Jacuzzi tubs, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed and pillows, even a small sitting area outside for smokers… had a very enjoyable stay especially for the price!

Worst experience ever here. I will not be returning. First night stay the first room we had the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. So, I let the front desk know so she switched the room. The next room were had was okay except the air was barely running so we slept hot all night! The next morning I let them know that the air was barely running in that one and I didn't even get a I'm sorry until after saying that the air was barely running 3 times and she finally came and looked it after I asked. She too also seen for her self that it needed too be looked at by maintenance! Because I had a 2 night stay that I had all ready paid for she switched the room and the next room was not even cleaned properly hair everywhere in the bathroom (all on sinks, in the tub, toilet looked like it could have used a little more cleaning) just nasty too me! So, Iet front desk know about that so she said she would get her inspecter to look at it and re-clean it and that she would call me. And let me know when the room is ready… Oh no she didn't even let me know when it was ready, I had too call her and ask her. Just shameful! … Believe it or not it was the same lady I seen come out of it half cleaning it the first time. I was very disappointed. I had too clean the tub again myself. I was very unhappy! I also felt very very unwelcomed! Too add the pool wasn't even open!

It's a really nice Hotel. Everybody is really friendly. I stay here every time I come to town.

Rooms were clean, staff were polite, the only complaint I have is the ice machines were broken except the 2nd floor and the beverage vending machine on the first floor wouldn't take my bills, but staff were readily available to gave you change for the vending machines. Othe then that it was a great place to stay!

Price was right, room was enormous. The bed was super comfortable. The Samsung Tv was a bit small but it worked wonders. The breakfast is basic eggs, bacon or sausage, waffle maker, fruit accessible, boiled eggs, muffins, toast, and yogert. You can use the gym at Hampton inn. Don't waste your money going anywhere else.! highly recommend this hotel.

The staff did an admirable job considering there was a huge influx of teenage athletes and parents. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean. The only challenge we had was a slightly messed up shower curtain rod that let water onto the floor, but that's not enough to really gripe about.

Very good rooms and good breakfast in the morning. An all around good hotel! Price range is great also. I would recommend this one if you came to stay in Thomson!

Half of the key pads on the outside doors do not work when you insert your keys, forcing you to walk around the building to the front. And the staff has NO clue as to why?!? Accommodations are nice enough, but definitely some issues with this location.

People quit complaining! stay in some of the places I've had to and then you can complain. Most of you are spoiled little brats and have had everything handed to you! Great place to stay, no complaints.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly and competent staff. Convenient to gas stations and fast food restaurants. About 30 minutes from Augusta.

Pretty nice and clean hotel. Stayed a night during road trip and I liked it. Rooms were spacious and clean; Beds were clean and comfortable; good breakfast to start the day and front desk people were friendly. Recommendable!

Didn't smell all that clean door didn't lock when leaving to go eat unless I slammed it lol other than that ok for a quick nap and go.

Nice big room at a decent price. Woke up late so didn't try breakfast. Walking distance to several restaurants.

I purchased this room from priceline. It was rated as a 3 star so I thought everything was fine. When I got there the hotel smelled like cigarettes. I wanted to turn back around and walk out but I was so tired from the long drive so I just said I would give it a try. Got to the room the closet door was broken, the restroom door knob was broken and the room just did not look as advertised. So got ready to get in the bed. When we laid down the bed went up like a see saw. I was done at that point. We slept the best we could however this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Never again will I stay here. The 3 * rating is incorrect more like 1 1/2. We checked out early didn't even enjoy what we paid for. So sad.

Clean spacious room. Great Breakfast. I didn't get to try the pool but just for a overnight. It was top notch.

Staff was super friendly, beds were comfy, breakfast was yummy, rooms were very clean. Everything you need for a random road trip hotel. Plus mcdonalds is across the street and the circle k across the street is 24 hours.
