Clean, nice, peaceful hotel. Nice pool & great breakfast. Kenya at the front desk was awesome & checked us in in about 3 minutes! Traveling with children, I care about cleanliness & safety. This place was great for both. We considered the many less expensive options in the area but ultimately were so glad we stopped here instead.

Lady at front desk was very friendly. Housekeeper was as well when we asked about the pool. Used our points so the room was free. Just a couple complaints. The room was very humid when we entered. We turned the a/c down and it kind of worked. I had a table fan to help cool more. Finally, the pool was out of order had to go to neighboring hotel to use theirs. Would stay here again as long as pool and air are working properly.

Had to stop here on the way home from fl to get out of the rain. It's not cozy at all. Seems dark and dingy. Lighting is weird. Room had a muggy smell until we got the air running. There's a run down motel right next to it. This whole side of the exit is not nice at all. Staff was nice though! But I couldn't wait to leave.

The hotel was very clean and a convenient location. Also, they had a futuristic pancake machine, made the pancakes taste better.

Staff very friendly. Common area large and well decorated. Clean spacious room. Heating/cooling very good. Reasonable water pressure in shower. Needed a new mattress.

Great &Friendly place to stay while your traveling. The staff & completely breakfast was wonderful. So if your planning on traveling any ware near Cordell, Ga. Give then a try & check out the free coffee 24 hrs. A day up front.

I would give 5* but the breakfast was just ok. But rest of hotel was WAY better than you normally get. The bed was one of the best I've ever had. Nice, quiet, clean, good location.

We are on the road for 5 days already and we prefer to use holiday inn. This was our 3rd holiday inn. It was clean and pretty nice looking. But compared to other ones, where they vent above and beyond, this one was our worst experience so far. Staff was not much friendly and not helpful. Also during breakfast we and other family came like 10 before breakfast end. The pancakes machine wasn’t working, which is ok. But exactly at 9:30 the lady without any warning clean all the food. I wasn’t ever so late to breakfast, so I don’t know if this is how things work. But I would really appreciate if we would be given some warning and chance to put something on our plates. Also the price was much higher, it cost $140. We were wiling to pay the higher price because of previous experience with HIE. I guess we won’t be that much dedicated customers as we use to be.

At first I really thought I was going to have a pleasant experience. Got to the hotel a little after midnight & got a late check-out thought I'd be able to rest no… House keeping knocked on the door a little after 7… & Again 6 more times. Very unhappy didn't get rest probably won't go back to another holiday inn. I didn't get to experience breakfast but my family said it was microwave breakfast.

I was evacuated during the hurricane. I drove for over 14 hours and there was not a hotel that had a room any and everywhere I went. I stopped here, they had one room left and my room was super super clean, the staff was wonderful, the cleaning crew was caring, professional! I highly recommend. 5 all around.

Our stay was so nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed to escape from Florida and Hurricane Irma with our two dogs. Normally they don't allow dogs but made an exception due to the storm. We are so grateful and can't say enough great things about Holiday Inn Express! Cordele is such a sweet town.

NEVER use this hotel. The heartless manager would not permit Floridians evacuating to use the bathroom. We have been on the road for hours and there is nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Even if there is no vacancy available, it is absolutely HEARTLESS to refuse evacuees from using the restroom while we are worried about our homes being destroyed by a catastrophic hurricane and the welfare of our families. If they cannot provide a simple service such as this, the stay there for guests can only be terrible.

This is the best service on could ask for… The hurricane drove us from Marco Island, FL last night drove all night couldn't find any Holiday inn Express but needed directions to get home, we flew into Florida but no plane back out rental car! The manager here at Express Inn helped me with the Map Quest directions after many failed attempts greatly appreciated. That's the Express Inn here in Crist Georgia, will be using this one for sure on future trips! Greg Eledge IHG member.

Great staff, good breakfast, beds were new so they were extremely comfortable. The lady working at the front desk recommended an amazing pizza place that we loved.

Both the lobby and our room were clean and accommodating, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh, yummy, and there were plenty of items to choose from. Our room was on the first floor and we could hear quite a bit of noise. Anytime someone walked by the door we could hear their conversations, also footsteps and very loud bangs could be heard until well after 10pm. Probably not the fault of the hotel. Would stay here again without question.

Stayed there for one night on our way to Florida. Kenya checked us in she was super friendly and helpful great staff. Hotel was clean and breakfast was hot would recommend this hotel to others.

Location is very good, away from all the noise. Rooms are nice and large. Breakfast was very good, everything was fresh, especially the biscuits. Nice hotel. I stay there when I have to overnight in the area.

Clean, looked nice, breakfast was good (eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, etc). I love the Bath and Body Works shampoo, conditioner and lotion they provide in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. We only stayed one quick night and slept well on the comfy bed (2 firm and 2 soft pillows on each bed). I'd stay there again, especially with the phenomenal military discount!

Great clean rooms, new looking hotel, good breakfast good stay.

After driving an extra 100 miles to stay at this hotel they would not honor the rate. I had reserved a room under the State Government rate and I had the appropriate ID, the clerk said they would only honor The federal rate. I wound up staying at the Marriott across the street from this hotel. Do not reserve a room here and risk having your family left out in the cold.

Love this little hotel. My family and I stay there every year on our drive down to Florida. Rooms are extremely clean and up to date. Pool is nice. And best of all is the free breakfast in the mornings. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
