Update 7/19. It took 3 weeks for your response to my review. I emailed your customer relations dept that same day I posted this review. I Did not get a response. Exactly one week after I posted my review and emailed that dept, I called that number listed below. I spoke with someone was given a report number and as of today's date. No one has contacted me. You do not want to make it better. Your customer relations department needs a complete overhaul. Please let me know how I can assist you with those changes. I will Never visit any of your hotels ever and will be sure to tell all my traveling friends and family to do the same. Hopefully they will tell their friend and family and so on and so on! Good luck! This location needs to be BULLDOZED. I chose this hotel for the price and location. I was not looking for 4 or 5 star accommodations. I was in town to watch my some play in a national Rugby tournament. Just someplace to shower and sleep. Upon arrival was given keys to a room that already had a guest in it. Given keys to another room that had roach bombs sitting it in that was not working because the roaches were literally crawling on the beds. Tia at the front desk was excellent. She apologize. There were no other rooms to give because "Orkin pest control" had been there to exterminate some vacant rooms and were full otherwise. She called the Motel 6 that is owned and operated by same people. They were able to provide accommodations.

This hotel is beyond ABSURD. They're kicking us out for a completely different reason than they stated to us. They give no care in the world that EVERY SINGLE HOTEL IN THE METRO AREA IS BOOKED UP. We have go pay full price elsewhere to stay because of the holiday. The roaches are out of control. I kill st least 6 a day. I have found a roach in my pants and last night had one crawl on my arm inches away from my 3 month old daughter. NO ONE had contacted us stating we were being kicked out when an investigation was supposed to be closed yesterday. We had to find our after 2 calls to guest relations and a trip to the front office that they were kicking us out. There is a 2 year old and a 3 month old here and no one cares that their safety isn't being accounted for. This is down right the most inconsiderate, disgusting, disrespectful, rude and vulgar staff I have ever encountered and I have zero remorse taking this to every single social media outlet and news station possible for everyone to know what these people are. As far as I'm concerned with the amount of working women and men, drugs, partying, alcohol, drug SELLING, roaches and outdated rooms, this place needs to be shut down immediately.

My mother is staying at this location. The staff have been friendly and helpful anytime I've visited. Housekeeping is done twice a week and they take very good care of my mom. She has had little to complain about. Main complaints have been about roaches and noisy neighboring guests. Getting to this location can be a little tricky if coming from anywhere other than 75N. My mother is staying in a room labelled as ADA friendly or whatever, but there are a lot of things in the room that are not really ADA compliant. The shower is great. The toilet could be better. The sink and counter could be lower. Everything could be lower.

I am very disappointed in the area and the hotel its self. To much is going on for the office staff to not care and kids to be staying over there. I understand this is suppose to be an alternative to major line hotels but for the price almost 400 a week why not stay at a pricey line hotel for 400 a week at least the staff wouldn't be going thru your room when you denied services and drug activity going on. I hope you all really take a closer look at the location and its staff.

When arrived after 9pm had to pick up my key at Motel 6. To start that was ok. However when I made it back Thursday my key card did not work at 8:01 the front office was locked with a young lady inside she looked at me and then looked away then finally she help up one finger just as I started to walk to motel 6 after 2 or 3 minutes. She gathered a red pouch and went in the back room after 2 or 3 more minutes since she did not come out and I could not see her I walked to motel 6. She made it there about 5 minutes later and slowly walked in and did not go straight to the counter, she just stood there doing nothing. After a minute I asked are you the lady who needs to give them my paper work she said yes and slowly went to the counter. I got my key and said to myself oh well, not going to let this ruin my day. When I made it back the next day my key card didn't work again. A different lady this time said my room had been tagged I would not be a to get a room they where booked. I insisted that I had booked on line from Wednesday through Saturday. She said the computer did not show that. She called her manager who spoke to me I explained and he asked to give phone back to the lady. While she was explaining to him again there was nothing in the computer to support my claim I found my reservation/conformation, showed it to her and finally got my key at a discount. I had been in class all day was tired. Had to waste an hour before I could get a shower and just go to bed.

