I’m current staying here on Christmas vacation and this place is super clean, cozy, safe and guest friendly. I will definitely be returning here to stay whenever I visit from Florida.

After a long day my family checked into their rooms. First off all the rooms reeked of smoke, then sheets missing from beds, broken lampshade, broken lamp falling off wall, one bed was dirty…! Due to coming in late and having 4 kids needing to sleep we couldn’t bring ourselves to find another place. Luckily we had multiple blankets in the car to help. Not at all what is expected from a Marriott hotel or a non smoking facility. Pretty disappointed. These concerns were bought to the attention of Reg and we were told to speak to people in the daytime.

Staff was very nice, even at the midnight hour. Breakfast was great, and so was the ease of payment.

The rooms were super! The staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a very good variety of items. I would recommend this hotel.

If I could give a negative star I would. We made reservations and wanted to check in early and the receptionist played games. Mind you we just drove 13 hrs. @ 2pm she still said no rooms are ready and a request to check in early is just that. They don't have to honor it. Why ask the question then?. Tired and mad I had her cancel the reservation and went to holiday inn next door and guess what got a room no problem. Will never use this hotel again. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Very nice area. Close to some very nice resturant. I always enjoy with the kids. They also have an Indore pool.

Nice location in Lithonia — east on and off of I-20…

Great staff. The manager herself came up to see about if our thermostat was working properly. Big event in the area and lots of crowd, yet they stayed on their game.

Solid hotel and great value. Only downside is the indoor pool is by the elevators and often smells strongly of chlorine but enjoyed my stay otherwise.

I stayed at the hotel last month. Every room that we were given had bedbugs on every bed. They tried to accommodate us but it was too bad. We left and went to another hotel in the area. They did pay for one night at the other hotel.

Very clean. I have been here 3 days and have no complaints. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. Coffee was a tad bitter but not too bad.

I arrived late in the evening with my kids after a busy day in Atlanta and was greeted by a sweet young man at the front desk. I had a few questions about good places to grab a bite to eat, and he gave me some suggestions and directions. When I asked about parking so I could see my truck, he should me the best spot for where my room was and made sure we knew what time breakfast was, and answered my kids questions about what is served.

We arrived late at night while traveling. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean beds. Small complementary breakfast offered in the a. M. Pets were accepted, which was very convenient for our trip. There wasn't anything that was overly impressive, but it certainly suited our needs and we would stay again if making the same trip.

Only reason they got a 4 star is because they have removed all soda vending machines so if you want a late night soda you have to pay their inflated hotel prices. Tacky.

My experience with this hotel was not a pleasant one. The hotel is not family friendly. I checked in and within an hour of being in my room the security guard came up because my child was making too much noise and informed me that if there was another complain I would be asked to leave. We were a family of three and they only left two towels I called the front desk and nothing was done about it. I stay at the hotel three days and my room was only cleaned once. I would never stay at his hotel again. Horrible experience.

They have no customer consideration first of all 2/13/2016 fire alarm when off from people smoking weed. Police were not called first department did not come out nor did they check on guest. Then they didn't give guest notice they were having a party in business room until late 4 in the morning with loads music and dj. But room service and rooms were the only thing worth staying.

Room was very nice, beds were very comfortable. Reasonably priced. Lots of kids in the hallways and lots of weed smoking on my floor. Fire alarms went sounded at 3am then immediately went off. No one answered the phone at the front desk or instructed that it was a false alarm.

The breakfast crew seems surprised every weekend by the amount of guests. Wake up early because the food will be wiped out by 7 on any Saturday or Sunday morning. Wi-Fi signal is terrible and the floors and ceilings are not soundproof. It's close to a mall and the freeway which is nice and most of the staff are friendly.

Very disappointed. Our room did not get cleaned even though we were out of it all day. No Kleenex in bathroom. I had asked for extra towels. We had NO towels. When I went down to desk to ask for towels, I had to wait in the lobby (both nights) until their towels came out of the dryer. The air conditioner was very loud.

My mother and I decided to stay at this hotel for a long term stay while we got ourselves comfortable with the lithonia area since we had just relocated from Delaware. The purpose of a hotel is to be proficient in HOSPITALITY. This establishment lacks in every definition of the word. In everything you do, it is expected that you do your best and to go above and beyond, the employees do just enough to get their paycheck. The housekeeping leaves things for you to clean and obtain from the front desk yourself, the people working at the front desk have a respect of person in who they want to give excellent customer service, and the other employees tend to do nothing but gossip or make smart comments. Then, when you bring things to the managers attention, they tell you if you're not satisfied with the service then no one is forcing you to stay and you can go somewhere else. My personal opinion, save yourself the stress and the money, and take your business elsewhere to someone who will appreciate it.
