We checked out this morning. We had a wonderful time and we need to come back and spend more days. This was a one night stay since we are traveling. We loved our room the fire place was very romantic. Love the claw bath tub ❤️. Breakfast was very good. Thanks to all the staff. The Mckenzies.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in Savannah and stayed here this week. The inn was beautiful and quiet. We loved having access to coffee, tea, and treats all day. The breakfasts were huge and delicious. Anna was a pleasure and so helpful when we had questions about local restaurants, attractions, etc. We met so many wonderful couples from around the country and world at the inn while on our trip and enjoyed great conversations. The inn is right in the heart of Savannah and within walking distance to everything. This was our first but definitely not our last trip to this beautiful city. Next time we come, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such excellent accommodations while we were here!

The Inn and the owners and all the staff have southern hospitality mastered. The breakfasts are sumptuous everyone is so accommodating, will definitely return every time we visit Savannah! Location is perfect, within walking distance of everything you want to experience in Savannah’s historic district!

5 stars all around. Highly recommend this gorgeous inn for your savannah getaway. They go the extra mile. My daughter is gluten free & the made her feel extra special with breakfast & sweet treats.

The family that owns the Inn were amazing. Very clean place to stay. I loved the way you get to interact with other guests. It was a great little get away.

We stayed in the Carriage House from Feb 21-23. Melissa, Eric and the rest of their staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing both mornings. Erica helped my husband plan a surprise with roses and chocolates. They were gracious hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the area. I accidentally left my purse and they called us immediately upon finding it. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it it to others. It was my first bed and breakfast experience and it was a great one!

This place feels like home. Just stayed here for the first time. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious! Some of my friends have already booked a stay here after I posted the pictures from my trip. Looking forward to returning!

I would give it 10 stars, our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Very close to city market for sight seeing. The owners and staff were very gracious hosts. I wouldn't hesitate to book our next trip down to savannah and will look forward to staying here again.

McMillan Inn is a slice of Heaven! This quaint Inn is filled with cherished antiques and beautiful decorating. The host family dedicated themselves to the guest's comfort … everything you need. Our Abercrombie Room was simply perfect! The breakfasts were scrumptious. The staff was beyond outstanding! No other Inn could match their perfection! ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The McMillan Inn is a beautiful place with fantastic service and accommodations. The staff was friendly and personable and made sure our needs were met. They recommended some great dinner spots and the location of the Inn is perfect, close to so many great things downtown. Their breakfast was superb, homemade and wonderful. The room was cozy, the mattress and pillows hugged me! Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! I highly recommend for your stay, you will not be disappointed. The inn is a very unique place with lots of antique fixtures etc. Very quiet for a nice leisure relaxingly weekend.

This was our first trip to Savannah and stay at McMillan Inn. It was amazing. Breakfast was amazing The whole atmosphere was relaxing. Eric and Melissa are wonderful people and made our stay like home. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the McMillan Inn!

I can’t express enough how amazing this place was! We just happened to be fortunate enough to grab a room last minute on a romantic whim to come see the area. The Inn is exactly as the pictures depicted. It is stunning and romantic. The owners Eric and Melissa were so gracious. They are extremely personable and go above to accommodate every guest. Our room (The Lincoln Room) was so well decorated. The bed was like laying in heaven. My favorite was the claw foot tub/shower. I especially enjoyed having my own coffee pot in my room to enjoy each morning. The breakfast was absolutely stupendous. The strawberry stuffed French toast casserole with loaded hash browns, and ham steak was superb. I absolutely cannot rave enough about how amazing this place is. The abundance selection of coffee creamers and Melissa making my husband hot chocolate on the spot says they truly care about their guests. Thank you Eric, Melissa, and the entire staff. You guys rock and are a true example to other B&B’s on setting the bar of excellence service at the top. We will definitely recommend you to all of our friends and family wanting to visit the area.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Great couples retreat. It's quiet. Sometimes we thought we were the only ones there. The breakfast and pastries were amazing. Eric and Michelle are wonderful hosts. Eric gave us great suggestions on where to go and how to explore Savannah. We will be booking this beautiful Inn again.

My husband, David Hall and I just returned yesterday from a weekend of celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The McMillan Inn was the perfect place to spend it. The hospitality was WONDERFUL, breakfast each morning was hot and DELICIOUS. It was just a beautiful home. We’ve stayed at several bed and breakfast but this one is the best by far ❤️

Eric & Melissa are wonderful hosts. The rooms are super clean, nice amenities and comfortable. Delicious small buffet breakfast. We were so relaxed here. Hated to leave.

Loved the courtyard! The pool was just the right temperature. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. BREAKFAST… OMG! SO GOOD! Peach cobbler, YUM!

Eric and Melissa are gracious hosts. The house has been wonderfully decorated and our room was immaculate. We really enjoyed our breakfast. This was our honeymoon and we hope to continue to come every year.

