… the clerk at check n said the hotel had a history of meth cookers there! How lovely.

Overall clean room, downside was the bathroom… The shower had very bad pressure water, and every time my wife turned on the sink water I would be showering with small water droplets cold as ice… A little outdated… Most electrical plugs weren't working but it's okay. 3 stars because bed was wonderfully comfortable! Overal worth what you pay for.

Booked a first floor double queen room. Arrived to find the only room left was a single queen on the second floor. Stairs and arthritis don't mix well. It's a good thing the other person that was going to travel with us canceled or they'd be sleeping on the floor.

Service was fine. The maid was rude when we weren't gone by 11:45 even though checkout was moon. Location was hard to find. But my stay was enjoyable.

The customer service was what stood out the most to me. The ladies at the front counter were always helpful and nice. The rooms were about what you would expect from a budget hotel. The rooms were nothing fancy but they were clean. Some of the rooms had coffee makers, others did not. They all had microwaves and refrigerators. They offer a small continental breakfast in the mornings and freshly baked cookies in the evening. The hotel is close by pretty much anything you could need while visiting. There is an Elmer's restaurant right next door along with several other establishments.

Better than expected for this price range. Very clean rooms, good working bath fan, large room with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, great AC. Breakfast ok, waffles, fresh fruit and cereal. Would stay here again.

The room waa clean and they gave both my brother and I a good deal as we were in town for a funeral. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because my key cards kept getting deactivated.

Rude AM desk clerk. I was given a hard time about my service animal, I'm a veteran. Dated rooms, old linens. Shower went from hot and cold with no pressure. During check-in: the evening before, the clerk was very nice.

The rooms are basic, but have what you need. They make a reasonable effort to keep the rooms clean, but there was damage to the carpet and the bathroom had some gross mold/lime build up in the tub. I appreciated the peace and quiet and the free breakfast/cookies though. Also friendly staff. A good solution if you're sticking to a tight budget.

Very clean, quite, and great price.

The staff was friendly and made up for the facilities lack. Working out of town, my company had a special arrangement with the comfort inn however due to an event no rooms where available at the comfort inn but good news our special rate was available at the other hotel owned by the same people! Except well the hotel is super dated, the showers hot water is well not hot, the Wi-Fi would go down, and the breakfast was well disappointing in comparison. I know I'm comparing apples to oranges here but when your paying the same rate it's kind of a big deal. Again the staff was friendly and welcoming, they're the only reason this hotel got 2 stars. Maybe the owners could invest a little money and remodel the place.

If you spend $50 on a hotel room you already know what your getting. I ate $150 work of fruit loops and toast at the included breakfast. I win…

The bed was comfy enough for me, but the morning staff, in particular one lady there was really rude to me. She seemed pleased to tell me my agent hadn't booked my room yet and walked into the back to chit-chat. She didn't have one nice thing to say, just told me the rules, and I walked away. No effort given at all, and the Wi-Fi is really slow.

Im am a child and it says on their websight that they have an out door pool yet they dont have one I felt disappointed and sad because I love to swim other than that it was ok dont come to this hotel for the pool cuz th er is no pool.
