Friendly staff, efficient front desk. Grounds were nice. Hallways clean. Felt safe for car and person. Room was much as expected but… missing 1 medium sized towel. Room, Not completely clean. Sticky stuff on beside table. A. C. Did not cool off room completely, hallways were cooler. Breakfast was meh. Old dry bread for toast, dirty table top (I think it was syrup), apple drink tasted more like water. 2nd floor ice tasted very bad. Made a clean glass of water look milky.

I cannot say enough about this hotel the situation I had was terrible they made it amazing I was traveling from Florida back to Tennessee when my girlfriend broke her ankle catastrophically I had no way of getting her anywhere she could not even walk with crutches we pull off because we couldn't go anymore the staff here was absolutely gratifying and friendly courteous professional also beyond that they went the extra mile helping me to get my girlfriend out of my car into an office chair they had rolling her to the room I done had to get her into bed they checked on us and our well-being the rooms were amazing clean well ventilated and also very professional catered to new technologies with USB hubs as well as plugs spacious rooms definitely not the cheapest hotel you will find however they turned a situation that for me was undoable into something that was very authentically amazing unfortunately my girlfriend still had a broken leg and was in pain however any place else I would have gone probably would not have let me use their office chair to reel her in help in doing that and then checked on her well-being after that absolutely a 10 star if you ask me I honestly cannot say enough how much I would recommend commend and absolutely love to send my thanks out to this hotel thank God I pulled in here rather than somewhere else the prices for what we got were astounding they catered to my service dog to my disability and also to the situation I was entangled in with no size

Love that this hotel is pet friendly-thank you La Quinta! The hallway and room could have used a vacuuming, but the beds and bathroom were clean (which are the more important things). Pamela at the front desk is my new favorite person! She was super friendly and answered all my questions.

Careful when you drive into parking lot. Big curb, hard to see especially at night. Lots of dogs at hotel the night we stayed.

I have now stayed here twice. The first stay was just fine. The rooms were clean and everything looked like it should. However the second visit was not so clean. Whenever I stay somewhere I want it to be clean. That’s all I care about is cleanliness. The sheets were obviously not changed in between guests. The sheets looked like a body had layed there and when I investigated deeper down the matress, I found numerous pubic hairs and signs of a previous sleeper. I went down and asked for sheets to change them myself. I was very displeased that I even had to change the sheets myself to begin with. After further investigation in the appartment I found a used plastic knife under the desk. This showed me that the housekeeper (Len or Lon) did not take time to clean the room properly. They made sure it looked good enough and went with it. If you have customers and want to keep these customers either make sure that the rooms are cleaned with fresh sheets every time or don’t charge $85 for someone to change the sheets themselves. Everything else in the hotel was fine and the first visit was nice. The second visit was less pleasant, and I am debating if we will stop here again.

This is a nice place and I fully support pet friendly. I absolutely love the microwave being in the vanity area and not in were the beds are. It's quiet and clean. Of all the motels we have stayed in I love the layout in this room and the recliner. I had an issues but it was addressed immediately and took care of. That's amazing. I thank you for your response so quick and fixing the minor issues. Again it's quiet and tucked back off the road. Really nice people here and the guest were so nice too. I recommend this hotel if you have pets or not. The carpets are a little stained but over all a nice place.

This was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly and inviting. We stayed 3 nights and it was very quiet our whole stay even though it was very full with lots of dogs and people. We had 2 dogs ourselves and you just couldn't tell at all. The beds were some of the more comfortable beds we've had. Not great but definitely better than most for the price. The rooms were very clean too. We will definitely stay again when we go to the beach. Thank you for everything!

The service was good location was excellent. I realize it was pet friendly but the smell just got to me at some point and I didn't enjoy my stay.

The location is centrally located and the staff is very helpful and nice. Although it's not a 5 star hotel, for just a quick stay, it is a good hotel.

Just off 95 with restaurants close by. Short drive to downtown Brunswick, St Simons, and Jekyll Island. Happy with everything except the continental breakfast didn't have prepared protein (scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage). Other than that it was a great place to stay for price.

Don’t rely on a good breakfast! Worst I’ve seen for LaQuinta! Go to Cracker Barrel conveniently placed next door instead!

Great deal on Priceline and convenient to I95

The hotel room we had a beautiful room wall purple the others white black gray white pattern striped carpet it did not smell like peepee dog in our animal friendly room. We had comfortable sleep pillow top bed. The decorations of pictures was done nice and the set up was good I didn't get to swim at the pool and but it was clean and set up Nicky. The dog bags on both ends if the building and it was nice not to walk into poop to. The breakfast was good except no hot eggs sausage or bacon but everything else fruite ceral waffles yogart and judice water tea coffee and milk and bagles the stuff with all to and boiled eggs were there thow.

Was very easy to find, it's just off of I95. For a pet friendly hotel it's extremely clean & no pet odors. We arrived on a Tues evening & there were many well behaved dogs with their owners.

The location is ideal, very close to the Islands ST Simons and Jekyll. It is also next to I95. Although it is not a new hotel, they are renovated and it is very nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. You can also stay here along with your dog without paying extra money. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Nice enough hotel, older but being nicely renovated. Location convenient to highway, but not much near by. About 30 minutes from Jekyll beaches.

The over night lady at the front desk was super sweet! The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great too!

Would have given 5 stars but there was construction going on overhead which was quite loud. Front staff was very sweet and courteous and also helpful. Would stay here again.

For a quick stop over it was fine the age of this hotel is showing itself but I also noted renovations are underway. The entire third floor was gutted where I had to go go get ice from the ice machine. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm sure once renovations are completed this hotel will be much nicer.

This is a great place to get a suit. The staff is second to none. Very clean rooms and a nice breakfast.

