Not the best but also not the worst if you are okay staying just outside of downtown Atlanta a bit. The size of my king room is great, but they are a little lacking on the housekeeping. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly.

Very nice layouts in the room. Elevators always out of order and or very slow. Very good Wi-Fi signal.

Great rooms and great amenities. Perfect for business travel and handy to Perimeter Center Norcross and Peachtree Corners.

Check in was SUPER FAST. Breakfast was amazing. Diamond and the other girl at check in was AMAZING. Manager was very nice as well. I truly enjoyed myself and would do it again soon.

Its clean many great worker but the customers service who checked my family in needs more training. But it's a great place.

This is the ONLY Hyatt that we will stay at when traveling to the Atlanta area. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very well kept. The breakfast far surpassed the standard colonial breakfast served at hotels of similar price. We were only here three nights but we truly felt at home. Thanks for massively impressing us once again!

Was referred to this hotel through a blogger friend and she was right on. Great location for our visit to the local area. Lovely front desk attendant was welcoming and she told us about the local area. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice. The breakfast area was perfect for my morning breakfast routine, and after visiting family, we went for oysters at a local restaurant called Noble Fin. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed here with 3 children in an adjoining suite. It was clean, not far from all the stores and restaurants u would commonly see, need or look for… @30 min from Downtown Atlanta. The room price was reasonable and way less than if we stayed in Atlanta. The ambience was night and has a formal bar and sitting area. I will definitely stay here again!

Great room, clean, well laid out. Breakfast slightly could be better. Within walking to Arby's, Wendy's and taco bells. Also a wine bar and bbq.

This is an older hotel, still though, it was nice and clean. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast here was not the amazing breakfast we have experienced at other Hyatt hotels. And although the staff was courteous enough, they didn't have a super friendly vibe that we associate with other Hyatt locations.

Stayed here recently with my business peers for a local meeting. The hotel is conveniently located to my office park. Great. The welcome staff were great and always said hello. I loved the sitting area too. The rooms were clean, and the shuttle driver took me to my new favorite restaurant for the next time I get back (Noble Fin). I recommend both places (hope I can do that) One more thing — It is on a somewhat one way street and if you are driving fast at night, you may go right by it.

The room was comfortable and had a giant TV. Oddly it only had one chair. But with a large couch there's plenty of seating. The room also had a microwave and a mini fridge. For a corporate price it was a Fine Place to spend two nights. The free breakfast was, well you get what you pay for.

Just a great hotel with a fantastic staff. The shuttle drivers are very accommodating. Rooms are clean, safe and you can tell they treat their staff well. Good location as convenient to corporate offices.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are modern and very well maintained. The staff is professional and the included breakfast is very solid. The pool is smallish, and feels crowded very quickly, but that is a very small gripe. I would definitely recommend.

This is the second time coming to the hotel to visit family in the area. I usually get a decent price here going to Kayak to book it. The hotel is clean and modern, and customer service is always solid. I love having breakfast here, plenty to eat with lots of variety and something always for the kids. The pool area definitely needs some work, but other than that it's a great place to stay in the area.

This place is not the absolute worst… That is of course if you don't care if your room locks from the outside. Oh yeah, or if you totally prefer sleeping on cement mattresses. Does the constant sound of police and ambulance sirens sooth your soul? Well this would be your jam. The pictures on the website make the King suite space seem larger than it actually is. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I checked in. I was promptly moved to a new room but the drama of realizing that I couldn't leave the hotel without risking someone entering my room without a key was mind blowing. Repacking then unpacking again was annoying. The breakfast bar was beautiful and well stocked but there was a problem with the flow of the line. I'm not a fan of buffet style dining. The breakfast bar staff was very rude. Demanding that my kid speak up if he wanted some eggs. So unprofessional… On the bright side The pool was fun, the water was the perfect temp. I will not ever come back to this place again. If it were not so well decorated I would give this place 1 star. On my final days stay 7/23/17 Instead of resting on my final vacation day, we had to move again from our new room because the toilet backed up & flooded the bathroom even wet the carpet. I was mortified. I'm reducing my original 2 * rating to a one star. This vacation lodging experience has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this drama fest to anyone.

This was absolutely a great stay for myself and family! From the time I arrived, Terrence, Derrick and Sharlene catered to my family by accommodating our family reunion and being friendly. If anything was needed, they were able to provide it. They also make awesome drinks! Also not to mention the hotel is in a great area with tons of attractions nearby. Thank you for making my stay worth every penny!

Rooms are spacious for the price. The beds are comfortable and cozy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a bar in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area for business.

So happy with our stay here! Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and modern. The area is nice and quiet. There's a Target just down the street for anything you may have forgotten. Staff has been very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great customer service. Conveniently provides a shuttle to restaurants in the area. Had a few issues with shower not being as hot as I'd like. Also breakfast food could be improved in my opinion but being European I might just have different tastes. Small but convenient fitness room and nice outdoor pool. Overall very good for the price range.

Nice place to stay for the value. They are refreshing the trimmings in the room, so lots of work in progress, but the new look is clean and crisp. The people are always extremely friendly too.

Service was friendly. But they never made up my room my first day. Facilities for the meeting I held were okay. The screen was too small after promising a larger one. Overall, it was a good stay.

