Dead Roaches, carpet ripped n old, broken door off the frame, locks don't work, spots on white sheets, pillows and towels, refrigerator needs more cleaning the edges. The kids were very disappointed to know that pool was closed (no water inside of the pool) unsure why the pool would be unavailable during the summer time! Just a horrible site!

Room was OK. TV channel aren't worth anything. Suppose to have dish but kept saying it was out only had a few channels. Carpet was dirty by the bathroom it was all fraud up. No ashtrays had to use cups. Curtains didn't close all the way. And the door handle inside has a screw that is sticking out and cut your hand on. Lamps didn't have working lightbulbs. And the pool is in not working order. So being said other than that it's quite and close to everything. Spent 140.00 for 2 nights booked on line and would have been better staying at days inn.

Website says they offer early check in and they would not let us check in til 3 plus it's states that their check in is at 2pm and still not til 3pm. Plus other issues with our room and the pool.

Great staff and decent rooms for the price.

No batteries in smoke alarms. Missing light fixtures with paper stuck in holes. THEN we noticed $496 of charges after checking out with a bill that was supposed to be $176! Called clerk and she said she didn't know anything. Still waiting to hear from nanagmanag to explain additional charge. Low rate place! Never again!

They put us in a smoking room when we specifically asked for nonsmoking. The next morning we are rudely awakened by roofers tearing off shingles and throwing them in the parking lot. They covered our cars with tarps and calling the front desk did nothing as the clerk just found out that this was happening the night before. What kind of management does this to their fuests?! Other guests came out of their rooms to see what was happening and could not believe this was allowed. I’ll never stay here again, ever!

Could have been better but had to wait two hour to check in due to over booked rooms.

Towels are stained dirty carpet tore up. Ceiling falling apart. First room they gave us had no bathroom light fixture. Mold in bathroom. Worst place I've ever stayed at. Microwave filthy glass plate not even right one.

First of all I've worked front desk for hotels over 20 yrs so I'm very picky about things. Staff was nice enuff to let us check in early and out late. When we got to rm coffee but no cups we were in rm 113 only 1 set of toiletries then on marque they advertise hot breakfast umm microwave biscuits isn't 'hot breakfast. Shower was Luke warm there was no way to plug tub to take a bath young lady working front desk was friendly but not knowledgeable on how to work in rm coffee maker or how to work tub. Head board was black with dust. Plus side bed was comfortable. I hope if I choose to stay again things will have improved.

We stayed in room 101 for one very long night. From the reviews it sounded like a good reasonable nights stay, but when you add $15.00 state and local taxes it was not worth it. When we first walked into this room we were shocked. If we had not been so tried we would have gone else where. There was a chair in the room that was so dirty I could not bring myself to sit in it. The bathroom smelled like death and was stained from floor to ceiling. The bath linens were so stained I wouldn't use them. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The paper thin walls allowed us to listen to the TV next door all night. When we did get to sleep we were awakened by engines racing at 5:30 AM outside our room. This is a working man's motel were they party until dawn and then go to work. I would not recommend this place.

Good clean place to stay. Has a continental breakfast. Easy access.

Sign says hot breakfast, I don't consider using a microwave a part of hot breakfast for frozen sausage biscuits. Rooms are poor quality. Smoking rooms still get complaints about smoking in them. Rooms get half way clean. They only leave one towel in the rooms.

My room was not as clean as I would have expected. The end table had stains on them and the shower walls in the bathroom had dirt stains on them as well as. The bathroom also had smelled like urine;

This place is very bad! When I got my room and went inside it smelled like smoke. Also everything is so dirty. They barely do housecleaning and and in the floors there was food and gum stuck every where. The bedsheets and pillows were not cleaned, it was like if they just left it dirty and left everything in order. The beds and floor are very itchy. Do not come to this hotel!