Everything was perfect and far exceed our expectations! It's also the perfect location, we we're able to walk to anywhere we wanted to go which was exactly what we wanted to do.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the McMillan Inn! Eric & Melissa were wonderful! They made us feel right at home, super comfortable, and were so helpful in answering any questions asked, & even WEEKS upon our arrival, they were quick to reply, and both very helpful in answering questions. The Inn is just gorgeous, like a step back into time, decorated all so perfectly, so Victorian, just super gorgeous! The breakfast that was served, was delicious! We stayed in the "Gaston" room, and it couldn't have been more perfect! LOVED the Jacuzzi tub! We highly recommend the McMillian Inn! :) ~Rob & Kendra.

This was by far our favorite part of Savannah. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful, and you won't find better hosts. Sure, the doors are a bit stiffer or more stubborn than your everyday ones, and the floorboards and bedframes creak and sometimes have a slight dip to them, but the place is a century and a half old — it's part of the charm. Honestly, this place is great, and the great prices are just a bonus!

Our stay at the McMillian Inn was excellent! The owners, Eric and Melissa went above and beyond to make us feel at home. IF we had any issues we felt confident that they would have attended to them quickly. The Inn is beautiful, The Pulaski Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend their pool to cool off during the hot summer months. Breakfast was delicious and this Inn has a great location. We will definitely stay there in the future.

Met by the owners when we arrived. Had to carry my own suitcase to the carriage house. The room was nice but not cleaned properly as there was long hair in the bathroom and the plates had dust over them. A little more focus on cleanliness and this would be a great place.

This was our first time at a B&B, my husband and I absolutely enjoyed it! Everyone was so friendly, from the owners to the other guests. The home itself was absolutely beautiful. It is within walking distance of some nice antique stores and some amazing restaurants. It was a great getaway for my husband and I to spend some much needed time together after his deployment. We will defiantly be looking forward to returning!

From the moment we got there, we felt like we were staying with family rather than a B&B. Diane, a friend of the Proprietors Missy and Eric, offered suggestions of what to see, where to eat. As it was Missy and Eric's anniversary, we bonded as our anniversary fell the next day. Even on their anniversary, they checked in to make sure that we were attended to. The following day, without being overbearing, They checked in on us at breakfast, made sure that our horse and carriage ride tickets were placed on our door. We also were able to purchase our Old Town Trolley tour tickets right at the McMillan Inn. They made everything worry-free. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious. We felt like royalty in our beautiful Lafayette room. Right down to the sound machine to bring relaxing sounds to guests that might be far from home. Impeccable, spotless, personable, and professional. Recommended by a friend of ours that has stayed here before, we will do the same to all of our friends.

From the moment we stepped into the Inn with one of the owners Eric, we felt instantly at home. He was so welcoming and told us all about the Inn’s history and everything. We stayed in the Huntington room and it was beautiful and romantic. I’ve always wanted to sleep in a Canopy Bed and it was such a luxury to do so, Along with taking baths in the claw foot tub! Eric and his wife Melissa were just the best hosts we’ve ever had and made us instantly want to one day own our own bed and breakfast! It was our first b&b that we stayed at and we are glad this experience was our first one. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my husband’s time there as the bath’s in that amazing tub we’re mine! Eric and Melissa both make you feel like family and we can’t wait to come back! Don’t hesitate on booking this Inn!

Can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in this absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast! The McMillan Inn is as wonderful as the in owners, Melissa and Eric. Everything was perfect from my conversation with Melissa on the phone making our reservation. I had told her it was a Vietnam Vet gathering of the 518th Signal Company, husband's and wives, and she couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant. I felt like we were good friends from the start! Their magnificent bed and breakfast is so beautifully decorated and their breakfasts are very southern. Each day was different and more delicious than the first. They helped us coordinate our trolley reservations and Eric even walked us to our trolley stop, so we wouldn't get lost. Each evening we would congregate in their lovey, comfortable parlor so the "Vets" could talk about days long gone by and discuss plans for our next gathering. To top it off, one of our fellow vets and his wife had an early morning flight out of Savannah Airport and Eric insisted on driving them at 5:30am to make sure they made their 7:30am flight back to Missouri. He even had egg sandwiches packed for them for their breakfast! We couldn't be more pleased with their beautiful rooms. Absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend The McMillan Inn, and a great thank you to Melissa and Eric!

It's a lovely Inn owned and operated by a very courteous couple. The rooms are decorated with stunning period pieces, breakfast outstanding, walking distance the the Forsythe fountain and park. Love it! excellent for St. Patrick's weekend!

Wow! This Inn was everything and more. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast was without a doubt the best breakfast you will ever eat. With all that said, what made our stay beyond what words could ever describe was the owners. They are the most welcoming, friendly, go out of the way to accommodate every need couple you will ever encounter. Oh, and don't forget about the peach tea and hot cookies and brownie at midday. You will never stay in another hotel again after visiting this play.

