The little gal at the desk did her best to move me to lower floor (I'm disabled) and they allowed us extra time to get out. The b-fast was good, and opened early. Enjoyed our stay.

Rooms smelled musty and damp. Pool was dirty and not open despite 90 degree weather. Would have gone elsewhere if this were not the only hotel on town.

Clean friendly staff. Nice room.

Received a room that had water damage to the ceiling and also there was 1 or 2 roaches that I saw. The air conditioner didn't work so the owner came and rigged the fan to stay on high the whole time.

Aweful experiance. Booked in advance and got a smoking room after requesting a nonsmoking room. They had nonsmoking rooms avaliable but refused to give us one for the price that we paid. Then they refused to refund our money. Will not return.

If 0 stars was a possible rating, I would choose that. The only reason they have business is because they are the only hotel in Trenton! HORRIBLE management. I was yelled at and insulted by the manager Patel (not sure of the spelling). When I stayed there previously (before this horrible conversation) room service openly walked into my room 3 times! Even when I had the dead bolt closed, they stood there with the door cracked, yelling at me to come get my towels. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Will NOT being staying there again!

The breakfast was ok… Cold eggs (in refrigerated case) need to be microwaved. 4 stars because the room was exceptionally clean!

Dog Friendly! This hotel has been here for quite a few years, and they’ve been doing some remodeling… The mixing station of the amateur that was plastering the column bottoms was right outside of our room. I was seriously thinking of balking on this place, but after doing a quick internet search for a replacement option, I found the nearest to be thirty-two miles away, in Chattanooga. I still would have, if it looked to be unclean, but it was clean and didn’t smell badly, so we stayed the two nights that we had reserved. The owner/operator seemed friendly.

Overall it was fine. Hotel room was missing the smoke detectors. There was obvious water damage with potential mold and the breakfast they offer was very limited. When I booked the hotel, the rate was $96. Somehow the rate was $109, then after fees and everything I was at $260 for a two night stay. Far cry from the $96 posted online.

Ok place to go too, it's non smoking but our room smelled like cigarettes, even after we moved a room.

Pretty nice place good AC. Beds were below par. Price was a little high for 100. But over all preety good.

Rooms are clean and spacious and don't smell like the elderly home.

Very courteous and big complementary breakfast. Cleaned and kept all things needed throughout my stay. Which was everyday for 2 months except Saturday nights.

Room was clean, maid service was exemplary. The only problems were the toilet was too low to the ground and there were no restaurants around the hotel that delivered food, at least none that we could find. The one thatvwe thought delivered was permanently closed. It would have been helpful to have a more up to date area guide in the room.

Traveling to Chattanooga from the south and finding it practically booked, except for two rooms we found available, we decided to stop off here. Rooms were clean, carpet looked new as well as bedspreads. Beds were crispy clean and mattress felt new… had frig, coffeepot, iron, microwave, hairdryer… continental breakfast… All a bargain for $79.00… … compared to two rooms found in Chattanooga at $149 and $179. Happy we stopped for a quick rest enroute to the smokies!

We liked the direction the more recent reviews were going so we decided to check this place out and were not disappointed. The rooms were clean, including the bathrooms. There were a few light stains on the couch, but that happens. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets clean and not scratchy. The breakfast provided was simple but there were hot eggs and a waffle maker along with the bread and cereals. The one big problem was that they seem to be understaffed and the young lady in charge of breakfast was also running the front desk which led to a few long waits for folks coming in while I watching from the breakfast area. Maybe something louder than a simple bell would be easier to hear? This is the first Days Inn I've stayed in in recent memory and it leaves a good impression. If you're passing through or on your way to a music festival I'd suggest staying here.

Location was not clearly marked but easily accessible once found. Rooms were nice and well kept. Pet friendly which was a plus.

It was a comfortable place to stay at. The down side about it. Was that the owners do not speak English well.

It was kind of difficult to locate (on a semi-residential side street behind a McDonald's), but everything else was good: large clean rooms, plenty of parking, and good amenities.

Slept there for the days in room 117. Bathroom floor was slimy. Bathtub drain could not be closed. Toilet leaked. And I have large bites all over my back and legs from something. Tried to call and inform them once discovered with no answer multiple times.

It's was a bed for an overnight stay. Nothing more.

I liked it. The service was excellent and the continental breakfast was a great way to start the morning.

Location was ok it ways right off the highway. Rooms were clean and nice but service could of been better.

Wow, Miss Patel was extremely RUDE! Called three times downstairs to see if they had a toothbrush or toothpaste. No answer. She was too busy yapping on her phone to have time to actually do her job. And then had the decency to act like I was bothering her by asking her for a toothbrush. Very unfriendly woman.

Door didn't close properly. Housekeeping person caught peering in Windows. Noise all night from people outside that looked like the extended stay type… Price ridiculous for a motel. Google said $51, we were charged $90 after AAA discount. Room damp. Pretty sure ice made us sick. Felt like a ghetto dump where transients hang out.

Management needs to offer dental plan for front desk worker.

Great value and nice clean rooms, $10 extra for pet. It is a Days Inn.

I reserved a room for a wedding in the area, but called more than a week in advance to cancel my reservation. My card was still charged though. When I called about this they had no record of my cancellation and refused to refund my money because their manager was on vacation until next week, which apparently is my problem. I called three times and people kept promising me that they would call me back but no one did until I called and raised cain on the phone and demanded that a manager call me back. Very unhelpful, very undependable, and that was just dealing with them on the phone. Booooooooo!
