Very friendly staff at check in. Room is spacious with a sitting area separate from my king bed. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was great & everything was very clean. Breakfast was pretty limited but everything seemed fresh. I would definitely go back without hesitation.

Very clean and friendly place. Excellent service from "Tea" front desk person. Fairfield Inn hit a home run on this one! We will be back.

Service is great however does not have kitchettes as advertised on Google's website. Marriott website is a more accurate listing. Weekly free dinner Wednesday by Justin plus nighty fresh cookies make you always feel welcome.

The staff was very nice and always eager to answer any questions or help however needed. Breakfast was delicious. I will be staying here every time I have to come here for business.

The only hotel I will stay when I'm traveling to this area. Very friendly staff and very clean room. Very well maintained over the years. Close to all the restaurants and grocery stores. I'm an absolute fan of the Marriott brand and this hotel won't let you down.

Green cloudy pool. Closed and shocked two days in a row and still cloudy and green. Toilets are cleaner. Photos in comments.

GREAT hotel. I originally started off at the "Quality" Inn down the road, but the rooms were so disgusting and literally smelled so bad to the point of making me sick, that I used rewards points to get a room here at the Fairfield Inn. Let me tell you, I don't care what the actual "Star" rating of the Fairfield Inn is, but compared to where I started, this hotel will always be a 5-Star hotel to me. The room was so nice and comfortable compared to where I was originally and the front desk employee was so nice and helpful. Trust me, spend a little more to stay here as opposed to the awful place down the road. You'll be happy you did.

The greatest experience I've ever had at any hotel are Inn I have ever visited. The customer service was excellent from the evening, night, and morning shift employees.

Lobby is remodeled, but rooms do not seem to be. Smelled like mildew and bedding seemed old. AC stopped working on the morning of the second day. Found a roach in the bathroom on the second night and left. I do not see how this place can have so many positive reviews.

Justin, the desk manager treated us with so much hospitality. He even remembered my name. That has never happened to me. And the waffles at breakfast are the best.

This was a great spot for us. We were traveling with 4 children. Staff and rooms were excellent.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. They have a nice breakfast menu and complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. There is an Applebee's across the parking lot where you get a discount as a guest.

Every time I go here the service is awesome. Staff is great as well. Rooms are big enough for my family of 6.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Monica at the front desk was amazing, she made our night so much better with such little stress with how much she helped us. Our night was ruined before we got here but she made it so much better. Monica definetly needs recognition from her boss for how amazing she is! Other than that the breakfast was yummy and beds were comfortable, a great place to stay!

Stayed 7/28/2017. The hotel is so very clean & the front desk clerks so pleasant & friendly. Coffee all night and a nice free breakfast. My room, 124, smelled so clean & everything organized. Whatever city I'm in, I enjoy staying at a Fairfield Marriott. Cleanliness & safe surroundings are my priorities and they certainly deserve 5 stars for that.

Bedrooms were ok although we found hairs on the sheets. The breakfast was horrible. MacDonalds would have been 100% better.

Location was very close to base staff was very professional and room was awesome. Only thing gym only have 2 machines very small.

I travel around the country for work quite a bit. This is my favorite hotel. Why? The hotel has currently and is still undergoing renovations (rooms were clean and well maintained before) so the rooms are great. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. You can tell the staff and management take pride in their workplace. Ultimately the reason this hotel gets 5 stars is the staff. This is the best staff hands down. Not just the front desk but everybody. The front desk is awesome, the maintenance crew and the manager. To me service is 80 percent of my stay. This staff is always friendly and will provide the same VIP treatment to everyone, every time. I have stayed here at least 6 times this yr for business and they never disappoint. The fact that they are renovating is just a bonus. Highly recommended.

We were worried as to where to stay and chose Fairfield and we were sure rewarded with a pleasant, clean place to stay.

Very clean and quality service. A micro. And refrig in each room. Very convenient to Ft Stewart and right down the street from several restaurants. Applebee's next door. Price is within per diem.

Stayed here on the way south because every hotel on 95 was booked. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and reasonably priced. Only complaint was the continental breakfast. Because the hotel was so busy, food was scarce but the staff worked hard to try to accommodate everyone. Would stay here again if I was going through the area.

I have stayed at this hotel for almost a month because of school up here and it's the cleanest hotel in the area. We were staying at another hotel close to the main entrance of Ft Stewart but it wasn't close to being a standard hotel so I came here and loved it. Great big bathtub and good breakfast. There were a few issues but it wasn't enough to make me rate it lower than what I gave it. My room was missing the white curtain so it was either open window or nothing and that was my biggest complaint. The gym was very nice with free weights which was super cool. They pay their ticket so you can use the YMCA the whole time here.
