The rooms are clean and neat. The breakfast is good. Housekeeping does a good job of replenishing the supplies. The guest attendant was very pleasant.

The girl behind the counter with the glasses is racist and rude as hell, we watched her call the cops on a back family (grandma, mom and 3 children) after refusing their reservation (claiming one too many persons but law states 4 adults, I couldn't find provisions about small children). She was rude to us when we checked in after driving 15 hours straight the day before. She has no customer service skills. Oh and she laughs in customers faces when they ask for a manager. Our towels and sheets are stained and it looks like blood. The room Smells so freaking bad. Other reviews state bed bugs, I have not found one but I have woke up with bites today. They charge $20 a day as a pent rent. Just save yourself the mess. Cheap rooms means cheap service. We paid about 80 per night after all the hidden fees. We were reserved for 58 a night (online"deal"). So for the trouble I would have paid 100 per night at a better hotel with better service and cleaner rooms. I am skeeved.

The worst part is the racist rude chick behind the counter with the black frame glasses. Acting snotty and laughing in upset customers faces when they ask for the manager then calls the cops on them for being upset when she denied their resveration. This occurred while we sat to eat the breakfast which is in a of corner in the main lobby its tiny. Rooms stink, they give you stained towels. Just pay the extra few bucks and go somewhere else. Not to mention they charge 20 a day for the pet and don't tell you that when you make your reservation. So you end up paying the price of a better hotel anyway. Fyi Red roof don't charge a pet fee.

Bed bugs! Woke up to bites all over, and when I took it to the manager she told me I had 20 mns to move to a room up the stairs and around the corner. When the general manager showed up I was told that I had been mistaken… That bed bugs can only be seen by a black light (lie) so immediately I pulled out the three different bed bugs that I found crawling on the mattress and put it in a plastic baggie to hand to the manager… From that point on I was treated like a burden. They did not care anything about my possessions that were infested with bed bugs, but only making sure I wasn't around to spread the word. The next day I woke up which was going to be my last night there I was informed that America's Best was refusing to let me stay again. All of this to say bed bugs are a huge freaking deal and are very expensive to exterminate since they live on any type of fabric. The best part was when the night manager told me that I was confused… She said that bed bugs would not be in my clothes or duffle bag or the couch next to the bed… Because in her words exactly that's why they call them bed bugs… Because they only live in the bed…

Reasonable rate. Clean room & breakfast bar was sufficient.

Staff was friendly. We were traveling and need a quick and cheap place to stop for our 16 hour trip. Room was clean and basic. Bathroom was still a little dirty still. Overall just needed a place to sleep and its excatly what we got.

For cheap it's pretty clean and affordable.

This place is HORRIBLE, the rooms are very nasty, it stinks in the room, furniture was old and out dated! I was in the room literally only 1 minute, went and asked for a refund but was NOT granted my refund back, because they "claim" since I booked through Expedia or whatever they said I couldn't receive my money back! B. S. The lady was very rude and unprofessional, she didn't even apologize for the room being unclean period! Please stay away from this nasty, un kept hotel, especially if you have kids! I will be speaking to BBB about this! FYI, I let them HAVE my money, I was out of there, the money wasn't worth me staying at that nasty, filthy dump! They need to shut this place down!

Convenient hotel not far from Atlanta's west side, and alot of truck parking behind hotel.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. The rooms stink, the microwave goes in and out, the beds are stiff as a board, and are remade but with the same sheets (I have proof). Overall if I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I came because of my trucking school (cdl a) and they may want to renegotiate their contract with this classless company. One of the worst places I've ever stayed in and not only will I not come again, but I will try and dissuade anyone else from entering this establishment.

It's a nice place to spend the night. They have breakfast in the morning… Also a good place to go if you need to get away to have a lil fun with your significant other.

You get what you pay for. I stayed here in room 107 and the lady at the front desk informed me that they offered late checkout for $5 an hour. The lady seemed legit, so I gave her $10 and said that we would be out by 1. I got some Popeye’s and when I sat down at the table a roach crawled out from under the phone. The bottom half of the shower was held together with three pieces of scotch tape. At about 12 o’clock the next day the cleaner starts banging on the door. I informed her of the late checkout we had been offered and she said okay. No longer than two minutes goes by and the phone rings. No lie, another roach crawls out from under the phone. The lady at the front desk proceeds to tell me that they do not offer a late checkout service. The bed was uncomfortable, the room had a sofa chair that was covered with stains. There are other hotels surrounding this place, stay with them for the night and know you aren’t sleeping in a dump.

So, if you stay at this particular property, be sure to bring your own towels and washcloths, as the staff will NOT give u extra towels without getting whatever dirty ones you have and housekeeping didn't even show up until 2 days into our stay. Their breakfast is from 530 to 9am. It's complimentary if you're willing to get up that early. Also, be sure to check your beds, one of ours had a broken frame that was propped up somehow, but by our 2nd night the left side of our bed was on the floor. Smh, next time I will take my chances at Bates motel.

It's alright place kinda pricey for the not so pricey rooms.

Clean good room for price had a average continental breakfast.