The room was extremely nice. It was tidy and looked like a little apartment, it looked good. But when it turned night roaches were come out from everywhere. I was up the whole night, no exaggeration, spraying bug spray and stomping roaches. They were all in the kitchen area, multiple were crawling on the ceiling, they were even bold enough to get on both twin beds my mom paid for us to sleep in. I only got about 10 minutes of shut eye at the most and when I woke up there were roaches on my jacket that I had on the bed beside me. It was absolutely disgusting, I was sneezing and getting watery eyes from all the bug spray I had to spray since there were a lot on the ceiling. This place should be shut down by a health inspector. It's absurd that workers would even sell me this room, knowing they're infested with roaches. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would.

Room space was moderate and Clean. Loved the Hardwood floors and kitchenette. Overall it was okay besides some few baby roaches in the vents (been in GA long enough to know they come with the heat). Down size though will be the guests; who seem to living there like an apartment. On few occasions were loud and hint of marijuana smoking in the property.

Everything was fine just didn't want to share with the roaches. They were in the microwave and fridge one took a shower with my business partner. Other than that everything was good.

First of all, the location is perfect to where I needed to be. Beyond that, there isn't much nice for me to say. I realize that this is a $39.99 per night room but it needs some serious work. The fascia is rotting around the front door. The tub is peeling and even if I wanted to take a bath there was no stopper. The tub also had hairs from the previous tenant still in there. The bathroom sink leaks and brown stuff came out and ran down the drain. The "kitchen" range is rusting. The inside of the drawers have crumbs in there. The floor around the refrigerator is peeling and portions of the laminate floor have come unglued so it moved when walking on it. The bedspread had stains. I did not mention any of this to the staff because I assume that is what you get for that price point. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! You could charge a little more per night and update this place and it could be nicer.

Biggest mistake of my life — coming to Studio6. Worst room, thousand of roaches, very dirty floor. Dirty AC/heater, no night security and support. Though I Book 2 bed, you don't have 2 beds available upon arrival. No kitchen towel/papers despite a kitchen room. First and very bad experience. I will not take such room even if offered for free.

The staff was extremely helpful due to multiple flight cancelations from the Northeast Storm on March 2-3. I finally arrive at 1:00 am Saturday morning and the keys were ready for me at Motel6. The room was a sight for sore feet. Lovely, roomly, and welcoming. I crashed. The bed was good and not to soft. The room had plenty of space for a home office away from home. The modern sink and bathroom was very nice. I didn't use the kitchen much due to work but loved the frig and microwave for late night tea and snack while working late into the night. The value quautlity was outstanding and I don't feel paying $200/night at a nearby hotel would have been worth it compared to the money.

I've stayed at Motel 6 a lot because of the cleanliness but this is my first time staying at a Studio 6 an the room was horrible. When I first walked in, I thought the room was awesome. It had everything I needed. BUT there were 3 roach bugs crawling on the wall by the kitchen table. Throughout the night I saw more roach bugs crawling on the wall. There was a dirty towel hanging up behind the bathroom door that I assume the maid missed. And I had the worst mattress ever. NOTHING about the mattress was comfortable. It was hard and I did not get any sleep. I was very disappointed with this stay and will definitely not be staying there again.

Everything was good overall. The staff were great. The bugs were a little bit much! Need to attend to that problem! I was there for 2 months or a little over. Just because I couldn’t afford a whole week at a time, you guys shouldn’t change the rates back to a nightly rate after I’ve spent almost 2000.00 over a 2 month period… that was wrong. Policy changes need to happen on that.

