Front desk staff was very nice and attentive. It is completely renovated great place. It is so very well taken care that you can notice owners care about their hotel. Very clean, beds were comfortable. Only thing I complain was cleaning lady started cleaning room in front of us at 7am going to sleep at 12am because of our search for a hotel we didn't want noise this early but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I used this hotel for my wedding guest and wedding party and it ended up biting me in the but! The hotel manager Clemmie at this hotel is HORRIBLE! On my wedding night, she charged me for two rooms and refused to refund my money. I got the room for 2 nights, the first night for my son and the second night for my traveling bartenders. I called earlier in the day to get the sheets changed, after housekeeping had cleaned the room, since my bartenders would be staying in the room and no one changed the linens. So when the bartenders got to the room after the wedding they went to front desk. Instead of switching their room, they charged them for another room which I had to reimburse them. I went up to the hotel room on my wedding night, after getting a call from the bartender, to try and clear it up but the manager was very inconsiderate and did nothing! She said she would investigate and call me the following day. She called me the next morning and told me they didn't have a record of my calling and her staff doesn't lie to her. I guess she thought I was lying and she told me to send a screen shot of when I called. I sent it to her and she still stuck with her story about me not calling and charged me for two rooms on the second night! Then on top of that she told me I know no one stayed in one of the rooms so I'm just going to charge you a discounted rate of 59.99 for one of the rooms! IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This Best Western is very clean and nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We didn't use the indoor pool or exercise room, but they looked nice as well. I would definitely stay again!

This hotel was very, very clean. Staff was helpful and very friendly. It had security. The check in and check out was easy. The breakfast was good and you had plenty. The hotel was very easy to get to and very close to the Perry Fairgrounds. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Newer building. Suite room large. Fold out sofa not bad. Clean. Staff nice. Price ok. Ac could have worked better. Breakfast presented well. Could use some more seating area. Pool adequate. Easy access to I-75.

No shampoo in our room, free breakfast buffet was terrible. However coffee was excellent. Bed was comfortable and the room did not reek of deodorizers as is common in some hotels.

Its been upgraded and is nice. Good breakfast and very convenient for horse show.

Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Hall ways dark, rooms dark too, needed up dating. Room felt dingy. Refrigerator and TV worked great. Good internet connection Breakfast one of the better breakfast offered by hotels.

I stay at this location at least four times a year and can honestly say that the staff all of them are kind, caring and very professional. They go beyond the call of duty to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Keep up the good work guys and I will always stay with you when I'm in your area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean! Bed was the most comfortable we have ever had in a motel. Breakfast was great. Great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay April 2018, newly remodeled and front desk was great along with breakfast. We had a queen suit and it was awesome (maybe needs better lighting) but I would stay again for sure.

We like the cleaness of the hotel. It was our second time, we came last year for the aircraft modelers, and the prices are very reasonable.

The lady who checked me in was wonderful as I arrived very late, or rather early in the​ AM! She brought me a luggage cart, helped load it, and was a ray of sun on a shockingly cold and horrid night. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was a little small to maneuver my walker (though I can hardly blame them for that as they didn't know I would have one). The only problem was something no one there could have helped, the bed was comfortable enough, but it was too high. I could not just sit down on the bed, I had to throw one leg up as far as I could and use it to drag the rest of me up. I am only 5' 2.5" tall, and I have bad knees and a bad back. By the time I worked my way up onto that tower of platform and mattresses I was almost screaming in pain because of the strain. Had I fallen while in the midst of this struggle I hate to think what might have happened. In the morning my back hurt so much I contemplated calling the E. M. T. S! I am not the shortest person I know, I can't imagine what a shorter person would have had to do. It ruined an otherwise pleasant weekend. If you are going to have this kind of bed, at least have step or footstool or something to aid short people when they have to mount the monster.

Hotel was pretty quiet considering they had a rodeo and that weekend. The next morning with the do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping was vacuuming outside the door. Front desk Was really helpful. The rooms were clean and nice.

Rooms had been remodeled since our last stay and the decor is fresh and modern. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a nice breakfast with a good variety of items.

Something was broken in a storage room two doors down from our guest room. There was a strong smell of burnt rubber in the hallway and we had to actually step over equipment and move past workmen to get to our room. In addition, there was no ice or vending machine on this floor. (The other two floors had ice and vending. ) This was on a Wednesday night and there were virtually no cars in the parking lot. The hotel appeared to be near empty. I find it hard to believe the management thought this was a good room to place guests in when they obviously had other rooms available. The only thing I can surmise is that we were given the poorest room because we received a government rate. I did not realize that there was no ice machine on our floor until I had already unpacked and gotten settled. By that time, I was too tired to contemplate moving to another room… I had been driving for hours prior to arriving at the hotel and I was exhausted. I have stayed in Perry several times and will definitely arrange to stay in a different hotel next time.

