In September we stayed at Home 2 Suites for one night on points. The front desk never cleared me from the room and the credit card I used for incidentals, was then used to pay for the next guest. $706.03. It took almost one month for them to issue the credit. Guess what same hotel just charged me $706.03 again in November. Clearly we haven’t been back so I guess they are still using my credit card for someone else. Filed another dispute. Check you credit card statements! Thanks Hilton Hotels for the stress and aggravation!

Cleanings and friendly staff.

I am at the Home2 in Pooler Ga. I truly have never been more disgusted with a Hilton Brand hotel then I am with this place. The front desk told me upfront she could not move me because it was completely booked out. No rooms at all. I know that hotels have at least Some rooms available. That is neither here or there. These pictures tell the story. The refrigerator had hair on the shelves, the microwave still had a left over noodle on the glass plate. The towels had hair on them. The chair is so stained that it needs to be thrown out. The sofa stained also. But the most disgusting is that whomever urinated on the toilet seat. I am so thankful I travel with my own cleaning supplies. The seal on the door should have said enter and clean at your own risk. Just nasty Hilton Just nasty. I don’t care if the housekeeping staff quit and they are using temps. Not my concern. These hotels cost too much money. Refunds and points is not enough for having to buy more supplies to clean pee on the toilet and floor. Due to weekend events hotel we’re booked so I had to clean this room like it was my own home. I will not be back until after the new management company finally take over.

It’s like being at home, everything you need fir a nice comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, easy access from highway. Would definitely stay here again.

By far, the cleanest and nicest hotel in the area.

Rooms are clean and the shower is awesome. Staff is friendly, very nice.

Pros : Hotel is very convenient as to shopping and food as well as the airport being minutes away. The hotel room is vary spacious with a complete kitchen. Room was very clean. Staff was and has been very courteous to us. Parking is very easily accessed and door security is comforting. Cons : The rooms thermostat has preset settings as too where you can't adjust the thermostat which is EXTREMELY frustrating. The breakfast in my opinion is an absolute joke. It's all pre-made meals aside from the pancakes. They have seating for 15-18 people at breakfast leaving majority of customers having to go back to there rooms to eat. Also, the pool was very dirty and not kept up. We chose Home2 suites due to there lower price but next time I'll gladly just pay the extra and have a nice breakfast and a working thermostat at another hotel.

Located near the airport and shopping and restaurants almost within walking distance. There is also a large outlet within minutes. The hotel is new, large clean rooms. Rooms has full size fridge, microwave, dishes etc. Really good breakfast in a nice, modern and spacious lobby. The outdoor pool is nice and salt water, not heated but it’s warm here. One of the front desk person was not the friendliest but I don’t want to rate the hotel down for that. It was a comfortable and fulfilling 2 night stay with kids.

Ok so I don’t normally get on any of these reviews and give a review but this hotel I am giving one. The service was great and everything was comfortable. There were 2 things that made me not really enjoy it. First being the pool. The pool was filthy, there was bugs and several strands of hair and was not regularly cleaned. Secondly, My dogs are very quiet and very good dogs. They are also regularly groomed. The hotel emailed saying we are not allowed back because my dogs had ticks. Mind you, our dogs are groomed regularly. Neither of my dogs have ticks or even fleas. They didn’t give an explanation as to why they assume this or anything. I do think this was an assumption and not fact.

My family and I were on vacation exploring the area. We love staying at Home2 because there's always guaranteed an awesome breakfast! The pool is salt water instead of chlorine, much better for your skin in some ways. The staff is in most ways the best part, they're always smiling and wanting to improve your stay anyway they can! This Home2 is very conveniently located to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, shopping, water park… you name it and you can either walk or take a short drive! The water park is still working on expanding… the majority is a lazy river… for $20/person we decided to skip that. We mainly drove to the downtown area and back, which is only a 15 min drive when taking 95S to 16. We always recommend Home2 to ANYONE when traveling if there's one available to choose from to get the most out of your stay anywhere!

This is the hotel we have always looked for! As a family of 6, staying in a hotel is a nightmare. We either get 2 rooms and worry that the kids are not right next to us or we cram all 6 of us into one room and nobody gets any sleep. We stayed in a suite with 3 beds and it was heaven! It was an amazing stay… and then we went downstairs for breakfast. WOW! Hands down the best hotel breakfast ever! You have become the favorite hotel for large families! Can't wait to share this with my triplet mom group!

The room is great. Fridge and freezer. Sink. Dishes and silverware. The bathroom is great except for a weak shower. Good location to walk to restaurants and bars.

Our office Phones, internet, servers and even cell service was affected by the horrific airplane crash on Wednesday. — we had to relocate office and thought a hotel and the use of their facilities would be perfect. Little Did we know new hotels don’t have date jacks anymore and are all wireless. — Dana the Manager gave us a full refund for the days we booked. Thanks! HWTI team PS it’s a beautiful facility in a great location.

This place is really nice (not to be derogatory, but considering its in Pooler, GA, my expectations were low). It's a new hotel with large rooms. Very nice reception area and decent breakfast. The area around it is really nice too with the outlet mall and lots of restaurant choices. Definitely recommend this hotel as long as you're expecting a mid range Hilton property.

We checked in online then arrived to find out that they checked us out. Our room wasn’t clean so they had to switch our rooms. During this time the manager was supposed to contact us and yet it’s the next morning and a worker told us that she wasn’t even in the building. Now turns out that they don’t even allow to transfer rooms. But some of the hotel staff were nice.

Place was brand new, so very clean and nice. Room was very spacious. The hotel workers were very polite and helpful. The snack bar was very expensive. But other than that very nice hotel.

This hotel is excellent! The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are all brand new. Will definitely stay here again.

I was incredibly surprised how nice this hotel was for the price. Very clean and well equipped. My only complaint was that breakfast stopped at 9am. I'm used to other Hilton properties going until 10am. No biggie though, had an amazing breakfast at the outlets up the street.

Beautiful hotel. Very roomy and convenient. Also the area around it is beyond perfect. Plenty of shops and restaurants. However, only about half the TV channels worked and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The tile work in the bathroom is subpar and the bathroom door did not close properly due to unleveling. We called the front about it however, the problem wasn't fixed before our weekend stay was over. But it's only its first week open and I can see this being a well earned five star after the minor issues are fixed. Hopefully, management will listen to customers and fix.
