Perfect, enjoyable, the best getaway ever!

We love The Lodge at Sea Island. Everyone is so professional, but personal, at pampering their guests.
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The restaurants are outstanding — food is amazing — eat the little corn bread and biscuits-oh my! And everything we tried! Have you ever had a Butler — well you never thought you needed one — they will convince you! We will return!

Every single detail here was amazing… the hospitality, the view, the food… all of it. If you can go, go. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The golf courses are immaculate, thank Berry Collett and crew! The Lodge locker room is the best in the country, thanks to the great staff.

Thanksgiving Brunch was impeccable. I didn’t get oyster dressing, but I did get a couple of dozen fresh oysters on the half-shell!

The place, amenities and special service make this resort one of a kind.

The breathtaking resort, impeccably manicured grounds, 5-star service from butlers, wait staff, and attendants made this Forbes 5 star resort everything it is hyped up to be. Special touches such as rose petal baths, fresh cookies by the bedside, complimentary snacks and beverages, onsite photographer, and activities for couples and families alike truly make this place one of a kind. Your worries are left at the gate, and you feel 100% taken care of throughout your entire stay. Highly recommend for a romantic couples get away or family retreat.

Service for dinner was well below par for guests staying on property. Was told 39 min and it was well over an hour.

Lodge and the location is beautiful the staff is very accommodating but a bit pricey.

Everything in Sea Island is 5 star! Putting the course to sleep every night with the bag pipes is a wonderful tradition.

Top of the line golf experience in all senses. Will continue to come back for meals, lessons, golf rounds, practice, shopping, etc for years to come.

I’ve stayed at some incredible places, and I have to say that The Lodge (and the Sea Island resort as a whole) has been the best. Not only are the accommodations incredible, (every detail has been thought of), the staff are genuine and friendly, and the amenities are 5 Star.

Location, room and venue were lovely — the staff though were superb. Attentive, helpful and friendly. Sure it’s good for people that like golf as well.

Beautiful hotel with an unbelievable View. When you go to the dining room ask for a Matt. He will take care of you. Excellent food and great service.

The place is amazing! From the butlers to the house keepers and everyone that works here are amazing! Five star service, especially from Anita a server in the Oak Room!

Service and food were great. Southern style meals with a great whiskey selection.

Came in for dinner with a large group and the service was excellent. The drinks and food were perfect!

We stayed at the Cloister but while my wife was enjoying the spa I enjoyed some drinks and livily conversation at the Men's Locker Room. It was a pleasant relaxing afternoon by a warm fire. The bartender Scott, was so personable and friendly. He made fantastic drinks. Highly recommend seeing Scott at the men's locker room.

Food and service was awesome. Upon our entrance to our exit everyone was very attentive and helpful.

7 series BMW to use at will was an amazing feature. Ambiance was as advertised, very rich and historic feel. Property was beautiful. Staff was eager to help yet unobtrusive. Our sink stopper didnt work on one of the bathroom sinks, wasnt an issue as we had 2 sinks. Adjacent airport had planes fly directly over the property, within a few hundred feet at times. Quite loud, but still interesting and not really a major bother. The sea island sister properties arent particularly close, but borrow a BMW and make the short drive over to the Cloister to enjoy an amazing meal at the Georgian Room. Make reservations in advance!

Forbes 5 Star rated and for a good reason. Between the hotel, restaurants and golf courses, I'm sure you won't find a better place to stay on St. Simons.

Rich woods, elegant decor, traditional ambiance, bagpipes, bonfire, cocktails, dinner!

Very nice, but I wasn't aware of how far from pool, beach, spa, and fitness center it is. A 15 minute travel time needs to be added each way if visiting one of those, or a restaurant at the Cloister.

Old world luxury with very good service. Colt & Allison was delicious. Continental breakfast, not so much. The courses are impeccable. The bag pipe player adds a perfect touch. For most, it would be 5 stars, but it's a tad bit pretentious and, although they try hard, still feels like they're working through how to provide 5 star service. Again, not for a lack of trying. I would highly recommend The Lodge.

5 star staff. Missing herbs at restaurants missing substance proper glasses etc. A byway to trip I wouldn't stay with missing essence. I dont think they know their business! Fantastic views. Myself family we have the largest golf charity classic in the world. Improvement before id recommend The Lodge.

The most amazing place for an event, or golf, in Southeast Georgia. Staff is always amazing. Service always top notch. Always a thrill to come here.

Very beautiful setting & interior! The service is impeccable, you are treated like royalty & they always remember your name. Cookies & milk are brought to your room nightly after they fill your bathtub with rose scented bubblebath, roses & light rose scented candles. We will most certainly be returning to The Lodge at Seaside!

We loved our time at The Lodge… food was delicious, staff was more than courteous and atmosphere was splendid. I loved our rooms and our "cookies and mile" @ bedtime! ; the views, the bagpiper, everthing was great. I so wish we can return someday.

A member of the Cloister family, excellent dinner in the Oak Room. Get there early, though. It fills up fast.
