Hotel is clean rooms are spacious. The cleaning crew needs a little tweaking the frig wasn’t closed and the carpet was all wet, and there were no wash cloths in the bath room. I would think they should supply a wash cloth. Otherwise good for our one night stay while passing through.

Second week staying here. No hot water the first week. Manager (sweet lady) said because everyone taking showers at the same time. We went to Florida for a week. Checked back in 2 kids and wife. No Hot water at 5:30am 7:am 11pm, now a plumber is coming. Reviews on Yelp about this for 8 months. Their employees smoke at both ends of the building and prop the doors open. I take a 160 pound Cane Corso out the side door to keep from using the elevator and making other guests uncomfortable and get scolded twice. Safety issue, GET YOUR CARD READER FIXED, and hot water for both of our safety.

After staying 3 weeks, paying promptly, waiting for house to be ready, I cleared with manager we would pay every couple of days or so because we didn't know closing date. 2 days later we were asked to pay and I said we would and had to leave to get out phones working with new carrier. Because we didn't pay by 11:00 we came home at 530 to pay and was told they took our 3 animals to the pound! and we weren't welcome anymore. We had to leave next day. I was beyond furious and we left that nite! never again!

Had to fit my semi truck in the parking lot. Told it had truck parking but not the case here.

It took 20 minutes to get a reservation straight that we'd already made. The front desk clerk was unhelpful. One of the rooms had no hot water, the other smelled a little. The road noise was apparent. Wifi was good, though.

Very clean and reasonable prices. Great beds.

Very quiet place friendly orientated one problem needs to upgrade but a nice day at a very reasonable price.

Needs better staff. Hotel manager is very rude and unprofessional.

Rooms stink like mold. Lady at front. Desk very rude act very crazy. Its been sold maybe, new owner will replace her. She truly acts mental, maybe bi polar. Mold and mildew, it's awful.

I come here cause pet friendly n outdoor pool I'm very sick quit hospice the day I came but pool isn't open they have only 1 coke machine no snacks ice in other buildings only 1 ice machine and its a far walk to either or the office won't answer phone fridge barely works microwave doesn't I'm here for 3 days n o my cause I'm stranded I've got a small pet the only thing I've left my hubby died in Jan I thought I'd get relax in pool but stuck in room with outlet nothing it Freeking sux.

We got stuck in 3 traffic jams on the way home from Florida and we're just looking for a place to sleep. It's an older hotel but very clean & no bugs. Less than $50. The maintenance man & front desk lady we're super sweet.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel. These people spent all this money on remodeling the outside of the building and LITERALLY have done nothing to the inside since 1996. They have the old school television, if you sit on the bed too far to one side it'll flip over, the sink counter is barely being held up by a piece one 1x4. And this is a good and bad thing; they still have an actual Jerry to get in the room. I like and dislike that for my own personal reasons. What I did like it's that there were surprisingly no roaches. Other than; the me being split on the key and the no roaches, this hotel needs to be desperately updated and trust me, I'm not picky when it comes to hotels, but if you're trying to set the stage of the late 80's mid 90's then go for it but if you're too lazy to do basic upgrades the it's just pitiful and that's what I think this hotel is, pitiful. This is room 129. If any other room is better then correct me.

A zero star rating would be to good for this place. Beds were not clean. Room hadn't even been cleaned from last persons stay.

Price was good. Tub water didn't drain and no microwave.

Do yourself a favor, do not stay here. The decreased price is not worth it. Rooms are noisy, super outdated, and the whole area felt unsafe. I walked in to my room for 5 minutes, then returned my keys to the front desk. There were scuffs and dents all over the room, the counter top was chipped, all of the furniture was scrapped up, and it felt very unclean. The shower curtain was stained as well as the tub. The room felt as though it hadn't been updated since the 70's.

Plenty of parking. Wasn't noisy or anything like that. It was just right.

Google searched for a motel halfway between Atlanta and Macon. Found this with very reasonable rates, and made a same day reservation. It was quick and easy. We checked in with no problems. We made the most of the microwave/fridge combo in the room by hitting the Wal-Mart grocery across the freeway. We skipped waiting at a restaraunt and ate dinner and breakfast in the room. We were there all of 10 hours or so. The room was clean and cool. The bed was soft and we slept great. If I have to make this trip again I will stay at the New Forsyth Inn.

New Forsyth Inn is a clean, no-frills budget hotel. We checked in at 3:30 in the morning in the middle of a long road trip, and the front desk extended our checkout time without extra charge and supplied us with extra pillows. Our room did not have a coffee maker, but it did have a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, with crisp sheets and an up-to-date, effective air conditioner. If you just need a place to lay your head for the night, New Forsyth Inn is a good, sound option at a fair price.

Horrible experience ever … Stayed yesterday for evacuation everything seemed ok for the price. When I went to go lay down it was rat poop on the sheet under the blanket … The lady in the office didn't even offer a discount we ended up sleeping in the car.

This is an older motel but it was clean, spacious, and safe. They dont serve breakfast and the beds were hard. We will stay there again.

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating, but our room was not the best. It's an older motel and it's showing its age. It does have a great outdoor pool that is kept up nicely and our children enjoyed every minute of their swim time!

Friendly staff. Good sized room. Great price. We would stop here again.

Pretty basic, yet very accommodating. Stopped to get some rest in the middle of a trip and they were very courteous and the room was very very nice for the price.

My college friend stayed there overnight on her way to Orlando. Her room was nice and very clean.

The place needs maintenance, worst thing is, the rooms have no exhaust and hence is filled with mold. Smells terrible. The Wi-Fi is free and the signal is strong.

At first glance the room was great for a $45 room. New bedding and clean sheets. Not dirty or smelly. Then I entered the bathroom. It was fine until I looked up and saw mold in all 4 corners of the ceiling. Not small spots either. No attempt had been made to clean it. Definitely not the worst $40 hotel I've stayed in. If you just need half way decent and cheap place to rest your head while on the road. This your place.

In all the motel was very sketchy and needs some repairs, they have free Wi-Fi though.
