Best hotel ever. The evening clerk was very nice, polite, and respectful. The room was very clean and very presentable. I would definitely stay there again. And would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who want an enjoyable stay. To the hotel itself a job welldone

They claim to be pet friendly and charge a $10 pet fee and a $25 “deposit”. At check out, they go and check the room to assess if you get your deposit back. No one is getting their deposit back. They just need to claim it as a $35 pet fee because they’ll come up with an excuse like a “pet odor”. My dog has travelled to 46 states and has never once gone potty in a room, has short hair that doesn’t smell, and I’ve literally never had an issue at any other hotel I’ve stayed at; but go on with your lies front desk employees.

Clean rooms, pet-friendly, good breakfast and thoughtful staff. Bonus, located right next door to the Shoney's restaurant.

Nice place, rooms were clean and updated, friendly and great service. We found out that it was family owned and operated. My wife loved the yogurt machine.

Best Western is ALWAYS my first choice when looking for a hotel. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience.

The "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke, the restroom was dirty, and there were only 3 towels/washcloths for 4 guests. It was 3:30am when we arrived and when I tried to complain the attendant told me to call and talk to someone else. We decided to stay, only because we were exhausted from driving so long.

Our room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice. Hotel staff was nice and very accommodating. Children were unhappy because the pool had been drained due to the incoming storm. Nice place to stay while in town for a family reunion.

We had been driving for hours and just needed a place to stay while traveling, so when we saw the price we didnt expect much. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised and even more so when we got into our room. Everything was clean and updated with several extras you wouldn't expect. Hair dryer in the bathroom, ironing board and iron. And everything was very Very clean! We will definitely stay again if we get the chance!

Last minute reservation as we drove through. Quick access off interstate. All exterior access to rooms and it was raining but we were on lower level and could pull up to our door. Room was very large (king) and as others mention the mini fridge is on the larger side with freezer section. Bathrooms are small but clean. Rooms recently remodeled so everything was in good shape. Breakfast area small and a bit crowded but good selection. The stay was definitely a good value for the price. Very friendly staff at desk and cleaning crew!

It is always a pleasure to stay at Ashburn Best Western. From reservations to check out consistently done in an excellent manner. The hotel is always clean and attractive and the personnel are superb! The cost of staying at Ashburn Best Western is a very good value. When I am in that area, I never consider staying anywhere else.

I was very happy with the rooms they were nice and clean. To me I told my family about the motel. And we decided to have our family ree Union in Ashburn Georgia. We decided to whole 25 rooms. Our 2018 ree Union we will gather the family here in Ashburn Georgia. At Best Western. And I will come again and again. Marcus Anderson.

Property has been recently renovated and was very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and personable and made me feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Front desk personnel very helpful and knowledgeable. Room very clean. Only ding is that bathroom is extremely small. Door will not close with seat cover down and it is hard to get into the tub/shower while jockeying around in room. Overall I think this is a great place to stay for the money. Breakfast is the normal fare found in motels but with more choices and better quality of food than many.

My family use this hotel as our go to place to live when we visit Aushburn. And that's at least once a year for a weekend. We've been coming here for the past 10 years. The family that owns and run the hotel are wonderful and patient with all accommodations that you may need. Breakfast is free and have an array of choices to choose from.

Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was really good. If your truck driver they have a nice big dirt parking lot out back. Plenty of room to park big rigs. Nice people at the front desk.

Staff so far has been very nice and extremely helpful. The room are nice. Comfortable and clean. Very relaxing.

This is a nice hotel, the breakfast is just wonderful! I would have given it four stars except for the cigarette smell that was an a few of the pillows. If you bring your own pillows, then you are good to go. The decor was nice, the room was clean, and overall it was a good experience.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Ashburn, GA, 11 times since November, 2017. The staff always accommodates my needs, comfort and safety. Everything has always been clean and in good order. The staff is pleasant and efficient. I am completely satisfied and have totally enjoyed my experiences in Ashburn.

It's a great place! I've worked in housekeeping most of my life and have a habit of checking the often overlooked nooks and crannies in all the motels and resorts we stay at. This one was one of cleanest we've ever stayed in. We were also pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast and the assortment of goodies they offered. The food was great, and they had everything you could ask for. Even toppings for their to die for waffles. The only problem we had was not having larger stomachs. The staff was pleasant and the checkout couldn't have been simpler. If you're driving through GA, don't stop until you get to 82!

Room was clean, nice decor, beds made up but seemed to be missing comforters. Sizable fridge and microwave. Shower had good water pressure and got very hot which is a plus. Decent selection of foods for breakfast. Definitely worth the price.

Ask For Danny he is very welcoming and makes you feel like a friend. If you need and want a good safe place to stay This is it. And they are pet friendly. Only place I will stay when we come visit my Father in law. Rooms are very clean, Wi-fi is great. You have plenty places to eat. Hope you enjoy your stay and say Hello to Danny!

Full of bed bugs the 2 rooms I reserved had lots of them and the rooms they offered as replacements had them also I will never stay there again and the saddest part of it all was they knew it and continued to rent to people we watched and warned people that came in there while sitting in the car.

Just off the I-75… very clean and quiet. Staff were nice. Although we had booked in advance with our rate and confirmation, a manager had gone in and readjusted our discounted rate to a higher rate which we noticed upon receiving our receipt when checking out. Linsey was awesome at getting our situation taken care of and we did receive a call back from a manager. Other than that I'd recommend this hotel if you just need to stay somewhere decent. There is nothing in the area to do, but you do have some restaurants and fast food places to eat.