I was extremely happy with Studio 6 and had previously given them a 5-star rating — until yesterday that is. We had a situation that really should have been handled much better in my opinion. Let me stress, this is NOT directed at hotel personnel, but at hotel policy itself. I really would like to direct this to corporate personnel that make these policies. We have been staying at Studio 6 for over 2 weeks and intended to be here until we can obtain more permanent housing. At first, I only paid for a couple of nights till we saw if we would like it here. After that I was able to pay a week in advance, but due to the holidays, and the nature of my husband's work, we found our self in the position this week of having to pay nightly. I have tried to stay at least 2 days in advance, but because of Christmas it finally caught up with us. Yesterday I called down to the front desk and explained to them that it would be around 5 before I could come down and pay for the night. I was told they could not hold the room for me past 1. Really? I had to check out for 4 hours? This seemed pointless and would not be a simple task, moving all my things to the car and then back again. I receive Social Security plus my husband works every day (holidays messed us up as stated previously). We will be fine after the first of the year and able to pay at least a week in advance consistently — if we stay here.

Room was pretty much as expected. You really need to spray for bugs. They came out early in the morning. Also, how do you not have ice available for guests? Saying you've shut down the machines for the season is not acceptable. There needs to be an alternative. Hampton's is $25 more per night, but I get a free breakfast and ice. Plus, no bugs. You can really improve things.

Place has an enormous problem with roaches. Rule like if you leave anything on the bed the cleaning people will not change your bed linen. For example pj or bath robe. It appears that include no cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom or cleaning the floors. Waited for the maintenance people to repair light by the bed. It didn't happen. Internet issues I've call the support service just about everyday or night to work from the room. Very disappointed with this one location. Stayed at other locations didn't have these problems.

Front desk very unprofessional, ineffective, service had issues.

Management very unprofessional. Roaches in room. Staff was very rude. Would lie to customers when they ask to speak with the manager. Witnessed two early check outs due to the amount of cockroaches in room. I had cockroaches in my microwave. Placed on Do not rent list for complaining about sanitizing. Rooms were large and worth the money but the roaches made it a no for me. I do Not recommend.

Upon my arrival, the customer service agent was very friendly and full of greetings. My problem that I had was the room that I was given, had bugs and roaches walking on the walls, cut the light on in the bathroom and there were more roaches in the tub/shower area. My last straw, was opening the drawer to put my clothes in and there were more roaches there. I immediately drove back to the front desk and informed the receptionist about my issue. The young man was very helpful and told me that there was nothing that he could do about Studio 6 due that the office was closed but he did put me in a Motel 6 room for the night. Around 7:15 a. M. That Saturday morning, once the Studio 6 office open, I informed that receptionist of my issues of the bugs in the room, she informed me that she did not have any rooms that were available until probably 12 pm. My only issue with that was my son plays football with Georgia Tech and he had a football game in Clemson, South Carolina and this timing was throwing my schedule way off. I finally did receive another room (468) around 1 pm. Once again, let me say the customer service for both Studio 6 and Motel 6 was awesome but the room full of bugs was not acceptable. There were no batteries in the remote control for room 460 and room 468 did not have a remote control for the TV. Lastly, let me also give a compliment to house keeping as the room was very neat and the room smelled very cleaned as if I was home.

If I could leave negative stars I would! If you're a clean person & do not normally live with roaches then this place will leave your skin crawling! I can deal with funky smells, hard beds, peeling paint, fridge not working, etc, but bugs EVERYWHERE… NO! Unfortunately I failed to read the reviews because I'd stayed at the adjoining Motel 6 three months before & thought it'd be similar just maybe less noisy since it was on the other side away from the interstate. Oh it was less noisy but had extra room occupants…

The rooms are great… kitchenettes, decent amount of space, some upgrades to boot! Then you realize, the hotel has a cockroach problem. You kill at least 10 roaches and think… maybe that's most of them. Nope, you see a few more. You kill them too, and finally you go to bed, paranoid that the roaches will get in the bed. And they do. Next day you have to get to work and don't have time to deal with management. You resolve to pick up a can of roach spray on your way back after work. You spray the entire perimeter, all around the kitchenette, every crack and crevice you can find. An hour later, more live roaches go scurrying about in plain sight. You realise too late that you should have checked the reviews. This has been an ongoing problem for MONTHS and hotel staff has not addressed the issue. There is clearly a massive infestation in the walls and no end to the steady supply of roaches invading your room, including the bed. This is by far the worst roach problem I have ever encountered, including the some hundreds of homes I have remodeled over the years. Absolutely inexcusable to let something like this go for months and keep renting the rooms with zero effort to have pest control services out to address the issue.

