Good for an older property. Staff Profesional, polite and prompt. Wi-Fi okay. This property has a restaurant That serves a buffet as well as reasonably priced breakfast. There is no bar. I'd stay again.

The place is just okay for a couple of days. Nothing special, could be a little bit cleaner. The staff was friendly and helpful though.

Worst experience ever first room had a couple things wrong with it like the door not shutting all the way, also it was infested with spiders and who knows what eles. They changed my room to which also is infested with spiders and who knows what eles. When told about this the receptionist called the owner who basicly brushed it off and said that I could check out or have another room which is probably also infested with spiders and who knows what eles. I suffer from an extreme fear of spiders. I asked if I could sit in the lobby over night and was told NO. I will be contacting the local board of health, also the BBB, and Quality Inn corporate office along with Choice Motels. I would have given a zero star rating but unable to. The whole property should be sprayed by an exterminator.

The room was great as were the grounds. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My only issue was the breakfast they talked it up like it was this grand treat. Sadly I think they'd be better off sticking with a buffet or even a continental.

The staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. They went above and beyond for our stay. We had been previously booked at a different hotel who treated us abhorrently. Quality inn was a breathe of fresh air.

This is where my family and myself meet together to have special family time. Love this place. Very friendly staff and good food.

Customer service was very good but the hotel was a bit run down. Visible mold throughout the bathroom and the bolt lock for the door was broken off the hinges. Not a bad stay if you are just looking for a quick inexpensive night's sleep.

This motel is a convenient 15-minute drive to Plains, GA. It's fine for an overnight stay if you are going back and forth to see Plains and hear President Carter teach. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I do not recommend the breakfast buffet — just walk or ride to the Waffle House next door.

Great price and location. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable with a lot of amenities such as coffee and coffee maker in room. Iron and ironing board. Refrigerator and microwave. Cable and the remote works.

Apparently this hotel is popular among truckers. My room was upstairs on the courtyard side and after about 5am there was a constant rumble from the trucks in the lot behind me. The room was clean and had a fridge. The hotel management was very friendly and even had toiletries at the front desk for no added cost. Breakfast is not free but with the money you will pay for it with their partner discount. Overall this is a solid 3 perhaps even a 3.5 stay due to a friendly staff.

The room was nice, the breakfast was good, and they hadon't a pool which was great. I just wish the breakfast was free Instead of $3.50 each.

Great customer service, we came from Florida not knowing a thing about Georgia the front desk receptionist jessica gave us all the tour guides we needed and recommended, room was great felt very homey definitely will be staying again in a near future.

We stayed here because of the storm, had never heard of Americus before. Loved it! The town is amazing, the people are soooooo nice! Thank you so much.
The meals here were excellent and the poor overworked wait staff were all so nice!

The staff here are great. You are greeted with a warm and professional smiling receptionist to handle your every need. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a pool to enjoy a swim or just to get in a little sun. The in-house soul food restaurant is one of the best and is frequented by everyone. I recommend staying here and the price is right.

Excellent front-desk and housekeeping services, but the hotel is antiquated. Choice Hotels, please consider updating this hotel; the people of Americus deserve better. The sink and mirror were not enclosed within a bathroom with the toilet and shower. Also, if anyone opens the entryway door, those outside would have a clear and straight view of anyone grooming at the mirror. The lighting was dim. I did not see an elevator (or signage indicating the location of an elevator, which makes the hotel ADA non-compliant. Also, only one ice machine room in a 2-story hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and deeply regretted it. The hotel was understaffed; both front desk and restaurant. When I entered the room for the first time, it was extremely humid and had a musty odor despite the wall unit being on. It was extremely unpleasant and did not make me feel warm and welcomed at all. The room also appeared to not have been cleaned for quite some time because of visible cobwebs near the wall mirrors and corners of the room. There were also visible damages throughout the entire room that could have easily been fixed with paint or drywall patch. I checked another room of someone who was in my party and their room too was ungodly humid and carried a foul smell. On a more positive note, the staff was pleasant and the food was much better than I thought it would be. I would never stay here again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. This made my stay in Americus Georgia unpleasant.

Pool was a little dirty, and it's an older motel, but the rooms were clean, the staff pole, and the beds comfortable. All in all, it was a good value for the price.

We ate at the cafeteria but didn't stay in any room. Service was excellent but the food wasn't very good.

I am so disappointed in this Franchise here in Americus GA. I have been a member of Choice rewards since 2013 I have stayed at almost all of them. First and last time I will stay at this Quality Inn. First off the website is deceiving. This place is nasty and so are the owners /managers are rude and none sympathetic. I was traveled their with my small children for a family event and this place was for adults with no children. People walked all night drunk and loud around the hotel rooms. Then top it off we had to stay in that hotel room they wouldn't let me exchange or get my money back. We had to use the microwave on the floor and coffee maker as well. It was a nightmare. # place star # wouldnt let me post without one # save your money go up the street to any other hotel for the same price. : (

I reserved 6 rooms for a family reunion this weekend. Was very disappointed. I complained about my air condition and nothing was done. I stayed 2 nights and could not sleep because it was hot. Thank God we took our fan. We also went to the restaurant and it was 915 am and was rudely told we stop serving breakfast at 10 well ok we have 45 min. We waited that long for food and drinks. Will never stay again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable Clean King Size Bed; Free Internet; Modern TV; Bar and Restaurant Kind of a small bathroom. But adequate Housekeeping starts at about 9 lol.
