Very Clean and very reasonable. The staff is very kind and thoughtful, ready to respond to any need that may arise.

Clean, cold room & super hot water. Very econimal price & best of all, a very sweet & pretty front desk/hostess. We'll be back!

All of the staff were super friendly, front desk and house keeping. They were easy to talk to, congratulated me on my graduation that weekend. Parking was great. Rooms were cute and super clean. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was very friendly, accommodating, clean and very affordable. We found it in the rush to get out of state because of a state of emergency. Thank god their was rooms available. Definitely will rent again if I ever need to head in that direction.

We enjoyed our stay. The management goes out their way to make sure you are pleased with your stay.

I will never stay at this hotel again we paid for two night and left after one. When we got there it was 145 in the morning so all we wanted to do was sleep. When we woke up in the morning we showered with a totally gunned up shower head that barely let any water out. Then when we left and came back our door was so messed up that we couldn't even open it unless we kicked and shoved with our body weight. The sheets and bed spreads where stained and my inkaws room smelled like cat urine. The manager refused to give our money back or even credit us one night of stay for the trouble. This place is aweful. Would recommend finding somewhere else to stay. Btw. They said 63 a night and then charged us 154.74 for the two nights.

We stayed at the Sylvania Inn last weekend. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs even though we got in relatively late in the evening. It was very clean and comfortable. There was also a coffeepot, mini fridge, and microwave in the room. No breakfast was served, but there are plenty of choices in restaurants within a couple of blocks. There is no longer a pool, but we were there for the racing (which we got a 15% discount for! ) and it was a little too cool for that anyway!

Great customer service came in late after a football game. I would come back hotel is older but modernized. I did not see any bugs.

Stole my boyfriend's money, police refuse to act. Owner and mangers are awful people. There is NO weekly rate! No matter what they quote you, they will charge what they want when they want with a 12% tax rate! Avoid at all costs, these people are literal theives!

Manager from hell — very unprofessional with the attitude that we need her. Here's my post on trip advisor.
Several members of my family booked rooms. We were in the small town of Sylvania to attend my great aunt's birthday party. This is a convenient location but I'd never stay here again. If you're used to dealing with professional managers who take pride in customer service and treating guest with respect, this is NOT the place. First, they double booked my room. The other… family member was placed in there only suite at no additional charge. I returned to the front desk to report that our room smelled like cat urine and animal hair was on the sofa. The front desk clerk offered us a room with 2 beds due to only having 1 smoking room with a king bed, which as non-smokers we didn't want. We accepted and she proceeded to get the manager, Shweta. She tells me that I have the option to stay in the stinky room or pay more for the room with double beds. In return I tell her that I shouldn't have to pay because I can't tolerate the smell and they don't have the same room type available. With an attitude, she tells me I can stay in the room or leave. Let me say, my family are long time residents and several members of our family have patronized this business for years. I suggested that she check the room and she refused. She simply did not care if a guest was left to tolerate the odor. Her demeanor and attitude was unlike any I've ever seen.

Disgusting! There was a bloody finger print on the wall above the toilet paper in the bathroom. The walls of the bathroom looks like someone had dirt on their hands and rubbed the walls down with the filth. The shower head was coming out of the wall. We found a phone charger in the wall from what we are guessing belonged to the last guest that stayed there. Charged $70 for one night with 2 queen sized beds. I will never again stay at this place and I pray that it gets taken over by a different company that takes pride in their work.

We have stayed at this motel before but this time the room we got was subpar at best. The toilet tissue holder was coming out if the wall, the sink drained slowly, the tub/shower wouldn't go completely off and there is a sign in the room that says "If you forget to pack standard toiletry item, please call or come to The front desk and we'll provide you with a complimentary replacement. " So I went to the office because we forgot to pack toothpaste and asked for some and the lady at the desk looks at me like "That's a weird question" and then sends me to the dollar store! What the fup! Giving it two stats is being generous.