I thought the room was fine until I discovered that it had black mold. I got so sick from breathing in the mold from the window casings that I had to check out early and leave. I was having breathing and sinus problems so bad that I could not sleep. I tried to clean the mold after the second night when I discovered it. The mold was inside the window. I had opened the screen in the window because I was getting sick, it made the mold coming into the room worse. Also the mattress and linens were awful and uncomfortable. Also, the TV remote would not work.

As an entomologist I found my stay to be fascinating. The common Blattella germanica (German Cockroach) can viewed in vast numbers at this particular hotel. I would not have expected so many to be flourishing in such a confined space but they are apparently adapt at this. They particularly love the body heat generated by humans at night and were keen to exploring my bed as I "slept". As a statistical analysis I would turn the lights off… wait ten minutes and then turn them back on alloying me to strategically calculate a solid population of over 200 in my room alone.

The accommodations are adequate. But the front desk staff, particularly Janesha, needs serious work on their people skills. I understand that Hurricane Irma had everyone stressed out and overworked last weekend. But the displaced Florida residents staying at the hotel, me included, were dealing with a lot more than any of the staff members, and a little empathy would have gone a long way. The customer service at the regular Motel 6 on same property, in particular Sonia, was worlds better.

My family and I stayed there during hurricane irma. My stay was fantastic. The young lady that checked me in the hotel was professional and articulate. Housekeeping was awesome rooms very clean. I will stayed again and let my friends and family know about this hotel.

The staff was great! The housekeeper was great! The condition of the hotel was terrible. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights and only stayed 1. I got up in the night to roaches running everywhere. Coming out of the air conditioner, on the walls, the floor. I kept the light on the rest of the night. Very unhappy with my stay!

I have to be honest is saying that Studio 6 in Marietta, GA was the worst motel I've ever stayed it. The Wi-Fi signal in my room would not work until the second day and even when it did, it was so slow that it wasn't even worth using. The coffee maker would not work. Most of the other guests look like they're on the run from the law and I was surprised I didn't get held up or threatened. At one point, I stepped out of my room and saw a woman talking with a policeman several doors down, so I assumed that she called him due to something bad happening, probably a domestic dispute or something similar. There was uncollected trash on the ground and places where people don't clean up after their pets. In the lot, I found what what possibly vomit near my car. There were at least a dozen or so cockroaches and other insects in my room and I had to take care that they didn't get into my things. The only only positive was that the clerk in the front office was polite to me. Other than that, I didn't feel safe and the motel itself is so poorly cared for that I will never come back.

I wish price was lower when booking just one night since I don't really use the kitchen, since I only stay here overnight when I have to go into work very early in the morning that way I don't have to drive an hour and a half extra. Please change the bed cover as it looks very worn and it had holes in it. It would really help the room if you mopped with pinesol or used stronger good smelling disinfectants in the bathroom.

You can't beat it at $341 a month. It's definitely not a Hilton, but it's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a 4 star hotel stop being cheap and dish out some more money, if you're looking for a cheap, clean, and basic place to lay your head you've found your place!

I have used Motel 6 brands exclusively for over 20 years. I had one bad experience in 2004 & now this one. My room smelled of roach residue. There were dead roaches along the headboard and lamp fixtures. I saw a few live ones as the night wore on. I had to burn scented candles unceasingly and air freshener. I was truely disappointed. This is not what I am accustomed to for this brand. I will not patronize this establishment again.

