It's fine. Better than the cheap hotels but worse than the nice ones around here.

In town for Perfect Game baseball tournament. (Yolanda) was very welcoming and I received a very special gift for being a VIP of Radisson. Beautiful view overlooking small mountains, easily assessable to local foods. Room is updated and beds are so comfy. Perfect for our little family.

Nice place with clean rooms, wonderful staff, and best breakfast of all hotels. Front desk staff Yolanda and Madison are attentive and friendly. Great place to stay!

My husband, my dog and I have been staying here for years. The beds are comfortable, room is nice and we feel very safe here. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is delicious too.

Nice hotel but better staff. We had a 3am emergency and needed a sugar drink for a diabetic. Vending machine was out of order and the lady at the front desk quickly found orange juice and a Coke for us. She saved the day and we appreciate her taking the time to take care of us. Well done.

We stayed in so many hotels for our son travel ball tournament and this one was the worst that I ever stayed. Usually I don’t complain but we got in your room and the maintenance

I was given two dirty room on the first floor before getting a nice clean room on third floor. I am very happy with the rest of my stay. Please inspect the room before they get rented.

We stayed there a week for a baseball tournament & staff was very very nice/professional. Breakfast couldve used more meat such as sausage & bacon or buscuits, but was ok overall. Besides chip crumbs found under bed skirt, the room was pretty presentable. AC worked very well & was happy to know that their was a laundry room on 1st floor. We would definitely stay there again if we came back Georgia.

I was going to save this one star review and just write Country Inn and Suites, or Radisson hotels and let them know about our experience, but nowhere on any of their websites is an email contact information, so I figured I would put it on here for them to see. As we arrived to our hotel, there was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper left and no additional rolls so we had to go to the front desk for more, the Wi-Fi did not work for any of our devices, there was a pair of dirty socks laying on the floor in our room, and multiple dead bugs that had been there for some time. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the walls were very paper thin. I have stayed at lots of hotels and understand the concept of a hotel, it is loud and you hear other people, but these walls were worse than most in the fact that you could hear every single sound happening around us. We also had to get clean linen for the pull-out couch from the front desk. There was a Coca-Cola cooler that was completely empty and not plugged in sitting in the hallway that made going around it difficult. I'm sure it was in the process of being moved, but sat there all afternoon and evening. This was just not an enjoyable stay and we will avoid this hotel in the future if we are through the same area.

New and nice rooms, staff nice and helpful. The only problem we had was Wi-Fi. Unable to use cell phone.

The girl that worked nights here is amazing! She helped me with everything I needed! And didn't look annoyed or mad! This girl needs a raise! Everything was great, except some of the maids had a mean look to them.

Clean, good breakfast selection. Customer service was great. Pet friendly there were some barking dogs.

Ill give this place 3 stars. The hotel was decently clean on the surface, but after spending 3 weeks there I noticed that housekeeping only cleaned what was seen. There was hair in my bathroom behind the door and behind the sink from the day I got there until the day I left. One time I was in the room when the cleaning lady came in, all she did was change the linens, spray the bathroom with cleaner, and brush the floors with a broom, covered in a bath towel. The staff shows favoritism towards "regulars" in regards to they seem to get to negate hotel rules and get offered a different breakfast than other guests. More than once did the spanish lady servicing the continental breakfast blatently offer all of the spanish railroad workers a completely different breakfast than other guests in the breakfast area and intentionally walked right past myself and other guests without even a gesture. The front desk clerks were kind and polite. As for the manager, he was utterly disconcerned. I was almost hit in the loading and unloading area by a "regular" while he was absolutley flying through the parking lot way too fast for a hospitaliry establishment, whom then proceeded to park his truck right in front of the doors and leave it there all night long. When I notified management, all he told me was "oh he's a regular, he always does that"… review of staff practices would be recommended.

If you like it hard bed it’s OK but if you like Soft bed don’t come here.

Comfortable beds, convenient location. Didn't stay for long, as it was just one stop among many on this vacation.

Convenient location off RT. 75. Pet rooms on 1st floor and close to exit. Walls and ceilings have no sound proofing so you can hear noise from above and adjoining rooms, but bearable for a night or two.

The customer service is amazing here! I was pleased with my stay wish I had been in a better financial situation because the room keeper went above and beyond the call of duty! The front desk staff always nice and friendly! The breakfast is good as well.

Newly renovated. Everything is so clean. Desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

We had to stay here for orientation with Quest and it sucked! The water in the shower was only 95 degrees, while the temperature in the sink was 107 degrees. And yes, I went and used my thermometer and checked it. The lady at the front desk was nice and offered us another room to shower in but it was the same issue. She said that the manager said the sink & shower are on the same lines but there is LITERALLY no way that can be true. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people everywhere walking, talking & their tv. If I had to pay for this out of my own pocket, I would have been getting a refund. It was so bad I wanted to go to a truck stop and shower!

