Room wasn't ready in time. Dead water bugs left right outside the door although none inside. Ice wasn't easy to find either. The front desk person was nice enough, but could offer courtesy water while I waited on the room. Too many better and comparably priced choices in the area to stay here again.

The rooms smells like mildew. I would recommend they pull the carpets up and have a dehumidifier in the room. We were met with a roach as soon as we walked in the room on the air conditioner unit. (Our bedsheet were moist) The pool is very small for the capacity of people in the pool. One of the concrete 4ft signs was on the bottom of the pool floor. (Not safe) Also the breakfast area is very SMALL for number of people staying at the hotel. Our family also saw a roach crawling on the floor in the so called breakfast area.

Bugs and rude guy at desk. Asked us to bring in the roach we found. Ummmm… After expressing my disbelief in front of the guests eating breakfast (the breakfast is beside front desk) he had me show maintenance where it was in the room. They explained they were sure I saw it because they just sprayed. With great disgust he issued me a $10 discount. I was scared to check the mattress for bugs. Had been driving 14hours with 3 kids. Bed was hard. Place was cheap so I shouldn't expect so much I guess but needless to say Id never go back.

Stayed here for one night on the way to Florida. Room was decently maintained. Staff was polite for the most part. Had a cat sitting outside our room all night and would follow me each time I left the room to go to my car. Very frightening and good thing it didn’t touch me because I’m allergic to cats.

Absolutely wonderful! There was an issue with our booking (not their fault), and the manager worked really hard for a while and fixed everything and let us stay and didn't charge us extra. So accommodating! Also very clean and one of the best showers I've taken in a hotel, ever. Could not recommend higher. So sweet. Will come back if going through that area again.

My family Booked and PAID for a room days in advance. Called at 8pm on day of arrival to let them know we would have late check-in around 3am. Get to hotel, check in at desk. Go to room and it is FILTHY and TRASHED. Cigarette butts on night stand, half-eaten McDonalds in garbage can, dirty sock in corner of room, fresh cigarette smoke, bed messed up. It literally looked like someone brought a prostitute here. I immediately called the girl at the front desk, who was new and had no idea of what to do. The girl at the desk told me they had two rooms that were vacant, but it would be up to manager (MISSY) or the owner, to switch us room assignments. She called the manager and left a message. Then she called to owner of the hotel and left a message. After a while, the manager, MISSY, called back and told me that we could stay in the FILTHY room "as is" or get our money back and find somewhere else to stay. It was the Friday beginning spring break, so no place anywhere had vacancies. At this point it is 345am. I asked the girl at desk to call manager MISSY back and tell me why she can't reassign me to one of the two vacant rooms. She said the empty rooms were paid for, to which my response was "I paid for mine in advance, called to confirm my arrival, and when I get here it is 100% unsanitary and not fit for anyone, especially a family with small kids". The girl at the desk even said rooms were randomly assigned and the other two rooms had not confirmed there arrival.

Nice clean Hotel with a pool, and continental breakfast included (nothing fancy, only cold breakfast, but good variety), about 10 minutes from Wild Adventures among a variety of restaurants and other activities. The staff are very friendly and attentive, even when they were completely booked they made sure we had everything we needed without asking and allowed us a late check-out because we didn't check in until almost 10 the previous night and we're exhausted from a spring break trip to Wild Adventures. We originally wanted a hotel closer to the park and are now grateful for the way it worked out as most of the food is close to this area anyway!

The atmosphere was great, we had high school baseball team travelling with us and they took care of them extremely well, our front desk lady was the best.

We stopped in at this hotel for one night on our way to Florida. The place was perfect for what we needed. The hotel was clean and we'll lit, which was helpful when arriving at night. The employee at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. They offer a hot breakfast in the morning but we opted for the Cracker Barrel across the parking lot. The pool appeared to be clean and we'll kept although we didn't say long enough to use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent the weekend here and my kids and I enjoyed it. Service was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean and ready when I returned from a long day at Wild Adventures.

Not fancy but always clean and nice. Love that we can take our dog too.

Very small rooms I had reservations for 5 people. None of from from a whole family inside of it. The walls were dirty and it look like a one time there was water damage in the roof. They took all our towels and never replaced any. They would not even bring new towels to our room we had to go get him ourselves.

Perfect place to stay. I stayed there for years now and they take good care of returning customers remembering you with a smile and make you like family. Awesome place with near by shopping and gas and their price is always good. Clean and nice rooms with upgrades.

Amazing breakfast! Sausage link, eggs, biscuits n gravy, coffee, milk, juice, waffles, and more! Decent rooms, great pool, super friendly staff. Definitely recommend to others!

We somehow found this hotel during the weekend of the Florida\ GA game and everywhere else was packed. As soon as we walked in the service was fantastic. When we got to our room there was a slight problem and the woman at the desk came up immediately to help us and was so nice. The place was clean and perfectly fine for a nights stay and was very affordable. I will definitely be back.