This property is horrible. Roaches in the rooms. Can't get towels or clean sheets because they never have any. The staff tells guests other guests business. The GM Ari has a nasty attitude and Consuela is no better than her popping gum while checking guest in. The guests smoke weed and nothing is done but if a child is running the ready to put the family out! The police stay coming to the property. If you have children don't come to this drug infested place. They don't care about nothing but their money. My microwave broke it never got replaced. It's sad.

The hotel was very accessible from the freeway, which makes it nice for people travelling long distances who do not want to have to drive all over to find the place. I made the reservation about 3 weeks in advance and had to wait for my room to be ready upon arrival, while other guests stepped in front of me and were helped first. It was not a huge deal, I may have just been tired from being in the car for 5 hours. The lady was still very nice to me. She smiled, laughed, and was welcoming. In the room, I was initially unsure of what to expect. I had heard a lot of other reviews about roaches infesting the place. So I checked the microwave, the fridge, the bathroom, and there were no bugs. Good deal. I was worried. As I started using the things in the room, I noticed that the stove top didn't work, the timer on the microwave didn't count down (you had to time it and turn it off yourself), and there was some hair in the towels that wasn't mine. The stove and the microwave were minor inconveniences, I didn't need the stove anyway, but for a long term person that could be bad. I did notice a few bugs crawling around when I woke up in the morning that went and hid once the lights were on. Honestly, I enjoyed the stay. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, and the coffee pot worked. It was quiet at night, I had to get up at 5 am for work. They have HBO and some other movie channels. There were some weird stains on the mattress. But I paid less than $60 a night.

Here are the major issues we had at your property: 1. There was a major infestation of roaches and other bugs in the room we were given — Room 266. 2. The floors of the room were so dirty they made our feet dirty. I believe the root cause was actually the poor quality of the vinyl floor with the dye coming off making our feet and our son's hands and feet black. 3. The toilet in the bathroom was not properly fastened to the floor. 4. The door to the bathroom was broken making it impossible to latch or keep our two year old out. 5. Trash was not emptied during our stay, nor were dirty towels and linens removed and replaced by the staff. I was told that I would have to bring our dirty linens down and exchange them with motel staff, which I did, after about a 20 minute wait. 6. When we arrived for check-in on Friday, June 23rd, it was about 2:50PM. I had been told over the phone by motel staff that check-in was at 3PM. When we arrived, I was told the room was not yet ready, and we would have to wait 10-15 minutes, which I did. I have since found on your hotel website the following: Policies: Check-in time is 2:00 pm. 7. We could not use anything in the room from us killing roaches and their parts getting all over the eating utensils. We were trying desperately to keep a two year old from playing with them like he does at home. 8. We could not use the microwave because I tried to heat a cup of coffee and baby roaches were inside the microwave. 9.

I had a great experience staying at Studio 6. I really enjoyed myself. I would come back and visit any day.

To expensive an it's always police around fighting prostitution ppl selling drugs poor house keeping unless you know someone manager an staff are friendly an respectable at all times.

My second time staying there and both times were good, We will be staying at studio 6 in the future. We travel alot and this one is one of the best so far. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are big and clean. They seems to have everything under control.

Overall, a pretty good motel for the price. You can't expect a 5 star hotel at a 1 star price and if you do, you're a dreamer. The only things negative I really have to share are that the toilet in my room was running, not consistently but just off and on which made it a little difficult to fall asleep and the vending area on my floor where the ice machine was located had quite a bit of water from either a leaky roof or from the ice machine itself (it's on concrete, not carpet — a good thing because carpet would mildew). Other than those 2 minor issues I have nothing negative to say. Overall, a decent room at a great rate!