The owners Melissa and Eric are wonderful! They will not steer you wrong on where to go for fun! The carriage house is excellent! Very well decorated and stylish to meet even the modernized people. My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and have zero complaints an a million compliments! Wonderful time staying here while we were visiting Savannah!

This was the best place we've ever stayed. Eric and Melissa were gracious and accommodating. We stayed five days in the their carriage House and was worth every penny! Her food was delicious and the hospitality was nothing we've ever experienced. The pool was great and the in room jacuzzi tub was even better. There is nothing negative I could say about our stay!

The McMillan Inn was everything I wished and hoped for in a bed and breakfast. Melissa, one of the owners, emailed me the day of arrival to ensure she would be at the Inn for the time that I check in. Once my husband and I got there, she took her time to speak with us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. She makes the most delicious peach sweet tea and I’m pretty sure my husband and I drank gallons of it when we were there. Melissa was kind enough to recommend tons of places to eat and tour during our time in Savannah. The accommodations were wonderful and anyone who appreciates antiques will fall in love with the Inn. We stayed in the Huntingdon room and loved the sitting area, bed, and claw tub. Oh AND the fireplace— which was extremely helpful because Savannah was quite cold for our visit. Melissa and Eric also, at our request, heated up the pool so we could go swimming after a long day of touring the city. I’m saving the best for last — the BREAKFAST! Let me just mention that I am gluten free and Melissa and Eric accommodated it with no problem and bought a box of delicious gluten free oatmeal for me to have on top of all of the other breakfast items. During our stay, we had yogurt, granola, fruit, bacon, sausage biscuits and gravy, a cherry cobbler, cinnamon bun casserole, hash brown casserole (the best! ), and the list goes on. You can just tell the food is made with love and eating at the table with the other Inn guests gives you such a family feel.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights then went to St. Augustine for two nights to another B&B. After staying at the McMillan Inn, we were so unhappy at the next B&B. The Mcmillan is staffed by the owners not employees and they take great pride in their home. The owners Mellisa and Eric passionately hand pick the most beautiful antique furniture and ensure the rooms are spotless. We felt like the home was safe, and our room was private. The breakfast was good and the fresh cookies were better. Melissa and Eric were very friendly and helped us with questions as well. We cannot wait to return.

When we arrived at McMillan, we were warmly greated by one of the hosts who showed us around the place. The location is slightly of the center of Savannah, it took us about 15 minutes to walk there. The room we booked was very big and cozy. Service here is amazing! They really make you feel welcome and at home. Overall our stay here was fantastic!

If I could describe it in one word — Gorgeous! The feel of the place is like stepping back into 1888. The decor is warm and welcoming. The proprietors, Eric and Melissa, were so accommodating and I felt right at home. The carriage house was beautiful with a pillared tub and it was luxuriously decadent. The house is quite close to all the venues in town yet very private and safe. And breakfast too. Very, very nice. It's a can't miss if you're looking for a place to stay in Savannah. A+++.

What a great place to stay for a trip to Savannah. Eric & Melissa were Great hosts. Both full of pride and "the Southern Hospitality. " They wanted to be as helpful as possible. Breakfasts were amazing to add to the enjoyment. I only wish I had a few more days on my visit.

I stayed the weekend here with my girlfriend, and we absolutely loved it! The staff was so kind. The room was immaculate, with an unbelievably comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was so delicious we thought it was catered. The location was perfect! When you come to Savannah, you have to walk through the historic district if you want to capture the essence of the city. We loved the walk home from downtown through this haunted yet safe city. Once back at the hotel we went for a private dip in the heated pool. I would highly recommend McMillan Inn, especially for those who have never been to Savannah, as it truly captures the magic of the city.

When my wife and I decided we wanted to go to Savannah for our honeymoon in hopes of getting a true southern hospitality experience, we knew we had to stay at a bed and breakfast. We looked at many different places in Savannah but instantly fell in love with the McMillan Inn just from the photos. However, photos do not do the place justice (believe it or not, it is even more beautiful in person! ) this is because photos do not capture what wonderful people Eric and Melissa are. They were beyond accommodating from the very beginning. We had an early flight into Savannah so they allowed us to check in early, no questions asked and were genuinely happy to welcome us upon arrival. We loved getting talking with Eric and Melissa, they are stand up people in every way possible. We loved our room, we stayed in the Gaston room, it is very private for being on the first floor as mentioned in its description. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable! The only time anyone was on the floor was during breakfast, and we loved talking to the other guests over breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious every single day (we stayed Sunday through Thursday), there was no need to eat until late in the afternoon. Also, the cookies and baked goods that Melissa put out each day were amazing! We were spoiled and had the opportunity to get some of these goodies when they were still hot!