The hotel itself is very modern, newly renovated. The suites are very spacious. The rooms are tastefully decorated with modern amenities. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We went out to the vending machine at midnight to get water and the lady came down the hall to see if we we're OK because she saw us on the video camera. Wow, made us feel really safe. Will definitely recommend this hotel as well as stay here again myself. Great job!

Country Inn & Suites has an amazing staff! The service was A+! Helped us cheerfully and cleaned our room while we were out!

It was a great stay I enjoyed all of the employees especially the housekeepers they did a fantastic job with the upkeep of the rooms a long with the breakfast. I would definitely stay there again and will the next time I'm in the Cartersville area!

Nice rooms with comfy beds and nice hot showers with good pressure. Yay for that. The shower/tub itself was a bit 'meh'. It made creaking noises while standing in it and it felt kind of cheap. I was also disappointed with the lack of the more modern lamps/tables with built-in USB connections. All in all, though, I would stay here again.

We had to make a quick trip to get brother's truck that was broke and stayed here overnight. The hotel is doing renovation project and is doing very good to keep everything clean and I was impressed with that! I will stay again if we come back to Cartersvile again.

I'm so pissed off… I been calling about the toilet in room 318 since Sunday… they even wanted us to plunge it… we did and it didn't work called front desk and she had the nerve to say "Well I'm not a plumber"… We not either… its Wednesday and the toilet is still messed up. Called front desk numerous times a guy came plunged it and it worked for 3 hours… no maintenance man and if he did come its still not fixed… They keep lying saying their booked so we can't get a new room… I'm so happy I'm only here for orientation and didn't have to come out of pocket… cause I would of been flipped over a desk or two by now … I will not waste my money here hell I want to leave now and its company paid. I've asked for management and can never talk to him/her. I hate poor customer service. Please don't waste your money.

The whole place smelled like dogs. One lady even had dog poop left in her room from the last guest. The walls are paperthin and I couldn't sleep because of talking and tvs in the other rooms. Then they overcharged my credit card. Also the price is way too high for the rooms with are not high quality. I stayed in a larger better suite in the Country Inn in Covington for the same price and it was clean and well maintained. Never will I stay here again.

The hotel is nice, HOWEVER as majority of hotel's the INTERNET sucks. I am going to look into a mass law suit against every single hotel who advertises "high speed" internet. You can not promote 'high speed' internet if you can not PROVIDE it.

We stayed at Country Inns and Suites in Cartersville for the first time. When we checked in we were told there was only a suite available. We accepted the suite as we were tired and it was late. The cost with taxes was $144.42. We hadn't had dinner yet so went out to eat before checking our room. That was a mistake, The hall smelled terrible and the room didn"t smell much better. There was a couch and a chair, both so dirty that I was afraid to sit on them, the rug was dirty and had a large patch. The patch actually showed just how dirty the rug was. The bed looked clean, but even so I had a very un-restful night.

Upon first trying to check in they can't find my name. Im blown off so the young blonde woman and hispanic man behind the counter can finish their conversation. I call my company (who have booked several rooms here today) the moment the name of the company is mentioned the clerks begin looking for my name again and actually find it. Im currently sitting in my room and can't get a Wi-Fi signal because the routers are aweful and keep having to be "reset", so Im told, and have been this way for 6 hours. So Im using my phones hotspot. Hot tub, broken, 3rd floor smells of smoke. Pool full of insects, trails of ants in the pool room. The computers in the"buisiness" room (which I tried when the Wi-Fi wasnt working) were so bogged down with tool bars and malware that it took 15 mins to load Googles home page. All of this would be tolerable if tbe staff were curtious. Every time I have reported a problem I've been met with arguement and attitude from the hispanic gentleman. And dismissal from the young blonde woman. I won't return to this or any other Country Inn and Suites. I will highly recommend my company not do business here either.

I stay in town for one week each month to look after my business. I was staying at another hotel until I found out that when you stay at Country Inn you get free access to a full service health club in town called Bodyplex. I take advantage of their spinning classes and strength training equipment. Since then I look forward to the club access every time I visit town. The hotel owner Kevin and his staff are great. Solid breakfast everyday to go with a sound night's sleep. I recommend staying here, especially if you like to workout when you travel.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk was friendly but I was quoted 2 different rates by separate people. This was not the taj mahal but overall a good place to stop.

I am in this hotel as I type this. Please do not stay here. The attendant is rude and I am still waiting for her to come fix the 20 year old TV. The bathroom is disgusting, I would go as far as to say it hasn't been cleaned since last guest was here. We normally like these hotels, but this one is a MUST AVOID! I would keep going to Dalton.

This hotel is a newer one, however it seems like they forgot to put insulation in the walls. We were awakend early in the morning by the kids next door. You could hear everything! The breakfast was average. The staff was average. No plans to return to this location.