The staff up front was nice but that was the only good thing about our experience here. There was yelling outside. The room smelled like BO, smoke and pets. There was a little blood spatter in the bathroom on the floor, toilet, and ceiling above the bathroom and also randomly on the floor through out the rest of the room. There was a roach as well. All of the linens had little curly black hairs in them. The comforter had a hole from a cigarette. The drawers had gunk in them and the fridge leaked. Oh, and there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. We will never book here again.

I really dont like to stay in this motel 6 or studio 6 thei neber cleen and theirs a lot of roaches. I mean a lot! they everywere. Im staing just because the companies pay for it.

Great staff. Room could use a little work, but the A/C was cold and the beds were comfy. I couldn't ask for much more at the price I got.

There room was okay. The only issue I have, if it can even be considered an issues is that the cleaning crew didn't come in on the first day. Overall, stay was good.

Had a two night reservation for this hotel for the Easter weekend in anticipation of visiting family. After an 8-hour drive, I get to the hotel and am told that they were full and my reservation had been cancelled. They offered nothing in return. I immediately called corporate Motel/Studio 6 and was told that the cancellation was logged by the Studio 6 front desk, not by me. They contacted the front office and were told that I made the cancellation, which is a total lie. Can't comment on the hotel otherwise except that the office smelled very bad — smoke and body odor. Will never stay with Motel 6 or Studio 6 again unless I am compensated.

Wasn't bad for the price. 3 main gripes, though. I fought at keeping hot water going in the shower more than I did actually bathing. Also, if you're not going to offer a complimentary breakfast, at least keep coffee available until checkout time. I went down to the lobby at 10:15 AM to find that they had already taken the coffee down. A little early don't you think? And finally, there were big burn holes in my blanket. It didn't affect my rest, but it did kinda cheapen the look of everything. I'd definitely stay here again for cost, but if I had the money to do better, I would.

First I booked a double queen SMOKING ROOM & confirmed that room & price a week before I checked in I got a NON Smoking room & charged more once I checked in. On line price was $210.27, I called & asked if there was extra charges & the lady said yes my total would be $235.25 I asked is that everything? She said yes, at check in the desk clerk said I owed $245.55. I asked about my room & she said no disabled available OK what about smoking Oh we don't have any smoking rooms I said I have a confirmation (4652M30791) for smoking on line. Lady said we have been trying to update web site since we remodeled. I was told I could smoke OUTSIDE! She told me I didn't have to stay! Due to MLK celebrations there were no rooms anywhere so I was stuck with NO OPTIONS! Second it was NOT handicapped room, no coffee pot or refrigerator. Third the light over the sink would NOT come on & the wall sockets were inoperable for using my razor. I called & reported this problem they said someone would be up to check them out NO ONE EVER SHOWED! The next day I called again & after a couple hours the young man cleaning rooms checked them out & CALLED the desk & reported them. I waited 3 hours no one showed so I called again all the maintenance people had left for the day. They NEVER SHOWED UP MY ENTIRE STAY! The BEDS were just terrible they were like sleeping on the boxed springs, the metal coils dug into my hips & back very POOR! I did NOT get a restful sleep my whole stay.

Completely disgusting. Don't stay here unless you have no standards. Nasty dirty dingy rooms, property, and people. A lot of people live here full time, and there is clearly a good bit of drug activity around late night. I didn't feel safe walking to my car, and was pretty convinced someone would steal or break into my car overnight. I couldn't sleep or feel comfortable bc of the fear of bugs, disgust of the conditions of the linens and towels (which had thick curly black hairs imbedded in all of them), the all-hours loudness of people staying/living there, and the stink of the room. The "kitchenette" area was in terrible condition and filthy. The floors were absolutely coated in filth. I'm not even going to get started on the bathroom bc I'm sure you get the picture. The only reason I stayed is bc I paid for the time spent there up front and wasn't spending much time there anyway since I was here for work.

The staffs are very friendly. They keep it maintain very well. Is very close to my job.

