Rooms were very clean house keeping was very good and people working office were nice. Everyone treated u like u soecial.

Great rates and a wonderful staff! My husband and I are in the transportation business this is our "home away from home"! Love this place! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay. Nice and clean. If you need group d floor, be sure to request it when booking your room.

Let me just begin by saying that we did not choose to stay here. We stayed here due to an event so all guests were lodged here (we did pay our own lodging). The hotel is very dated, including the furniture in the suites, which we stayed in. The sofa bed was dusty and the mattress had large spots (more than likely, urine). The room even smelled dated — not the best first impression. I would definitely recommend you specify that the staff complete a THOROUGH cleaning and extra bed linen if using the sofa bed when staying at the suite to ensure cleanliness. The bathroom shower was not draining properly so it was no fun having to shower. The grounds were not clean and neat and lacked maintenance. Breakfast was OKAY at best. Don't expect too much but you'll surely have a couple of hot and cold cereal options, coffee, hot teas and OJ. Staff was friendly but not readily available. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I had to but it's definitely not on my list of choice hotels.

Comfortable and clean Inn with helpful staff and an owner that ensures you have everything you need at the Inn or around town.

Rooms clean, nice with hardwood floors. Breakfast typical and acceptable. Convenient location to access Cumberland island ferry. Staff not particularly helpful.

I booked a king size room at the last minute, it was very affordable (with tax $94.00) and I was blown away at how nice the room is, very clean, great staff, and the room is a decent size! I'm very impressed.

Clean, comfortable, wonderful spot for a weekend getaway. There's a bar on site and it's convenient to several fast food and casual dining places. The pool is enclosed and there are picnic tables in a grassy, well-landscaped sitting area. I didn't love the layout of the complex, but overall it's a great place to stay.

Very cosy rooms and standard breakfast. Room service didn't come back to bring more soap and empty the trash though.

Nice clean rooms. Beds were confortable and clean. House keeping kept our rooms clean and tighty. Breakfast is not hot but good.

My autistic brother is very upset about your service. He’s been locked in his room and screeching ever since we got home. He told me if I didn’t go online and give you a bad review he was going to post my nudes if anyone got “dubs. ” I think they is referring to his homosexual autistic message board he posts on all day.

Great stay! Only gripe was an autistic kid complaining loudly about name tags when I checked in. He crouched on the ground and started screeching this awful sound like REEEEEEEE, said he was going to get "His people on it! " and stormed out wiping tears from his face. Poor guy, he needs a handler. But I digress, great staff, great place! Will be back!

Standard, but they did extreamly well. Very clean, newly remodeled, friendly day shift staff. All the standard amenities with the charm of a small town. We will return for the waterfront park.

Cheap old ac units, slightly sketchy looking, every looks cheap. Damaged ceiling due to water damage, bathroom light connected to really loud fan, electrical outlet in weird spots and not enough. In one of the few outlets was a broken piece of metal of a chargers. The doors don't have insulation so light shines through them all night. Ceilings are thin combined with hardwood floors turns into loud neighbors. Clean beds though… I think.

Very clean, reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and quick to write down directions to local eateries and landmarks. Even though it is not new, it has little updates and very clean.

Its was quiet, room was clean, housekeeping staff was very friendly. Nice lobby and the free breakfast had many choices.

The gentlemen at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. The room is not fancy and a little dated, but it is comfortable.

Friendly staff and great service. The attached bar is relaxed and friendly, but the area is somewhat lacking in things to do.

Wonderful place to stay. The suite is certainly a must upgrade. Wonderful staff and clean rooms make for a pleasant stay. The only down side to my stay was the matress. Felt like an old box spring and was a little uncomfortable. Other than that? Awesome stay!

Great service, nice rooms, free Wi-Fi. Location wasn't as close to the historic district as I thought (still only a five minute drive). Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast of cereal, instant grits, and bagels. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

Friendly staff, clean pool and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The rooms looked recently renovated and the staff was super friendly. The continental breakfast was nice and my daughter loved the waffles. I loved the convenience of the Winn Dixie and CVS right there. I would give them 5 stars but their internet was VERY buggy. Everytime I opened a new page, I had dozens of pop-up adds and windows spam my screen. This was very frustrating as I was trying to complete some work away from home and even now that I'm home I'm having to scan my computer a couple times to get rid of buggy files. Besides that, I really loved the hotel and staff.

Very supportive of community events. I am a local who needed the pool for an event with middle school students and the manager, RIchard, was very helpful.

Awesome place to stay right in the center of both Kingsland, and St. Mary's, very clean, and friendly, rooms are awesome for a great rate. They also have a great place to have drinks that is around the corner, CVS drugstore and grocery store just walking distance, nice workout facility, pool, outside sitting and the grounds are very well maintained. The Manager is very friendly and keeps the place top notch for the money. Top rating for this place, highly recommend it.

I selected this hotel to hold an event. We rented their conference room and a hotel room. The conference room was awful, it smelled of smoke, there were roaches in the bathroom and hallway, the tablecloths on the tables had stains on them, and it looked as though someone had spit on the walls leaving brown splotches that had never been cleaned. I spent the first hour just cleaning the room! Yuck! The customer service was lacking, like it was a bother for them to help you or even have you ask a question. The hotel room was acceptable, but after being so disappointed with the conference room, I didn't much care about the room itself. They will certainly never get recommendations or repeat business from me.