La Quinta does not disappoint. Great accommodations, clean, comfortable and pet friendly with no extra fee. My kitty approves and she is a very discerning princess.

Great pet friendly hotel, great people, my only complaint was that I had asked in advance for a ground level room and even though I had a note on my name I still didn't get one. This was a pain because I had to carry my 70lb plus dog up and down the stairs because the elevator was also not working (she has back leg problems). Otherwise, good, cheap hotel.

The elevator was not working and had been out for some time, but we weren't told that when we made the reservations that same day. The hot and cold faucets on the tub were reversed. There wasn't a Georgia map anywhere, even just to look at. It was clean. Most of the people working there were really nice and went out of their way to be helpful though. We did get an adjustment on the rate.

We rented 4 rooms and 2 of the rooms had problems with the tub draining we advised them that night they advised someone would look at it the next day. We left went to our event and come back problem still not resolved so we had to go tell them again in which maintenance came to fix it this time. Standing water in the tub that should have first been caught by housekeeping. When they clean the tub and the water does not drain properly the should put in order to have maintenance fix the problem before it is rented out. This property is newly renovated which it is okay however the elevator was out of order. To LaQuinta"a defense the called the day before to advise about the elevators. Rooms were clean. I seen that they welcome pets which is okay for the pet lovers but I don't want to sleep in a room that had a dog sleeping in the bed. Not sure how they distribute out the rooms. I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because of the rooms were clean even though the problem with our tub I had an okay visit.

The hotel is well kept and immaculately clean. The interior is modern and office ready if your in need of some business center things. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice soft beds and pillows. Plenty of outlets for all your devices with free high speed Wi-Fi. The manager Daniel is well informed and professional. His staff Chandra, Darwin and company are some of the best 100 % guest satisfaction people in the hospitality industry. A nice continental breakfast with truly GOOD coffee. Highly recommend this pet friendly hotel.

Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean but outdated and worn. I have been staying here once a month for the past 2 years and I know what to expect.

A lot of families this weekend. Pets allowed. Supposed to be non-smoking. AC works great. Friendly staff. Hard working. Scuff marks on walls.

Very nasty smelled real bad. And looked like it have never been cleaned. Could not even stay the night there. Even the pool chairs had mold on them wouldn't recommend this one for any thing. I've stayed at a lot of La Quinta and never ever seen one this bad.

This inn was more than perfect for a one night stay. For how cheap it was, I was expecting something much dingier, but the sheets were soft, my bed felt incredible, TV had tons of channels, AND the customer service was incredible. Seriously, the lady at the front desk may have been the nicest person I've ever encountered. Plus they're pet friendly; I didn't bring one myself, but it's just nice that they do that. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here twice and have had a great experience both times. The service is excellent and they are pet friendly. Rooms are quite and clean as well as up to date. Wireless network is good (do not connect ethernet cable per printed instructions in the room). Fuel, food and Starbucks nearby.

Stopped in for an overnight stay. Southern lady was great that greeted me. Room was decent and bed was comfy. I love that starbucks was right by it!

Great customer service, pet friendly and very comfortable bed. The only problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. It smelt strongly of mildew and when I looked behind the nooks and crannies I could tell that they only do quick surface cleaning at best. I found a big clump of something growing on the back of the sink faucet.

Room could have been cleaner. Bed had dog fur on the coverlet. Bed was comfortable. Noisy fridge. Nice property overall.

We've stayed here at least twice a year for the last 9 years always a week or more at a time. Used to be our go to place but it's starting to go downhill. Needs some attention. Otherwise not a bad place.

Just awful! Nasty stinky mild filled rooms, and I hope you don't have any pet allergies! Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful stay! I have to admit that I was a little worried that the hotel might have an odor with it being a pet friendly hotel but, there was NO odor. Everything smelled nice and fresh. Breakfast was great and Cracker Barrel was right next door, plus a Starbucks within walking distance. Room and linens were clean and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Pet friendly, great front desk service. Ask for Ms. Pam, she's my favorite.

I am always happy to have less charges for dog fees, so La Quinta is great in that aspect; however, the bathroom in our room definitely had a musty-in-the-south smell. It was quite strong, and the hotel feels very old. Other than those concerns, the location was ideal (Cracker Barrel right next door).

Clean room, comfortable bed. Very pleasant guest hosts. They did their best to give me the room I requested. I have been happy here for the last 4 days. Reliable internet connection. Fresh breakfast products. Although not so different from everywhere else choice wise. =) I wish hotels would just have juice, coffee, tea and some nice Crispy Crème or local donut shop doughnuts. They don't need all the variety as long as the quality is there.

Front desk staff was very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable and it was nice being able to travel with our dog (without being charged extra). Next door to Cracker Barrel, which was great too. Nothing fancy, but I’d stay there again if we were passing through Brunswick.

Best staff at a hotel that I have stayed at in a while. Pam at the front desk was very polite and thoughtful. Helped out with every request. Rooms were clean, but smell of that stuff you sprinkle on the carpet and vacuum up. Very strong. Would stay again if traveling with a pet again. Hope not to though.

Excellent service especially by the sweet black lady. Free pets. Nice rooms. The only issue was we had a suite thinking it would sleep at least four people because it had a king bed and a pullout couch but the couch only fit one average sized person. So we had to put three people in the king.

Clean, well maintained hotel. Nice, comfy beds, new flat screen tvs. Next door to Cracker Barrel and a short walk to Starbucks. Everything we've come to expect from LaQuinta. On the downside: you have to walk across a crowded parking lot on the freeway to get to the tiny swimming pool, the internet isn't 100% reliable, and unless you just get a free upgrade, I wouldn't spend extra money on a suite — many LaQuinta's have pretty luxurious, 2-room suites but in this particular location it's just a slightly larger room with one king bed vs. 2 doubles.
