I only have it one star because zero stars is not an option! Staff was not prepared for upcoming area event. Nor did they have any skills related to the hospitality industry… It was like you pulled people off the street and stuck them in the office! They said they were overbooked through third parties! First come first serve is not a good policy for hotels/motels! When I finally got a room at 2 am, it was a smoking room, sheets were VERY dirty. So I had to go to the "laundry room" and get the sheets myself. Needless to say I did not sleep well. I checked out at 8am when I woke up. So basically I paid $84 to sleep 5 hours in a dirty room. A refund or voucher would be nice!

First off we arrive on a Thursday night around 11 and got checked in. The 2 girls working at the desk were super nice. Once we get to our room where we were greeted by a huge bag of trash outside the room like someone had just moved out and they left the bag of trash right outside the door. After walking in the room besides the fact of not having a trash can or a remote, we seen roaches on the wall, the bathroom floor looked as if it had never been swept, after looking closely in the bed there was stuff all in the bed and after we pulled the sheet back the mattress had a BLOOD stain on it! My husband contacted the front office and they offered to give us our money back or move rooms. Since it was so late and several hotels close were booked and we had to be up early for a ball tournament we decided just to change rooms as long as it was better. The second room was definitely better than the first and we were told they would give us the best room they had the next day after someone checked out and the manager would also be in so we could talk to him about a discount. So, the next day comes and we talk to the manager who was super nice and they gave us a key to another room. Once we walked in the 3rd room you couldn't even breathe because of the moth ball smell so we took the key back and told them we were good with just staying in 2nd room they put us in. The manager gave us a refund on one night.

Check in was a little difficult due to the manager not knowing how to check us into a room that wasn't assigned to us. His employee called in sick so I'll be lax on that. He did try to keep us away from the ruckus and for that I'm pleased. We were told that they are slowly updating the property. I believe you need to update your bathrooms ASAP. Stained tub and sink really turned us off from wanting to use them. There was plenty of hot water though.

Clean, has kitchen (bring your own stuff) comfortable beds. Best bang for the buck out there.

This place isn’t bad. If you are here for a couple of days it’s a good area and spot to stay. It isn’t a resort but a decent spot if you’re dropping in. I had a good experience given that I was having some major issues with my other hotel that I booked prior through a 3-party website. My siblings and I came for a family function and we had the nicest front guest attendant, Mr. Qwen and he was very reliable in terms of the area and specifically how things went along with pricing and important times. My older sister chose to stay here and he was very delegent on making this nightmare become a positive experience. I hope you all have more workers that are as dedicated as this guy was because having a good experience is important as we’d sure to come back when we visit in the Roswell area.

Disgusting and filthy rooms. I had shavings from the previous guest still in my sink and tub. My toilet still had urine on the seat. It took 3 hours for the hotel to come kill this huge centepiede that was in my tub. There was fecal matter on this armchair in the room. No one came to clean to kill the bug. I left and asked for a refund.

I did not have a good experience at all. I made reservations and upon arrival my room 172 was disgusting not even ready, reminder I am traveling from another state. This was a inconvenience especially just finished driving 15hours with my kids. Then I was transferred into room 220 which was originally occupied by someone else. Because when I walked into room 220 it looked like someone was laying in the bed you could tell by the pillows and there was a smashed bug on the wall. I had left to get something to eat. Upon returning there was somebody else outside the room trying to get in. And my niece and kids were inside the room. This was a very unpleasant experience I felt I wasted my money because I did not feel comfortable or safe being that took place. And I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my unpleasant experience.

Rooms were somewhat small however that staff especially Monique were very helpful and friendly! Monique was very helpful and explained things to me was very patient and helped me with different things and questions, thanks!

Brittany was the front desk person. We stayed at the Roswell, Ga. Location. We had a barking dog in the room next to us. I went back to the front desk and when I told her the problem she said I will move you to a better room. She was so nice and helpful and even offered to have someone help us move our luggage. I was very impressed with her service.

All right, I was very pleased with the Abitacion.

A little weirded out by constant police raiding rooms and pulling everyone over. Without that type of energy I would have stayed much longer. Still was amazingly clean and spacious so I'm still giving 5 stars. Get what you pay for. Great price.

Good rooms. Very good price. Also a good cleaning.
