The breakfast was delicious! Quiet and cozy rooms.

This was our honeymoon amd we enjoyed our stay here! the breakfast was phenomenal. Tonya and Jim were very hospitable.

Had another awesome stay at S-B Inn! If you want a "magical" room, stay in the Colleen room. Fun "secret" bathroom entrance:-) When walking around where the Inn is, try the fun Five and Dime stores… trip down memory lane with old fashioned toys, signs, candies, etc And the towns of Helen and Dahlonega are 40 minutes away and fun to visit. Tanya and Daniel are wonderful Inn keepers! Very enjoyable visit♡

Hospitality matches the home, its quiet and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Not much to do in town but to sit still (which is exactly why we went) I am now recharged and ready to get back to work! Awesome home…

My wife and I spent two nights at the Inn recently and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If you appreciate beautiful antiques and architecture, a central downtown but quiet location, and gracious hosts who pamper you with a delicious gourmet breakfast, you will not be disappointed. We will most certainly stay here again when we return to the area.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the hosts Dan and Tanya were very hospitable, the breakfast was spectacular and the house was breathtaking. Can’t wait to go back for another visit.

Inn is very clean quiet and comfortable.
We had a good room with bathtub, comfortable bed with nice bedding. Breakfast was very good, table shared with other happy travelers. Good choice.

Innkeeper-owners Dan and Tanya do a fantastic job and work hard to ensure guests enjoy their stay. The 117-year old inn is clean and comfortable throughout. The three-course breakfasts were upscale and delicious. You will not leave the table hungry. Plenty of snacks available later as well. Dan and Tanya engage guests as much as you may want to be engaged — happy to have conversations if you like, or leave you to relax and unwind on your own. Highly recommend!

Mr. Dan & Tanya were wonderful hosts! The 3 course breakfast was so delicious. We were very spoiled. And the house itself is very clean & beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay here — my hubby and I enjoyed our anniversary getaway very much.

Had a nice stay here while attending a class at Toccoa Falls College. The breakfasts were outstanding, and the owners accommodated me with a slightly earlier meal time because of my class schedule. Quiet and comfy room. A beautiful historic home with interesting features.

We spent three days in the B&B… it was delightful! The historic home was gorgeous but the best part were the spectacular breakfasts that were served. Every morning it was something different and delicious, not to mention, hardy.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are anywhere near Toccoa in northern Geogia. The inn is beautiful and filled with character. The breakfast is delicious. The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable, and it's easy to see they put their heart and soul into the meal and the lodging so that every guest has a pleasant experience.

Great place to gather for a baby shower or bridal shower. Very accommodating owners and beautiful decor.

The Simmons-Bond Inn Bed and Breakfast is an amazing place to stay. I planned a secret weekend getaway for our 3 year wedding anniversary. When making the reservation online, they even had a box that I could check stating that this was a surprise and if for any reason they needed to contact us they would only contact me. This place is so beautiful and Dan and Tanya make you feel like you are family. We stayed in the Tiffany room and it was perfect. In the bathroom it had claw foot tub and shower. We were given the option of having breakfast at 8:00 or 9:00. They had a 3 course breakfast each day. The breakfast each morning was amazing! I highly recommend to anyone that is going to be staying in Toccoa or even a nearby town to stay at The Simmons-Bond Inn Bed and Breakfast.

My only regret in staying at The Simmons Bond Inn was that we only had one night to stay! The inn is absolutely gorgeous, with period antiques and such antebellum charm. The breakfast was a culinary experience worthy of the grand dame! Thank you for such a memorable experience while visiting Toccoa! We shall return!

This is a beautiful old home — stay here so you can see how people lived before income taxes! It's a short walk from Amtrak, a good place to stay if you arrive too late to drive home. The mult-course breakfast is an experience!

What a sweet little B&B! Super clean and great breakfast! We stayed here for our wedding and had our reception here and they were amazing! They really took care of us and we could not have been happier! Rebekah and the inn keepers are wonderful people and we will definitely be back on our one year anniversary. Thank you for the magical weekend!

Beautiful place with workmanship that could not be reproduced today. Private but comfortable. It is right downtown minutes from everything. The best part is the staff. The breakfast's are great too.

The female caretaker was great. Recent college graduate and pays attention to the guests. Highly recommended.

Beautiful exterior with outdoor seating to include a swing. Indoors is reminiscent of the early 1900s time period. All original wood and glass. We stayed in the Elizabeth and this is actually our second time. Room is spacious with a sitting area by the windows. Private bath with amenities. Breakfast is second to none. Todd is as creative as he is talented in the breakfast selections. The Simmons-Bond Inn Bed and Breakfast should be on your bucket list when visiting Toccoa.

Historic house with nostalgic decor, but limited conveniences. Best for older visitors, on no particular schedule. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful house and very friendly staff. We stayed in the Bethany Room, which is very roomy, clean, and comfortable. The three course breakfast was deliscious. We enjoyed learning about the history of the house. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Toccoa area. We plan to stay here whenever we visit, now that we've discovered it.

This is a nice old B&B in the heart of Toccoa, GA. The rooms are clean with the charm of a 100yr old old house. Breakfast was wonderful. We stay there every time we go to Toccoa.

This is our home-away-from-home — our getaway when we really need one. We have booked a different room each time we've stayed over the years, and each has had its own special charm. David likes The Colleen, with its private bath hidden behind a bookcase (pull on a certain little figurine on the bookcase, and the bookcase will swing away from the wall to reveal your bathroom! ), and I like both The Tiffany, with its curved glass windows (one with an excellent view of Currahee Mountain in the distance) and claw-foot tub in the private bathroom, and The Bethany, with its romantic floral wallpaper, fireplace, and canopy bed. The prices are reasonable and the food is outstanding! Only Grandma fed us better!

Wonderful little B&B. Best part is owner and his artistic and varied breakfast productions. Memorable. Very interesting building and furnishings. Will go again.

Stayed 2 nights and had a fabulous time. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and the history was interesting. The owner did a tour of the home Sun just before checkout. Be sure to visit the Paul Anderson park. Be cautious on the sidewalks as the walks are unlevel and I had a fall. The local fire dept. "Cory" was very sweet to clean and bandage the injury. We called to see where they were located so we could walk there to wash up. They were over a mile away the opposite direction so I said that's ok. He didn't leave it at that, he loaded up his bag and came looking for us. Thanks Cory! Very laid back quite town to visit with lots of local history. Read before visiting so you have some good knowledge and not miss anything.

We were in there in mid October. The prettiest time of year to go. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. This bed and breakfast was really a welcome sight. Our host was so nice. We felt right at home. Our room had a cozy fireplace and the furnishings made us feel as though we had stepped back in time. The food was excellent. The dining experience alone was worth the trip. If you really need a relaxing break we highly recommend staying there.
