Great place. Great customer service. The apartment is nice and is near the beach, which makes it better.

Where do I begin? We just returned from what I thought would have been a great vacation not. First off, we check in to some young guy with the personality of a plant. We get to the room, notice an ashtray under the sink so we have a cigarette. Well, we get a call advising us there's no smoking in the rooms. We immediately stopped Why have an ashtray in the room we joke? We decide to read the resort handbook just to make sure we aren't committing any other resort crimes. Starts claiming it offers disability assistance. Wrll, I am disabled, assist me. I have yet to see where the assistance took place? Day 2 had the nerve to leave the resort only to come back to find no parking. Upon driving around we realized none of the cars in the area had resort tags and even the ones parkedbin handicap didn't even have a plate When we finally found parking and brought the car situation to the attention of the front desk the young girl chuckles says"ya that's beach peoplr but we know who they are so it's cool". We were in shock! Rest of the week pretty much the same I get home and receive a call from the e fraud department of my bank. They claim someone tried to make charges on my bank cards I had in my purse in the hotel room and in a purse that never left my hotel room. I immediately called the resort and was told that the General Manager would call me back. I immediately got a call back from this young rude, accusatory girl named Katherine.

Clean, efficient and roomy. Loved this spot with pool and beach across the street!

Soup barely warm seafood platter over cooked.

My family has had a time share here for 20+ years. Great family spot or for a couple. Ocean is right across the street.

Location is excellent. Living room needs more lighting.

Yummy breakfast at the attached Percy's Restaurant. They also have a lovely pool, but it's only open to people staying at the hotel (no day passes for locals).

Great location, right across the street from the beach and walking or biking distance to the village. The unit has everything you need, a kitchenette, a small bathroom, bed and small sitting area. There is an outdoor table with two chairs (but no area to eat indoors. ) The pool is well kept and I enjoyed watching kids play and swim with their families (you can see it from the rooms) and the fire pit, lit at dusk every evening, was wonderful. Office staff was helpful and accommodating too.

Excellent location with all the amenities you need. Hotel is right across from the beach which makes for an easy quick trip or day long affair, with the convenience if waking right back to your room to eat or use the bathroom. There are a couple of delicious restaurants just a short walk away, or take advantage of the kitchen in each unit. Outdoor pool is perfect for a quick dip and there are tables so you can eat poolside. Guests at Captain's Quarters can use the amenities at the other 2 Inn Seasons resorts in Falmouth.

Ive been coming for 14 years and every year im in awe with the view that I have of the beach and Martha vineyard and the view of the moon this year, beautiful!

Great beach access and a pool too! You can't beat the beach view from the balcony of any room at this small resort. The inside space is a little tight, and some fixtures need updating, but a great place to stay for a couple of minimalists. (Or two couples, as the couch fold out to a bed! )

Great view of the ocean from our balcony if looking from the side. It's so close to the beach it's amazing! They also have a decent sized swimming pool. They only allow one car per unit booked due to limited parking spots. Inside was pretty nice. We booked a one bedroom. The bedroom had a king sized bed and a hot tub. There were two full bathrooms and couch has a pullout queen bed. The kitchen isn't huge — — mini kitchenette with 2 coil based burners, microwave, fridge, and all the plates and utensils and pots and pans that you need. (This is the only reason why it's not 5-stars. Kitchen is very basic. ) There was also cable for both the TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Overall it was a great experience and I would go again!
