The room was better than I expected for the price… conveniently located to the highway for traveling… I would stay again.

Location was okay. Room was okay. Service was good.

Wow this is a disgusting room. Stopped out of necessity of course. Asked for non smoking and there’s an ash tray in here and it smells like smoke. I guess that’s the least of my worries at this point. My comforter even has cigarette burns in it. There’s only one tiny lock on the door. No bolt. That worries me. 2 stars for being open and easy to find.

Let me first state I never made it into a room. I was on my way to Florida with a boat trailer and I had a flat tire, they were the first large parking lot that I came to once I limped off the exit ramp, I pulled into the service road and made it so cars could get past, I call a service truck and as you know road side assistance can take some time. While waiting for the service truck, I was approched by a very young girl and an elderly woman, telling me I had to move, I showed and explained that my tire was flat and I was waiting for help, 45 min later a man comes out and said it was private property and I had to move, I again attempted to explain my situation and he refused to look at my trailer and said I must move this is private property. Needless to say the service truck showed up and I was on my way. As I sat there I observed several patrons only spending an hour in one room, different males and females, I guess he just did not want me to notice the type of clientel that he rents to by the hour. To think, he threaten to call the cops on ME!

Nice clean rooms. And much cheaper than super 8. Stay here instead of super 8. Ull b very happy.

Wow… All hell broke loose as soon as we arrived, luckily the pregnant lady had warned us that it might be dangerous on the other side, some guy was throwing all his girls stuff out over the balcony and there was a fight and he was being arrested. I saw my opportunity, I gave the pregnant lady and my girl $50 and told them to go buy panties, I snuck in while the getting was good helped her gather her stuff and then brought her inside and made a night of it.

Dirty, appliances out dated, the comp coffee is no more. No coffee pot in room. Mattresses old & tore up. Drugs being sold and taken in front of door and office will not get involved. This place is a #@#& hole. I paid for a week, but left early.

An overnight stay at the scottish inn of locust grove (which has been supposedly remodeled recently) led to my boyfriend and myself covered in bed bug (or flea) bites from waist down. And the complimentary breakfast was cereal and milk and stale coffee… I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is amazing. I spoke with the new owner/manager today when I was checking out. The place use to be terrible, but now it is clean, quiet and affordable. I stayed here for the Atlanta NASCAR race and enjoyed a clean, comfortable room with goid Wi-Fi and caring staff. Will DEFINITELY be back.

You cant have an Epic Hotel with Less than basic people. I have had only professional encounters with the owner who quite frankly is gonna be the one who makes this getaway a cleaner, safer place to lay ones head… Don't let the other scorned reviewers, who clearly were asked to disperse, taint your opinion of a place that is slowly but surely rising into a great lodging option!

Great hotel. The staff is friendly. I don't have any problems with room. I would recommend anyone to stay.

Worst motel owners (A. P. ) that yell at kids outside playing, don't allow any visitors. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. Nothing but drugs being moved through there!

This hotel has done a lot of improvement. It's quiet, and I haven't had any problems while staying. The management is helpful and have positive attitudes with smiles. I would recommend staying here each time.

Hotel is looking alot better. They are making alot of changes thats improving for guest amd the place itself. Management are good people. Theyve been very helpful and understanding with my stays there. Its truly becoming a better place here.

I've stayed at the Scottish Inn in locust Grove trust me when I say don't stay there Robbie and AP that's who runs the place and they are very rude I've been cussed out by both of them and everyone else that has stayed there just trust me don't stay there.

Great hotel. If you're a junkie! Absolutely disgusting! Checked in and then checked out 10 minutes later. I suggest driving a little bit further to Macon where there are descent hotels.

Scary place but had no problems praise the Lord. No soap to take a bath. Bed spread with holes not sure if clean put on floor. No bugs.

Do not stay here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My room was filthy! I don't think anyone even clean the room. The toilet was dirty, sinks, the carpet was not vacuumed and there's mold on the ceiling. I went downstairs to tell the owner and he did nothing. After an hour of me cleaning the room I realized the fridge was broken. The owner was horrible and so rude he played on his computer and wouldn't even look me in the eyes. He refused to even come up to the disgusting room (probably because he knew it was awful). The best part though was that he gave me a vacuum. Needless to say I left that place and would rather sleep in my car before staying at the Scottish Inn. Oh also the pictures are not updated and you'll be staying behind a Dairy Queen.

Very friendly, clean room and cold air. Not a bad place to snooze for the night.

Stayed there for a week… its ok pricing but not when people are hanging outside and you get stared down… It was like staying in the getto.

Only getting one star because I cant put 0! We checked in on a Thursday, paid for a week. When we got to our room the TV remote wouldnt work & there was only a half of a roll of toilet paper. They told us service days were on Mon & Thursdays. We ran out of toilet paper Sat, & towels on Sun. Which the towels was fine cause we had brought our own, but when I asked for more toilet paper the office told me I had to catch a maid when I finally caught one she wouldnt give me any because it wasnt a service day so I went back to the office & asked again the man grabbed the toilet paper from under the counter & THREW it at me (i had to duck & turn around to pick it up) & then proceeded to tell me "you check out when your service is up, no more pay" DO NOT come here! I have NEVER had a worse experience staying anywhere!

This Scottish Inn in locust grove ga. Off Bill gardner has a bed bug infestation. Beware. Thrusday, June 29.2017. Be very careful not a great or good anything. I let the guy know and he told me to leave and not to come back just because I told him abt the bed bugs. Wow I never.

-10 like the other posts I saw. This place has bed bugs, mold in the rooms. The bathroom looks as if it has never been cleaned. The shower did not even have a shower head. The front desk was horrible. Absolutely NO help at all. The front desk guy just stays behind the counter running his mouth just because I asked for ONE towel. They won't give you fresh towels or change your sheets. I will NEVER stay here ever again in my life!

There is pubic hair in the bed. Dirty bathroom. Rotten wood around floor. Very glad I brought my own sheets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE unless it's an emergency as is my situation.

Scottish inn was a very clean and affordable room with a good nights sleep. Great shopping near by.

Really wish there was a — 10 because this place sucks! I had a reservation and they couldn't find it even with me showing them all the info. Refused to give me a room for price I was quoted so we went elsewhere and I called reservation company letting them know to NOT to not charge card etc.

No continental breakfast, the employees are very rude, and the shower has very low water pressure.

Too bad there isn't a rating — 5 because I would surely give it to this hotel. My family had to evacuate the coast of Georgia and the Golden Isles due to Hurricane Matthew. I made reservations 411 rooms only to find that they had none of our reservations available. I was able to show the staff all of the confirmation numbers for all 11 rooms but they had none of them in their system. They ended up giving us a deal which is greatly appreciated however this place needs to be abolished. It was very unclean. I felt like my skin was crawling and I almost wish that I had rode out the storm. To make matters worse they had all of my family scattered all over the place. Your children outside playing who were unattended. I can honestly say I do not wish to visit this location again. They brought us one set of clean towels and one roll of toilet paper around 4 o'clock in the afternoon the day after we arrived. They did not give us any soap nor did they change our bedding. But me and my family turned out okay because we ended up buying our own soap, bleach cleaner and sheets and pillows. I am 100% pissed off because now my nice new pillow smells like smoke and to make matters worse it has cause my sinuses to inflame. Scottish Inns not worry about my family patronizing your business again. This is terrible!