Stayed on 7/29/17 and Room 103 was NASTY! The room smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking room) and alcohol. The carpet was filthy! One of the two wash cloths provided was gray stained, but folded to hide the stain. One of the two shower towels was stained as well. The fitted sheet had a yellow stain on it. The shower was scalding hot and was only bearable when on coldest setting… so parent be sure to check before you let your kids shower on their own. The front desk ladies were great at customer service, but the room was nasty — — WORST night EVER! We would have left, but our dog was at Mutty Paws for the night and it was too late to pick him up. We did not eat breakfast or even get a cup of coffee… we were terrified of the cleanliness of the food prep area if the room was that bad. Left a message when we checked out for the manager Missy Renfroe to call us — — — we did not receive a call today (Monday following the Saturday night stay). Not even up to a $35/night hotel rate… Stay at your own risk.

We stayed 2 nights on an unexpected trip for a funeral. Having driven 16 hours from Michigan and having to drive 16 back in 2 days, needless to say we were exhausted. We were very pleased to find the air already on and the beds were updated and clean. The carpeting had some stains and the other furniture was a little worn but the room was clean and didn't smell like a smoking room. I was a bit disappointed that the website raised my rate for going back to look for a non-smoking room. But as far as the stay goes it was really very pleasant.

Good desk service. Cold coffee upon arrival. But it was at night. Still, we have always enjoyed staying at Baymont.

Can I give this motel a zero star? Do not stay here unless you like staying in filth. By far this was the worst motel (not an inn, doors on the outside) I have ever stayed at. When we arrived (10pm on a work trip) I was given my room key. Upon going to my room, the room hadn't been made. The bed sheets were pulled away and sitting on the bed. Towels were on the floor. It was like the maid had started to clean then just left. I went downstairs to tell the desk attendant and he apologized to me and went to find another room. He then stated the other room he checked was the same and even though there were only a handful of cars in the parking lot, there was no rooms available. I'm guessing all the rooms hadn't been made. He told me there was one room that was available, but that room's door key didn't work and he would need to use the master key to open it. This meant if I left the room, I had to get someone to open the door back. Inside the room, there were dead bugs on the bed cover, the sitting chair had stains, the sink drain was mostly clogged and overall the room just made you want to sleep on top of the covers. My co-worker went to her room and the door was wide open. Outside the room there were two broken down cars. My boss traded rooms with her. Inside my bosses room, the sitting chair was almost black from stains. The smoke detector was handing down and overall the room was just plain nasty. I'm surprised that no one got bed bugs from this place.

Great beds. Great price. Had absolutely no problem at all. Will stay here again. Thank you.

The workers are not friendly. They don't greet you with a smile and a hello. The refrigerator was turned off and had a bad smell when my husband opened the door to it. The refrigerator does not get cold. I called the front desk and reported, the receptionist acted if she had an attitude because I told her the refrigerator doesn't get cold. We had no towels and bath clothes when we checked in. I told the worker in the hallway and she said she would get some, but when my husband and our kids got to the room, still no towels and bath cloth. I wouldn't dare refer this place to anyone.

This was absolutely the worst experience at any motel I have ever had in my life time! No hand towels no wash rags they're red rooms to senior prom people that kept us up all night! I went out twice. They knocked on our doors at 4:00 am and ran! The motel is horrible!

At a glance it looks nice, but when you look a little closer, it needs to be better cleaned. The breakfast was pretty abysmal. They had no hot water for oatmeal two mornings in a row. The coffee was basically water, and the other offerings weren't much to speak of.

Get what u pay for. It was cheap but old and pretty dirty. There was mold on the bathroom walls and shower curtain. The carpet in front of the door was extremely dirty, mattress was not comfortable, the breakfast was lacking and the front desk clerk had her baby and husband up there. I hope the husband was acting as security or something because he had a handgun on his side but was wearing shorts and a t-shirt? … on a positive note the flat screen TV was nice and it was quiet.

Was just passing through and needed an overnight stay. Place was slightly above average. Clean clean comfortable rooms quiet with awesome size flat screen TV The the downside was the breakfast it was a little week that will get you buy I definitely state your gin good value.