The only reason I rated 2 stars was because of the overbooking issue we had. We got this place because of it having a kitchen and a great price. Come to find out it got overbooked and kicked us to the sister motel next door WITHOUT letting us know. So here we go with food needing a fridge. After we finally got a room the next day everything else was fine except for there's no ventilation in the bathroom. This place is a good place to stay for the price but there needs to be a way to let people know if they've been moved before they get there and expect a room ready and waiting.

Cons: there is a lot of fighting all hours of the night, a woman cannot walk around after dusk without men following her, dayshift office doesn't get anything fixed half of the time when its been requested. Management also doesn't inform you before hand about workers (pest control and etc. ) going into your room pros: the nightshift office makes sure all request are taken care. And the house keeping staff is very friendly.

LETS start with a HIGHLY MUSTY suffocating odor as soon as I open my room door. NO, lets rewind to the front desk representative who was VERY rude! The lobby was very nice, just like the online pictures, so at this point I still have great expectations and that is the ONLY reason I didn't just walk away from the horrible person at the counter. Ok, now that I have my room key, I open the door, and am smacked in the face by the odor I first mentioned. It wasn't like a smokers funk, I have NO idea what it was, but lets just say my new Yankee Candle and a Glade Candle could not even be detected in the room after being lit for 5 hours. THE ONLY THING YOU COULD SMELL WAS THE FUNK! UGH! Now, I flick the light switch, and it's not working. So I leave the door wide open as im afraid because it's night and the room is DARK. So, I move to the next 3 lamps to NO avail! The only lights working were the bathroom lights. WHY JESUS? So at this point, I'm rushing to change clothes so that I can meet up with friends to celebrate my birthday. Bathroom is clean and so are the towels! YAY! However, I take off my shoes and I feel like Im standing on grits/sugar/sand or something, but to the naked eye I can't see anything specific, so I dust my foot and it's dark specks like the floor hasn't been cleaned since the hotel was first renovated. So, Im blown. I walk over to the bed that has stains on the comforter.

The lobby was deceptive, the longer I stood in it the more prostitutes I encountered. They were scantily clad, hiding around corners, and pretty much capturing anyone they could as they were crossed. I would have liked to stay in a room that was on the interior, unfortunately the were reserved by the young prostitutes and some vacationing and homeless families. I come to Georgia for business and to visit family 4 times per year, this time every hotel in the area with an affordable price and decent accommodations was unavailable. I am very deeply saddened by this experience other than the customer service and the lobby. Smh. Heartbroken. I wanted to use the pool, was afraid to.

Throughout the years I have stayed at many extended stays through motel 6 with my work traveling. I would hands down say this hotel is the nastiest hotel I have ever in my life stayed out. With all the drugs, prostitutes and police action I am SHOCKED this disgusting excuse of a hotel still stands. The first day we stayed here some guy knocked on our door asking us if we wanted to buy drugs? on several other occasions was asked the same thing. Prostitutes in the parking lot fighting over petty stuff. Talking on the phone to my mother and have some disgusting female shaking everything that shouldn't be shaking right above me. Thugs and thug wannabes surrounding this place. The rooms are not as they are in the photograph as our bathroom door does not shut because it is beat up and cracked. Jail bed look more comfortable stayed here a week and will never set foot on this property again. Girls walking around in nothing but bathing suits spreading their legs all over. Tricks being ran day and night. This place is so unsafe that undercover and city police are here EVERYDAY sitting in the parking lot. DO NOT stay here. Its not clean, dope and all kinds of disgusting things are being presented to the area. Management apparently does not care. More than one night had people knocking on our door. Watched a guy hit his wife and practically beat his kid. This place is for the rachet people PHONE isnt even working wtf!

I enjoyed my stay at Motel 6 in Marietta. The rooms were very spacious and clean, right near highway, restaurants all around and easy access to other places with family activities available. Staff was very friendly and the laundry are was exceptionally clean. The new renovations is a plus with prices still comparable with the surrounding hotels. Will definitely refer to my family and friends. The laminated wood floors make it very easy to upkeep if you have pets.