Room was very nice. I checked in for two weeks. And after the first week they said that a new person checked me in and that I would have to move rooms. That the room that I had was for nightly customers only. I felt belittled and the staff was very rude about it. I explain to them that it would only be for one more week as my job was ending here. They insisted I must not only move rooms on my only day off but I had to move to an upstairs room as I was on the ground floor currently. Because of their unwillingness to allow me to stay in my current room they are getting a two star rating. I'm extremely disappointed. Customer service is very important and they lack in this area a lot.

I dropped someone off who was staying here. I was surprised at the condition of the hotel. It was very clean and updated. I don't think you can do better for price. I usually wouldn't select a hotel from a lesser chain like this, but I will stay there if I ever need a hotel in that area. Plus, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cars blowing horn at night but room was nice and clean.

While your mileage may vary I was awoken in the middle of the night by a large hissing cockroach that crawled on my neck. The room looked decently clean and the bed was comfortable enough.

If roaches and drug activity are your thing then is the place for you. Possibly the WORST experience of my life. Feared for my health, my children and my posessions. To top it off the staff are rude and barely speak english. They are as miserable as that "inn" is. Seriously I would rather stay in a tent outside then ever stay in this place again!

It's an ok hotel for the price. The rooms are ok I think the bed could be a bit softer. They also serve free breakfast too. It real close to the highway. I would recommend for anybody to stay here especially if you are on the road.

DO NOT GO! That was by far the WORST Inn I've ever been to. First of all, when we got there, my whole family and I had a very weird feeling about this place. When we went to park, there was a random charcoal grill that was lit in a parking spot with no one attending it. When we got in our rooms, we noticed a very strong oder in both rooms and realized that one of the walls was wet and sunken in and later found out that it was mold. So we requested for another room and there wasn't much of an improvement because every room we went into was dirty. We did not feel comfortable or safe sleeping there.

They got roaches everywhere in this nasty place and when I told the front desk clerk she got nasty with me about it. But was very nice when she was swiping my card. And actually said out her mouth " I better see some roaches when I go to the room "

This hotel was disgusting. The staff was rude. The lady at the front desk was rude to a lady and her child for spilling milk in the cafeteria. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and left dirt and bacteria on our feet. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and probably worked 2 hours out of the 2 days we were here. We were asked to leave because of our cats, when at checkout the clerk never said cats weren't allowed or that the pet fee is per pet. She also failed to register our weekly contract. We've been called liars by staff and have been told multiple stories. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects to be treated with respect. You won't find that here.

The absolutely worst this place needs to be condemned they barley speak English and they're very rude made reservations a month ahead my husband is a truck driver and they have parking for 18 wheelers because it was a holiday they let us check into our room no problem I paid for the 1st two days when we got there went to pay the remaining balance only to be told because we didn't pay it all at once our room had been given away this was 8:30a. M. Check out isn't till 11:00a. M. Said we could move to one of there less desirable rooms this one was given away (where in the hell do they do this) aside from all the drug activity allowed to go on there I've had empty liquor cups empty drug packets tossed on my car n they have video surveillance system but nothing is ever done horrible absolutely horrible place of business.

The hotel is old, dirty and the housekeeping staff is lazy and rude. I'm paying weekly right now because of some unforseen circumstances and they do not clean the rooms like they should. If you ask them to vaccum, give you toilet paper or clean linen then they look at you crazy. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other options.

I'm staying in room 246 (February 27, 2016, today) on the smoking side. The room is horrible, dirty walls, microwave doesn't work, phone doesn't work, wish I could add pictures.

Nice rooms clean and quiet but has roaches badly woke up this morning with roaches crawling out my bag.

We stayed two nights at this America's Best Value Inn for labor day weekend, which we would've only stayed one had I not prepaid for the second night. The floor was so disgusting you had to clean your feet before you could go to bed or do like I did and leave your shoes on all the time. Definitely will not stay here again.

The reason I liked it bc it was behind my house. So if I need something I could just walk to my house. And it was pretty clean. But that was it. They was still cleaning are room when we opened the door. We had trouble with the door, the aIr conditioner wasn't working right. My girlfriend kept killing cocroach, and when we was taking a shower she notices that the shower head was falling off.

I had a problem with the shower and morning desk clerk was rude about it. I called the manager later in the day to complain and he did apologize. He scheduled maintenance to check the bathtub and he also offered me a future discount. I am supposed to contact him directly to make the reservation. I am pleased with the outcome since the manager treated me as an important client. His offer of personal care is very much appreciated.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff is rude. I was one of 3 fam staying there. The management gave our kids permission to play chalk in the parking area in front of the room. These people kicked out a fam who has 8 children ranging from 14 mo to 14 years. They were renting 2 rooms. A church was going to pay for a couple weeks, the owner said no, so the church said no. Now this fam is homeless and staying in the woods. My fam was kicked out also, but we went to another motel.

I was very well pleased with how clean this motel was, it is a little dated in decor but other than that its was a good stay for me. It was also close to the conference as it is directly beside I-20. I plan on staying there again and would recommend this to my friends and anyone else.