We had a totally positive experience last night and this morning here, for our second time. We booked online night before which was cheaper than calling in and receiving AARP/AAA/Veteran discount @ $79 for nonsmoking single king. We arrived late at 10:30pm, received pleasantly & efficiently at check in & had beautiful, very clean & comfortable bed. Everything worked. Shower & towels were great. Breakfast this am was really good, but the best was their coffee! Staff efficiently refilling more eggs and oatmeal! Best coffee ever at any hotels we've stayed in! Highly recommend!

Pros: Amber at front desk was awesome! She was polite, courteous, & very helpful. Cons: Management lacks business professional skills. He also tried to overcharge my card for his own personal gain. Bathroom filthy, carpet smelled. I would rather sleep in my truck before I step foot back into this hotel. Don't waste your time or money with this con artist.

Room was clean but had musty smell. Shower curtain had mold on it. Breakfast was decent but no eggs. Staff was very pleasant. Good deal for the rate.

We've been staying at Days Inn 3 times a year in the past 8 years. I think they have new management about 5 years that make the hotel service much better than before. We love this place since the price is reasonable (about $70 per night at weekend including taxes and other charges). The customer services is very good especially the Manager, Frank. He's always very helpful, efficient and takes his initiative to solve any questions/problems. You may want to tolerate when there is nobody answer the calls sometimes, it seems only have him there alone all the time. In the morning when we have breakfast, he always comes out to ask if we need anything. He runs between rooms and the front desk all the time. I guess he might check out the rooms after clean up. Most of the housekerpers are helpful and nice as well. We usually stay there for 4 days without asking for the room cleaning. We only need few towels for our stay. Another good stuff: the free breakfast almost got everything, from the hot entries like sausage links, eggs, biscuits with gravey, 2-minute waffer machine with syrup, oatmeat, toast machine for white bread, wheat bread, sweet raisin bread, bangels with butter, jam, cream cheese, sweet cinnamon rolls, coffee with sugar & cream, to cold O. J, apple juice, whole fat & low fat milk, yogurt, cereals… People really shouldn't complaint about their breakfast not good. Don't forget it's a 2-star hotel but delivers a decent customer service and breakfast.

We had a great experience at this location, we came from Florida trying to escape from Hurricane Irma, the hotel was full and the whole staff made us feel like home, the general manager Mr. Frank Gilani "under the circumstances" did an Amazing Job, tried his best to acomodate everyone needs, I personally saw him walking around asking if we were ok, etc, I will never forget this great experience and all of the great people that I met in Lake Park HE! thank you so much!

Stayed here while in the process of evacuating during hurricane Irma, mid way through a 10 hours drive. They staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. They were the only place in the area with any open rooms and we were still able to get a fantastic rate. The room was very clean, and their free Wi-Fi was fast and a huge help to us during the evacuation process!

Not too bad for the price. One thing, I requested a rollaway at the time if my reservation and didn't get one. Desk clerk was friendly.

Room was clean, nicely decorated and everything worked. All was quiet though our room was next to the pool area. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of variety of hot and cold items with a waffle maker which is always a hit with our family.

Awesome staff. My reservation got screwed up, but both desk clerks we're very helpful in helping me get it sorted out. Nice rooms and comfortable beds.

We get all the basics. There was nothing in particular.

The hotel was easy to find right off the interstate. The room was decent. The hot breakfast was good but a little crowded with not much seating area. My only complaint was that the air had not been turned on in the room ahead of time, so it was pretty hot and took a couple of hours to really cool down.

It's a cool and peaceful place. I enjoyed the self made waffle at breakfast. But the line was long. The front desk attendant was really nice.

Room not clean there was BM (poop) on one of the towels my daughter dryed off with. It was all over her legs and she had to re shower. Could have rubbed on in restroom but still means room was not properly cleaned. Could not sleep well rest of the night thinking what all might not of been changed. Got 25$ refund that was it. If my kids wouldn't of been with us I would have demanded a full refund and slept in my car. Only plus is the staff is nice. I recommend this place to anyone who wants others stools on them.

Nice little 2-Star Hotel. Clean room, good breakfast (though frozen). The beds could be a little softer but for the price… no complaints! :)

Clean rooms, reasonable price and a free breakfast. Not the nicest, but clean and convenient. Even on a very busy travel night I got a room for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Great place, great price, great hot breakfast and great pool and pool area. American employees. Only down falls were a couple stains on the bed spread (clean and non ordorous otherwise), and no bathroom fan.

Always clean and accommodating! Not fancy, just a great stop while traveling.

We stay here every weekend we race at JenningsGP. Most of the other riders also as this Days Inn offers a discount to the participants. The receptionist is always friendly, the rooms clean and breakfast is good. Will always stay here as it is only 20min from the track.

Clean and neat, comfortable bed, good waffles in morning. Not fancy but just fine for a one night stop on the way south.

Cockroaches in two of the rooms, (farthest building in the back to the left, bottom floor) we moved rooms 3 times before we finally got a clean stable room (towards the main office, different section) Wi-Fi was super slow 180 KB dl speed at most, there are also cats roaming around that meow constantly through out the night. Worst hotel experience ever. And I'm being blatantly honest, I've traveled to many many places this past year and I highly advise not to check into this hotel.
