2.5 Stars The rooms were clean but the building was very humid and muggy almost to the point of being oppressive. Things got a little better after turning on the AC in the room but the bathroom never did become tolerable as far as temperature and humidity were concerned. The water pressure in the shower was quite low but the water was warm and there drains were clear, so that's good. The breakfast was limited to cold cereal, apples, fresh waffles, yogurt, coffee, milk, and weird refrigerated cheese omelets that needed to be microwaved. More fresh fruit would be good. Different protein options would be nice. Maybe a pastry or two to round things out. Front desk people were less than friendly, but with the muggy temperatures I can understand why they might be grumpy. I also was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that they needed to photocopy my debit card… This is 2018. There should be absolutely zero requirements to have a paper copy of my card, especially since they were 100% capable of taking our reservation online… All in all a slightly less than mediocre experience and we won't be back.

Room was quiet and clean. Carpet is aging and seems to have a different smell in different rooms (assuming it was the carpet). Simple breakfast is included.

The room was clean with the exception of the fridge as you can see in the photo. I was not expecting 5 star accomadations, just a place for my family to stay the night and it was just right for that. Breakfast closes at 9 so plan accordingly, we missed it. Not a lot of road noise but we did occasionally hear the people in the rooms around us.

It was passable. Wouldn't generally choose to sleep there, but it works on a trip.

Good customer service but building old and floors would probably never be clean. Free breakfast should be free.

The place had false advertising even shows in the pictures there is a room like that and nope. We was told there was a bedroom with three beds and when we got there only two bed rooms.

It's great and they have free breakfast. And they allow dogs there too which is amazing.

The rooms were nice, especially for being so cheap, and there were plenty of great food options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm passing through Coeur d'Alene.

We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was very filling and good. Room was clean and very acceptable. We enjoyed our time at the motel.

The place was ok. There was a broken tile and the was a lot of pepper in the gravy. The staff was good.

Not bad for 70ish bucks. Bed was comfortable and rhe Tv worked. Mini fridge in the room and right off the freeway. Stick to the fresh foods and waffles for the free breakfast. The Irish girl who xhexked us in was great. She had personality and wasn't a drone. A very nice change.

Fair selections fair price. Friendly staff. Nice option for a locally owned small chain.

I love this Super 8, close to 2 bars, friendly staff, clean rooms, RV/truck parking is a bit challenging, otherwise nice place for a quick stop.

Was very happy with the accommodations. The gentleman who checked us in was very informative and helpful. Would stay again.

The staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean. When we went the staff didn't wear any uniforms so it was hard to tell who was staff and who wasn't. The washrooms need a little more hangers to hang more towels but it's nothing too bad.

This place could really use an update. The floors were creaky and the rooms don't block out sound at all. I don't know if there is a hallway/staircase/or storage washer room right above me but it was pretty loud early in the morning. Besides that, it was pretty clean.

Good price, free Wi-Fi, and basic breakfast. That's about all this place has going for it. The rooms are long overdue for an update. The Internet is terrible. Slow and constantly cutting out. Found lots of stuff that was less than clean (including the coffee maker). Our room cards stopped working part way through our stay. The parking lot is crowded and there's a lot of noise from the nearby freeway. If you're looking for a good deal, there are better options.

Rooms were nice for what I needed. I really enjoyed the variety for dinner but I wish they were open later. Overall it was a nice visit.

From beginning to end I was impressed. The staff is friendly, helpful and the ENTIRE facility is clean and nice. It's older but don't let that stop you! Breakfast is GREAT as well. I'll be bringing my family back here for sure!

They were very dog friendly, very friendly staff at check in, the room was clean. It's definitely an older hotel (1980s? ) that could use an interior designer (why is everything gold? ) and some upgrades so it doesn't feel like I went back in time to the 1980s or 90s. The carpet seemed fairly new, walls newly painted, new flat screen TVs, etc. It's more the colors and styles that make me feel like I'm back in the 80s. But everything was clean, in reasonable repair, etc. If I'm driving through again I would definitely book again. No issues at all and a great rate!

Cheap place that looks & feels even more cheaper. No elevator, etc. The breakfast was horrible; with too many people standing next to those who sat at a table waiting that they finished their meal… I would not stay there again.

It was okay, nothing fancy. A bit noisy. Room smelled musty. Comfortable bed.

The bed is rock hard, the pillows super squishy, the toilet runs unless you jiggle the handle and the card reader on the door was installed upside down making it very difficult to access room.

Rooms were very clean, professional staff. Love that they have a laundry room. Especially helped us when we got back from silverwoods theme park with soaked clothing. Would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms, new decided rations, decent breakfast. It's a a time to up from Motel 6!

They only had two towels in the room, no lotion, the staff was incredibly rude, especially the head housekeeper. Really don't waste your time here. There's so many better options in Coeur d' Alene. Even if it is cheap, it's literally just that — cheap, trash, disgusting, bad time!

I've been to a lot of motels lately, and hands down the super 8 has the best beds. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Location is easy to get to, as its centrally located. I will be staying here again.

Room was alright. Not enough light and a ton of outside noise though. Could hear people moving around all around us starting at 5 this morning. And the door doesn't seem to shut all the way.

Your first 3 steps in a hotel front door tell you everything about a hotel. This was clean and it smelled fresh as well. The gal at the front desk was great and our room was very clean. Breakfast was typical for this type hotel. Finally a hotel I was pleased with!

The room was like a prison cell basically with a blanket. There were no pictures on any of the walls. The continental breakfast was awful. It was a cold omelet and cold waffle in a cooler that you had to microwave, we were very disappointed. There were kids running around the hallways all night also.

What a filthy hotel room. We walked in and the room smelled like someone just had a party in it and it was non smoking room. The bathroom was so disgusting as there was hair, lint and dirt all over the base boards and built up in the corner by the door. The hotel in general wreaked of smoke and when we had our continental breakfast the next morning, there was a dog roaming the dining area. I have stayed in Super 8's many times for overnight sporting events and have never had a bad experience. This is the first negative review I have ever written, but it has to be said.

Not too bad. Friendly front desk staff. Room seemed clean though there were a couple dead bees on the carpet so you kind of wonder if it every really gets vacuumed thoroughly. It is a tad expensive for what you get. The continental breakfast did not have much of a variety. But, for one night it is not that bad.