Pretty decent hotel, avoid room near elevators as it can get a bit rowdy at night. Double check AC units before unpacking, the unit in our room was out of commission.

I highly recommend staying in this lovely hotel! The staff was phenomenal, the rooms were very large and comfortable, and the hotel is set back from the road so it is very quiet at night. All clean & fresh! Definitely will stay again!

Arrived at the hotel front desk — waited more than 10 minutes before someone checked me in. The person didn't even say sorry for making me wait. The next day when I was checking out I over heard a kitchen staff person tell a little girl that she couldn't have a banana. Their breakfast ends at 10:30 — I checked my watch it was 10:35 when she asked — it took the little girl's dad asking before another staff member gave her a banana.

Not a good Hyatt Place… dont assume the same quality like the most Hyatt Place… No heat (does not work), not clean (you can easily see marks from previous customer everywhere), old (you can almost smell the years), not functioning (dont use the bathroom! ) Enough said! Prefer somewhere else.

The rooms are beautiful, to start off with. Great service, too! Very friendly people. 10/10 would recommend.

Very positive experience. I was there when some renovations were still going on and the hotel was courteous to let me know in advance that water may be shut off periodically for new bathroom installation. However I do not recall this causing much inconvenience since I was out and about all day anyway.

We have stayed here a couple of times, our stay was pleasant. Rooms were well maintained and the surrounding are calm and and away from road traffic. Only issue was with parking.

Besides the staff that I had the privilege to interact with, I would never stay at this hotel again. Sadly I have to return to Atlanta two more times next year for business and this place is scratched off of my visit list. Upon check in the young lady was very nice and helpful. Thankfully I wasn't in the room the entire time because of the business I came for. The sleep was terrible. Our bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, floor sticky, drains were slow. With a room of four that can be frustrating. Neighbors were loud, slamming doors all night, arguing, and no one answered at the front desk when we complained. My children were awakened several times throughout the night from the issue. Totally unacceptable. Needless to say we booked out of town before the sun was up properly. Not to mention the price I was originally quoted is different on my credit card. Disappointed!

The room was clean and comfortable, free Wi-Fi, and there was a good breakfast (included). The hotel restaurant had reasonably priced dinner options as well. The staff was very friendly too.

It'll be a cold day in hell the day I decide to stay in the hotel again. It's badly run and badly managed. There is no room service, it's like being at a travel lodge. Anything you need you have to go down to reception to get it because staff wont bring it up. They dont even have enough forks or knives to have your breakfast comfortably. Instead they provide cheap, bad quality plastic forks and knives. It's an absolute joke! One night I ordered a burger. It took about 45 mins to get ready and in the end as no one would call I decided to go down to reception only to find my burger wrapped in plastic on top of a tray waiting to be picked up. It was cold! The only goo asset in this hotel is the rooms: they are spacious. But in many other respects, I can only remember bad things. They tried to inflate the bill twice, they even actually inflated the bill and charged double for an item on my credit card after I left. Staff are friendly or at least they seem friendly, perhaps as if they're trying to make up for the general discontent from most guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even if the company where I work is just a few steps away from this hotel.

The room was nice and clean but I was charged a $250 smoking fee when I didn't smoke in the room. The manager did not help and I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Will never stay here again.

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. When I arrived at my hotel room, the water wouldn't work and I called the front desk and they said it would be back on in 20 mins. It took them longer than that to turn on the water. My toilet seat was dirty and the toilet would overflow every time you flushed it. The staff seemed like they didn't care about their job and they were not friendly. Worst experience ever and I will not be going back to this hotel. I would not recommend it.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so nice-the room was huge and clean. The breakfast was amazing and well stocked (they even stocked it while we ate). The service was awesome — just with checking in and checking out. The location was great for shopping and concerts. I was highly impressed and would recommend this hotel. The room was very spacey and even with a pull out sofa. I would stay here again.

My stay at the Hyatt Place Norcross started quirk a greeting that put me at ease. The staff was courteous, the atmosphere was friendly, energetic, but mild. The room felt spacious and relaxing. It was impeccably clean. The continental breakfast was. Continental. I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Even days after I checked out, the staff was superb. Although no fault of the hotel's, there was a delay with money being released on my credit card. I called the hotel, they cleared it up with my credit card company immediately. Stay here if you get the chance.

My family had a great stay. The staff was great. The room was clean and very roomy and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. We also got lucky and happened to stay on a night they had a special event going on. They gave us free food, beer and wine from 6-8 pm. It was awesome. I will definitely stay here every time I go to Atlanta.

When I first checked into the hotel, they charged my credit card a $25/day deposit for services. I explained that I had never had such a charge at other hotels, and they said that the charge would go away as soon as I checked out, provided I did not charge anything to my room. Four days later, when we checked out, we called our bank and they explained the $100 charge would not be added to our account for at least two weeks. (This is what I feared when I initially checked into the hotel. ) Other than the added expense while checking in, we were told that the beds would be queen-size mattresses. They are not exactly queen-sized, at least not by US standards. It was the same length as queen-sized but significantly less wide. I would call them closer to a double-sized mattress. Other than those two rather significant things, we really did not have any problems. The staff was (usually) friendly and the breakfast was more than I expect out of a continental hotel breakfast, with fresh fruit and eggs, not processed or substitutes, although my kids did not always appreciate the choices.