Our room was well kept. They kept breakfast going well after closing time. No hair dryers in our bathroom. No alarm clock either. We had our phones and the front desk was prompt with our wake up calls.

We are extremely satified with Best Western. The staff, were so helpful in our time of need during the evacuation from Florida. Very impressed with our rooms, bright, beautiful lovely decor and very clean. Highly recommend this Best Western. Thank you!

A good stop for the night. The hallways had new carpet and LED light bulbs installed. Our room was clean and quiet. I would stay again.

Very convenient location to Georgia National Fairgrounds. I would not walk the distance from the hotel to the fairgrounds due to busy traffic but it could be possible. Good quantity of parking for vehicles, but not trailer friendly. Extremely helpful staff and housekeeping. Very pleasant and clean hotel. Washer and dryer setup worked well as long as everyone monitored their usage so loads were removed promptly (30 minute wash cycle for large load, 45 minute drying cycle). Breakfast area was clean, replenished promptly and plenty of seating. I would recommend this hotel to others. I felt my stay was a great value for the 8 nights I stayed with my family.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Staff is very accommodating and kind. I have a handicap mother and the staff changed rooms to help her. Maria is always great. This is the only place I stay when attending a horse show in Perry. Rooms are very clean. 100% satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable room, with pool/hot tub and small fitness center. Great appearance inside and out. Nice palm trees outside. Just off the interstate in rural Perry, GA. Great choice if you are looking for a place to stay in the Warner Robins area. Very friendly staff, especially Buffy was awesome! Only negative was the quality/variety of the breakfast. It was the standard hotel breakfast, but I've had better at other Best Westerns. Highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. I was very impressed with the quality of the room for the price. The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff are courteous and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious. We plan to return.

The hotel seems clean and the staff kind. My son and husband got the flu and were throwing up in the morning during our stay. I asked if we could check out late but was told they typically don't do that … but that we could stay until 2pm for $25 or 3pm for $40. Oh, but I was told that our room was available for tonight if we wanted to stay another night. I have never been told that if we want to stay a little longer we would have to pay, especially under the circumstances. We will not be staying here again.

Rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was full of wrestlers and I couldn't hear any of them while in my room.

Hot tub was disappointing.

I arrived here at about 10:30 at night on my drive from Florida to see my parents in Knoxville. The lady at the front desk treated me, behind the bullet proof glass, like a potential robber… Maybe they've had an issue with that but it wasn't a good experience for me. She was about as unhelpful and unfriendly as you could reasonably expect. Once I finally got in, the room was clean, beds and sheets were clean, and beds were comfortable for the one night I over-paid for.

The exterior and interior were well maintained and clean. The parking area was well lit and we felt safe on the property. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. The check-in process was fast, even without a reservation. The room itself was clean and everything n the room was functioning. The comforter on the bed had some very, almost unnoticeable burns, in an inconspicuous area. The indoor pool is a nice bonus for those travelling with children. My daughter certainly enjoyed it. The pool has 3, 4, and 5 foot sections. Overall it was a nice clean room and facility. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Was working about 20 minutes away from Perry for a couple of months, stayed here off and on for the duration of the job. Towards the end of the job I brought my wife and two year old daughter to stay for a week. While they were staying with me on the 4th day had a horrible experience. Housekeeping had been ignoring the do not disturb signs on multiple occasions until finally while I was at work and my wife and child were napping a male housekeeping employee tried to force his way into our room for twenty mminutes, first waking them both up and then insisting on coming in while the do not disturb sign was up and my wife told him to leave multiple times. He continued to swipe his card and try to force past the bolt lock while my wife pleaded for him to leave her alone. All in all a terrifying experience for both of them and we did not even receive any reduced rates or apologies. The only excuse I received was the man didn't speak English and was the owners family… Not an excuse for making a woman alone think someone was coming for her or her child…

We were driving from Tampa to Atlanta and spend the night at I75, exit 135. We decided to sleep in the Best western. $101, — for a suite with a queen and a kingsize bed. Room was very clean, good beds, airco a bit noisy. Girl at the reception was very helpfull. Breakfast o. K. Including fresh waffels.