Nice fresh room. No bed bugs! Some smell of smoke from nearby room. Water quantity/pressure totally inadequate in room 121 — toilet barely flushed, shower was a joke. Unfortunately I waited til midnight to take a shower, very nice asst manager let me use another room to shower in morning. Avoid room 121!

Great room with great prices. Hotel was well furnished and staff was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed our one night stay as we were just passing through.

Terrible place! Every room smells of smoke and dampness. Moldy and generally dirty rooms. If you love the fresh smell of moth balls and cheap air fresheners to hide significant problems, book now! Staff was friendly but this place is only suited for a crash pad after a late night of drinking. The alcohol will dull your senses so you will not notice the bugs, grim, filth and other safely electrical hazards. Best Western Ashburn needs to deep clean each room, truly have non smoking rooms and fix holes/cracks in every direction. Buyer beware!

Convenient, newly painted exterior with some remodeled rooms. Reasonable pet friendly fee and decent breakfast. I would rate friendliness of staff 5 stars. Front grounds kept clean and neat, however, back side of hotel has opportunities to haul away trash stored there. Room was clean and comfortable bed.

The shower is awesome! They allowed our pets when we were returning from evacuating from Irma, even though they don't normally allow pets (I think pets have stayed here anyway). Beds comfortable. Room clean. Good soap. Plenty of room for your suitcase. Flat screen, microwave, nice sized fridge. Shoney's is right next door, but plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. This is a two story motel with stairs on either end. No elevator. No center stairway.

Place is very decent and very clean. But one huge problem. Bed bugs will eat you alive. I couldn't sleep all night just trying to catch and kill them. My body is covered in red itchy spots. Hope they can take care of this. I know many hotels have same problem. Not sure if this is only isolated to the room I was staying at. I haven't read other reviews…

Room was pretty clean, some details were missed. Coffee filter left in room machine and a towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Breakfast was pleasant. Staff very friendly. There was a pool that was under repair.

I rented two rooms. One room had a toilet (majorly) overflow for NO reason. Staff was unconcerned, flippant, and unapologetic. No one offered any solution, period. We checked out early. I expected more from a Best Western. Also, toilet paper was coming up through the shower drain. I heard another customer complain of the same problem. Would not stay at this location again.

I called the office and asked for a wake up call at 7:00 am I woke up ironically at 6:59 they never called me. The bathrooms and sink was NOT cleaned and there was Nat's all in my room. Very nasty. Would be better off in cordele maybe.

My wife, mother in law and sister in law were on there way back from Florida when the tornado hit Ashburn, Sunday 1/22/17, same storm system that has made national news. They took shelter at your hotel but you processed to try and kick them out. After you realized they were not going to leave you locked the doors and left two other people outside in the storm. After figuring out that you would not open the doors for them, my mother in law did it for you. Why you decided to do this I have no idea, why you were willing to kick people out and lock 2 others outside, when the tornado sirens were going off and the emergency broadcast was telling everyone to find shelter, is beyond me. I have contacted you already but it seemed it wasn't that big of a deal but it is.

Our check in experience was great. The desk clerk was very cordial and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I slept so very well.

Good room for the price. A great overnight stop. Older place but clean and seems they are working on trying to spruce it up. Beds were comfy. Bathroom is small. Non-smoking rooms used to be smoking so there is a lingering odor, but our room wasn't too overwhelming. The check in was easy and staff was kind. Breakfast is good if you're a light breakfast person, otherwise there are plenty of places nearby to choose from.

I loved the bed! I just don't think the room was worth the price. I loved the location though (it's right beside Shoney's).

First let me say that the best thing about this Inn was the young lady at the front desk, she is the sweetest & very accommodating. I asked questions & she was fielding them & just kept smiling, made me smile. I am not a fan of the inn itself though, nats, musty carpet & a few other things that she (thank you) handled for us, glad it was just for one night. Positives, the room was clean & close to places to eat after a long hot day of riding…

I made a reservation for my first night on my trip north. Had to cancel because of car trouble. Their reservation policy is three days prior. Would never have made a reservation if I knew that.

Clean rooms, beds will do, bathroom is small, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great! No problem getting fresh linens, pool is small but my kids enjoyed it. We would stay again.

Our family needed a place to stop late at night while driving and were having trouble deciding where to stay. We just needed beds and a shower and didn't want to spend $100+ to have a room for 8 hours. We called to check vacancy and availability of non-smoking rooms and the front desk was very helpful. We booked through Expedia and when we arrived 10 minutes later, everything was ready for us. Wife thought bed could have been more comfortable but it was good for me and young kids slept fine. Only con was that I could hear the road traffic. It was clean and didn't smell. Free breakfast was adequate, waffle maker, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, pre-wrapped Little Debbie snacks, etc… We would have no problem staying again.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Very pleasant stay. The shower was nice and hot and great after a long day of traveling. Nice hot breakfast and the coffee was good.

5 plus stars for value. Great breakfast, larger room, clean. Not modern but not really dated either. Very small bathroom. Friendly people safe location. Would stay again.

When I checked in they gave me a room on 2nd floor. I they told the women that I was handicap and needed on main level because of 2 back surgeries and sciatic nerve damage. The woman told me she could not change my room and that I would have to just deal with it. We have been staying at this motel for years but will not stay here any more because of this. Just be aware that if your handicap they do not care and will not give you a room for easy access.

Bathrooms are alittle tight but all around a good place to stop.
