You get what you pay for and they did not disappoint. The beds are so ridiculously comfortable, I almost cried when I had to leave it. The fur throw is a great touch, nice deep pile carpets, (not the usual industrial scratchy stuff others use) and a great shower. The elevators are under refurbishment at the moment but it was of no serious concern. Staff is bright and friendly and were extremely accommodating about a late check out. That bed… it's all the beds fault!
Nice historic hotel. Charming if you want to stay at old renovated hotel. Good location, in the center of many things. Only downside is the expensive parking if you're driving.
Nice rooms. Faucet in the bathroom could be a bit more centered. It gets everything wet when washing hands. New carpet is a plus. Would of given 5 stars. But as I arrived to my room at around 3:30 housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room. We had to call the reception area. It was such an inconvenience as we have 3 small children and looking forward to rest. Housekeeping came and cleaned the room while we rested. We had to keep the kids out of the way of the housekeeper.
