Heritage inn is a great hotel! My mom has worked there for like 12 years. The staff is so nice and shelley has a very welcoming voice all the time. The rooms are always so clean and comfortable.

Helpful & friendly stuff, rooms are in good shape. The showers have good water pressure and warm up nicely.

Its a nice place to stay. One of the nicer ones in Milledgeville.

Good Television and channels, the breakfast wasn't anything special but it's included, good water pressure, doesn't seem like there's enough parking,

Stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Both rooms were far nicer than I expected since the price of each room was so reasonable. Love that the decor is so up to date and that the establishment is pet friendly without costing a fortune. Will definitely be staying again if the need arises.

No complaints. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Reasonably priced, nice complimentary breakfast. Close by shopping and lots of restaurants to choose from. Have stayed here several times.

Reasonably priced, clean. Wish they had an actual comfortable on the bed instead of a thin drapery like fabric over the sheet and blanket otherwise the hotel is what you would expect for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Traveling to FL on 441 and discovered this motel on the internet. Definitely the nicest motel we’ve stayed at in many trips. Clean, friendly staff, economical. We will return!

Not a bad place for a reasonable rate, very hard to find these days. Convenience is a plus here, I have it for 3 nights and if it keeps going as it has started I will stay here again. Just first night so I will know more in a few days. Roomy even for 2 grown men.

This hotel was great. Perfect location there is a buffalo wild wings within walking distance. Customer service was on point and everyone was very nice and super helpful. They gave me a great low rate at contractors price. Will be staying here again. Tv was great with a great selection. The a. C. Was working well with no bad smells. The bed was very comfy and fluffy. Only complaint was the pillows were small. Wi-Fi is provided and it served it's purpose. Breakfast was great with a huge selection.

This place is as expected. Inexpensive, outdated and a little run down. Rooms were clean, breakfast was weak but free, location is nice though. Staying for one night and on a budget… this is your place.

For it to be the weekend of the 4th of July. My husband and I were astonished that they had a room available for us. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was nice. Bed was very comfortable to the point husband and I fell straight to sleep. Bathroom although was a little small it was cute and sufficient for us to shower. Everything was clean and neat. Will DEFINITELY BE returning here again.

A bit shabby. Hard beds. Strong smell of cleaning supplies. Cold shower in the morning. Dim lighting. Serviceable breakfast (cereal, muffins, pastries, yogurt, coffee, juice, bananas, waffle maker).

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and we slept great. We had a large screen TV that was great. It was great for the price. We would stay there again.

We spent the weekend here. It was nice clean very comfortable. Excellent beds. We stayed near the front and had "road noise" from the busy highway but a room in rear would have been perfect. Helpful staff. We were very pleased.

Reserved a room for an employee — went to cancel the room due to safety reasons (per the district manager). The hotel REFUSED to refund the night's stay. In efforts to solve this issue, I contacted them not once, but twice to find a resolution for the cancellation. I haven't received a phone call nor an email from their management team. I am absolutely appalled that a company wouldn't want to resolve an issue with their customer before the potential of escalation. But, …I do hope that the charge of reservation was worth a horrible review. And to think, just contacting me and/or the company to solve this minor issue — they resulted in ignoring my messages and charging us anyways for a room that wasn't "lived" in for the night. As I mentioned in the private messages, if this wasn't handled accordingly I would reach out to hotel review boards and the BBB. The original message was sent on Nov 2 — it's now been 1 week. Thank you again, for making this way more difficult than it needed to be.

Great value! Older motel that has been renovated. Located in a commercial area that provides a good choice of fast food or sit down dining. Also plenty of shipping options if you need to pick up anything. If you're into golf, close to the Masters & a real value compared to other pricey options. Breakfast is good considering the value of the room.

Came into town for a friends graduation, Front desk guy was nice, room was horrible. I got in late, pulled the bed spread back and you could tell the bed was made up with the same sheets the last person slept on, black hair in the bed… pulled up the bed spread and just slept on the top. It was midnight and I got go at 6 am. Got up went to shower and the bathroom is nasty. The dirt and hair (not the ones on your head) on the floor, pulled back the shower curtain and guess what… more of those black hairs that were in the bed are stuck to the shower wall. Turned on the shower and the valve for the water to go from the bottom to the top, just didn't work. A small amount of water coming out of the shower head. So I just took a towel wet it and wiped off, got dressed and went to the office to leave. I brought the issue's up at the front desk and all they could say was "sorry about that"… I paid 102.75 for a normally a $50 room (based on internet). You think they would do something… 1/2 refund, credit for another stay (which I would never do), I guess because all I said was "that I wanted to bring it to there attention" and was not ugly or offensive, they just said… Sorry About That. So if for some reason you find yourself at this Inn… Sorry about that.

Nice, clean, comfortable room at a very nice price!

Though the staff has good customer service, and refunded my late booking, the hotel was very old, the walls were coming apart in the bathroom. And the shampoo was sparse and the room smelled like mildew. The beds were uncomfortable and I didn't even sleep in the sheets. It was very upsetting, and I had to pay an early check in fee, the rooms are worth less. Room is more homely and not decorated or modern like a motel 6. Again the staff are very helpful but the hotel needs renovation!

Very comfortable beds, very quiet area, very good continental breakfast.

When I arrived it was nothing like the pictures, didn't have all my condiments, towels and rags were everywhere and I work for a hotel and its supposed to be neat and folded, breakfast the next morning they said I couldn't take food out, after I payed for my room breakfast and all is included so don't tell me where to eat it,, and the breakfast room was full where do I eat the floor? Worse hotel ever!

Good value family hotel — it is right next door to a fast-food restaurant with a big playground, great place for those of us with fidgety kids in the car. The staff was very helpful. Room was a little small and could use an update, but it was clean and nice in the ways that matter. Slow but free Wi-Fi.
