Nice rooms. Very hygienic, the staff who attend excellent, the hotel very nice.

Quality Inn is the place to be just like La Quinta hotel but either a little bit better they have a very good breakfast to and very clean rooms to just us to look at the hotel and get management they believe in treating a guest right.

Excellent. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are nicely kept. Great price and I felt safe and comfortable.

Rude rude rude customer service! We tried to check in late tonight but the lady was SO rude to my chocolate husband and treated him like he had no money. We took our MONEY elsewhere. I’m willing to bet our MONEY that she would have been nice to my white self just like she was nice to my husband over the phone earlier.

I was in town for one night and stayed at your hotel. Janet at the front desk was the nicest person I've met in a long time. Janet was very sweet, very professional and made me feel at home, she is definitely a wonderful asset to your hotel. I was very pleased and comfortable in the newly remodeled room and will definitely stay in your hotel when I'm back in town.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, had mini frig and microwave. Accepts pets which we were traveling with this trip. We slept thru breakfast so we can't comment on that.

Friday night check it was with a wonderful woman! Very pleasant! Room was great. Early Sunday am breakfast guy was very cool, too. However, dayside crew not so friendly. Sat, we put do not disturb on door, went to get chick fil, (we left everything set up in our room lights on etc) in the time it to do grab and come back, somebody came in and semi cleaned the room. Very creepy to go in when asked not to. Sunday am check out is 11, we're packing up, there a pounding in the door, housekeeping yells, "You staying another night? " No I replied. She screams back, "Well check out is 11! " Really? So I had to reply back I know, we have 15 minutes! So rude dayside crew. Nightside guys rule. Four stars for the Friday night cool lady and Sunday am breakfast guy.

Pretty clean but walk in shower had bugs from not being cleaned but when u need a place 2 rest while traveling it clean to rest your body.

Went here for a biz trip. Nice room. Clean. Plenty of parking. No curb appeal. Next to a mall and a gas station. Not sure if walking to the stores across the street would be a good idea since it's a busy road.

We have stayed here several times in the past and had no issues until now and they should have been resolved while at the hotel however, they were not. The reservation was made well in advance for a bottom floor room for an elderly person. There are no elevators here and this was the main reason for the reservation? The staff was less than helpful and did not try to accommodate. This is unacceptable. We will stay elsewhere going forward.

They told us that it was going to be full of people that night we stayed and they raise the price no one showed up that night they lied about the price of the room when I checked out I got a different price it's not clean. You would be better off going to Beaumont Inn.

I called and reserved a room for 2 nights with request for downstairs room. I specifically called it to his attention. Arrival: upstairs. The TV was coded to mute English language in fox news. The room was clean, the bed was okay. I so not plan to stay at this facility again.

Not far off the interstate, conveniently located near gas stations for quick fill ups. Close to restaurants such as Chik-fil-a and Longhorns. Rooms are pretty decent and rates are reasonable. Friendly staff when we checked in late at night. PET FRIENDLY! (That's a plus & a big help! ) Comfortable beds. Quiet night of rest.

It is in a nice location, close to Interstate 85. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided me with all that I needed to know about the breakfast hours and the Wi-Fi password. The only negative was that the room was a little cramped and the desk chair needed replacing, but still it was worth the price paid to stay.

When we arrived, there was tissue in the toilet bowl. We had already unpacked or I would have requested another room. Overall the room was clean and quiet. We also had a problem with the hair dryer. Housekeeping came and determined that it was a problem with the plug. Said she would report it to maintenance but that still leaves me without a way to dry my hair in the mirror. Overall not a horrible experience but glad it was only an 8 hour visit.

We stopped in on our way to Atlanta. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling through. The staff were all very helpful and always had a smile. Very clean and kept up.

Another great Quality inn for business travel. Friendly staff, hot free breakfast sustained me to lunch, cold air conditioner, nice linens and bed, clean, towels a bit thin, bathroom dated.

The ladies in house keeping are super friendly, and do a great job cleaning. The front desk is always friendly and makes a good breakfast and cup of coffee.

LARGE stains on all of the furniture, sheets, comforter, and towels as well as miscellaneous hairs. Towels were thin and smelled musty. There were people hanging out and talking outside their rooms when we checked in at 1 AM. Multiple trash cans were overflowing outside the rooms the next morning as we walked to checkout and a housekeeping cart blocked our path which the staff did not bother to move when it was obvious that it was in our way. Breakfast was decent but did not offer variety. As we were surveying our options, a uniformed housekeeping staff member went through and helped herself to biscuits and gravy and coffee. We will not stay here again during our travels.

The hotel is nice. Front desk staff was extremely helpful in getting me into a room with a big event going on. Room was nice, AC works great.

Place is a dump. Smells bad sheets, werr dirty anf floor sticky. I will stay somewhere else when I come to town again.

Had an overnight stay at Lagrange location. Room was clean. Front desk gentleman was like and old friend very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Conference room rented 3 months in advance and lost the reservation and then had the room filled with garbage which had to be cleaned out and still charged me full price.

Very friendly and super clean and neat! Gonna stop back on the way through. Great rates for the price! Booya!

I was less welcomed by front desk. Property clean and quiet. My room met my expectation. Will return again.
