Very clean & comfortable not much noise. We felt welcomed and safe we really enjoyed our stay! Especially since we where traveling this was an amazing stay we weren’t familiar with the area or anything but we picked a great place to stop & rest. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling. It was above and beyond the 55$ we spent for a great nights rest. The comfort, cleanliness, kindness of the staff and the amenities. Don’t let the night time window box scare you away it’s was absolutely safe.

It was a bad experience. It was dirty, the TV had no remote and no way to turn it on. The shower was leaking into the bathroom floor and it was not cleaned. There was nothing but a refrigerator and microwave in the "kitchenette" no counter top, coffee pot, etc. Everything about the experience was bad. It was fairly expensive for the bad experience. Very disappointed!

Check the picture. Found this little Easter Egg gem hanging on the shower rod. Nothing like having a prostitute pubic hair crusted washcloth to welcome you home for the evening. And the garbage bag quality mattress pads made for a quiet toss and turn during the night. Once again, the lady behind the bullet proof glass was exceptionally nice though. If you like prostitutes roaming the grounds, plastic beds, or unsanitary room… look no further! I’ll be surprised if my cars are still here in the morning. If they are I’ll update and give it 2 stars.

The rooms have been renovated. It was clean and served the purpose.

Can I give it less than one star? Is that an option. We were charged $248 a night for this place, because it was Masters weekend. I wouldn't give them $100 a night for these rooms… but we were desperate, so here we are. We checked in. Our FIRST room had a broken window, and was so filthy, we actually went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. It was filthy… Thank God for Clorox wipes. We also had to buy our own hand soap, shampoo and conditioner because none of that stuff was here as well. The people next to us were playing their music SO loudly, we asked to be moved if possible. The girl who was working in the office was an absolute sweetheart, she was the only good thing I can even comment on. She moved us to a new room, which would have been super awesome if the room had been cleaned. At all. Not only was the bed not made, the bathroom was disgusting, there were dead bugs all over the floor. So, we called and told her, and she apologized and moved us to a room on the "Motel 6"side. (we actually didn't know there was a difference until we got here) Let me tell you… its substantially better on this side, but like… the way hotdogs are substantially better than bologna. I assure you, the pictures you see are from the Motel 6 side… and they've most definitely made them look better than they do in person. The beds are fine, if you like sleeping on plastic crinkle bags… which I can only assume are bedbug covers, so I mean, I appreciate that I guess.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Due to extended stay customers at facility sometimes noisy at night due to loud conversations in breezeway. Very short walk to McDonalds and Waffle House for breakfast. Easy access to interstate and short distance to downtown and the Masters tournament. This was a good value for a stay for the Masters tournament.

Everything was nice, it was quite and the room and bathroom was clean. I would have given a 5 star except that the microwave was not clean that was the only problem that I found with the room however I would/will be staying there again and yes I would/will recommend motel 6to family and friends.

I do not recommend staying here. The foreign staff is very very rude and will curse you if you ask for clean linen! First room had bed bugs! Second room was dirty with a foul odor! The male at the front desk "the owner" told me to clean it myself! Third room had bed bugs! The owner refused to give me a refund.

There was no water until after 3 am. Roaches everywhere. The staff was less than accommodating.

I visited the 3421 Wrightsboro Rd. Location in Augusta, GA. From 9/21/17 — 9/24/17. I booked my room online, this location was about $10 p/night cheaper than all the other Motel 6 locations in the area. This location would NOT accept my $5 off p/night coupon. I booked my room for $33.33 p/night. When I arrived, I unpacked all my things (I'd just driven 3hrs & worked 11hrs), then looked around the room to see what was available/offered. I killed 9 bugs. When I woke up that morning, I killed 16 roaches. It was 6am, I had to go in to work (15hr shift). I didn't have time to get another room and move all my belongings. It was easier/ quicker just to go next door to Kroger and get a BIG can of roach spray. I emptied the entire can around the room and left it till I got back from work. 27 roaches came out of hiding while I sprayed, most from under the mini fridge which I moved. * (there was also a pair of large stained dirty men's underwear left on the floor in the closet. I just threw them away. ) — When I arrived back late night after work, (as I'd used toilet tissue to kill bugs before the spray), I asked the desk clerk for more tissue to clean up with. I can't remember her name, (Kieshana? ), she was very polite and offered to switch rooms for me. I was exhausted and decided it would be easier just to clean up the spray & dead bugs and go to bed. * (While cleaning up the spray puddles and bugs, I noticed that a maid had come in and changed out two towels.

I had rented this room for a family also evacuating from my community in SC. These poor folks had driven all day to get to Augusta. I had also rented a room in a nearby hotel for another neighbor. The contrast was dramatic. At the other hotel, we were treated with courtesy, concern, and a desire to lean over backwards to accommodate all evacuees. At this motel, we were treated rudely by the clerk and ultimately the manager. I won't go into all the hideous details, but the family was made to wait for over an hour before they could check in. Although I had talked to the same desk clerk earlier in the day and confirmed that it was ok for this family to take the room, when they tried to check in, she told them the rate was going to be tripled from the online reservation rate because they didn't know if they'd be staying the entire two weeks I had rented the room for. They didn't have this money, and when the mom asked if she could use the lobby to charge her phone so that she could call me, she was turned down. Fortunately, I was finally reached, and then told that I had to be there in person to show my credit card, even though I had not been told that before and I had provided my card when I did the online reservation. I drove over there, and both the clerk and manager indicated that they were fine letting the family sleep in the car overnight. I kept saying, "Let's just let this poor family get into their room.

I get a room here pretty often just to get away and I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. Room is always clean and its a great spot, location wise. I go different places every now and then but always end up coming right back!

I had a terrible experience with Motel 6. I did not expect for 5 star service however, I did expect for the amenities that were provided to be functional. I would love a refund for my stay. The fridge was not working and there was no way for me to keep things cool for lunch to take to work. The Wi-Fi was out and after calling I was pretty much told "sorry". No ice machine after learning that the fridge was not working. So no way to save something cool to drink. Then the shower was not working and I had two settings. Scorching hot or ice cold. Total waste of my money and I will not return.

I have stayed at other Motel 6 at different States, and this location has definitely changed my first impression. This hotel has a VERY friendly staff from the desk to the housekeepers. The rooms are clean as well — smart choice of having a wood flooring, hence the pet friendliness. Great location. The mall is across the street and there is also a grocery market (Kroger) that is 24 hrs nearby. It is very convenient for an EXTENDED stay. Great value for contractors and workers that relocate quite frequently. I will stay at this hotel again.

I am actually a bit impressed. The rooms have been remodeled, they are fairly decent, this is not the Motel 6 that I grew up knowing about. When I was younger it was known that if you wanted a really cheap stay then you could go to the Motel 6 but you needed to understand that it was extremely nasty and more than likely bug-infested. This is not the case with this particular Motel 6 since everything has been remodeled. However, I do have a couple of complaints. I was there for two nights and not only did the room not get cleaned but the housekeepers did not even attempt to come by. They also Mark on their papers that they had cleaned my room. I also leave my shoes directly beside the bed in order to slide my feet into them each time that I get up. They are flip flops so it is not a big deal. I do this because I have noticed that even though the rooms are fairly clean, the floors do not get swept or mop how they should and the first time I walked on the floor barefooted it felt very gritty and nasty and then when I got into the bed I noticed I was leaving black marks in the sheets because of how dirty my feet got on the floor. The staff is very nice and they really do try to accommodate anything that you need. I think with a little bit more work they will be able two bring the Motel 6 name up to a recognisably decent hotel to stay in. Oh yeah!

If you can read this never never please never stay at this Hotel. Because of code violations the code enforcer and police, put everyone out at 12 midnight. During Masters week they made everyone pay an extra $50 weekly rent. They said that if you don't like it move out. They said they could get my weekly rate in 2 days from the Masters visitors. This is no way to run a business. Once I locked my key in my room and they charged me $2 to use there key just to open my door. I wish someone would put a stop to these people.

I think it could be a few more changes like ice machine and daily. Room service other than that adding a flat screen. And a few new counters and jacking up prices suck.

It's a decent place to stay. The location is perfect because of all the restaurants around. And the staff is really friendly.

Worst hotel stay ever. So many roaches, I never saw one maid to clean or give fresh towels in the 5 days I was there, and they had bootleg illegal cable I'm sure. I'd advise u to keep looking!

I booked the room 30 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived they had no record of me paying for the room. The hotel made me contact the booking company to handle the situation, and it took at least 1 got before I was given a room. Room was in poor condition, small TV with poor picture, and onlyhad a single bar of soap. Do not waste your time. Room quality and customer service was horrible!

Nope. Nope. Nope. Do yourself a favor and just stay at the Motel 6 off Washington Road. It's cleaner and the staff is friendlier.
