Knights Inn Albany Hotel

Room was cold and clean just redecorate nice.

The rooms stunk I was told one price but had to pay another and when I woke up it almost look like the floor was moving because of the infestation of roaches definitely will not be there again.

I stay here just about every weekend, never had a problem. The staff here is pleasant. Never met the night manager Deandra until tonight. She was very very sarcastically rude with me, when I told her my tub in my room wasn't clean. Replied to me What time you checked, I'm coming to look at it as if I was lying. Because, I checked in at about 10pm laid down with serious headache. She wasn't nice at all. Even though she did put us in another room. Telling us to make sure we turn off everything. That's her job. Is it policy to take a shower as soon as you check it.

Stayed here for a night and the staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and lots of channels on the TV. It's a decent low priced hotel and I have no complaints about my stay and will likely be visiting here again in the near future.

Rms clean Weak breakfast. Quiiet room. Price right. Would use again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is in a great spot.

It was a little creepy when we got there people standing all around in the door ways and stuff even when we got to the room everybody out side there door talking loud and stuff it really had my kids scared. But after we got in the room it was very clean and cozy.

It's located in Albany ga the rooms are clean and nice big screen TV with clean bathrooms the service was great.

The pillows were flat and the room was really tiny but the location was easy to find. There's also a lot to do around the hotel.

Horrible customer service. HO-RRI-BLE! Meet us with dish of soup in the hand… nice ha? Interestingly, there is only one light bulbs in my room, should to be 4, on the service desk answer to my question whether they can bring light bulbs, said that they do not have them, maybe we want to change the room? Really? I had reservations before 2 days to check in! After one day trip! Because she has lazy ass to find some light bulbs?! how do you prepare rooms for guests if you do not even check, is everything clean and work in the room?! air conditioning is dead, bed old linen, dirty pillows… I certainly understand that is a cheap hotel, but if they have such a devil's attitude, maybe this hotel does not deserve 3 stars? I wish give them 0 stars. Not recommend.

Can not recommend, roaches and a lot of trashy people hanging in parking lot drinking and screaming. Noisy all night long, got no sleep. Was afraid to take dog for a walk. Also told one price on line was charged $10 more each night, do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. The housekeeper was very friendly and did exceptional job cleaning my room. Beds were really comfortable. Nice TV. Too bad there's not better mgmt.

This place has so many floors and the rooms are extremely clean and the office Personnel are very friendly. And the prices are pretty good.

Very reasonable price, clean place and the people are very nice people. Loved my stay.

They show respect and accommodate all needs only thing is that breakfast needs to be extended at least 10:30

Very nasty room, customer service was very poor. My wife has breathing problems and asked the lady at the front desk for another pillow "because they only give you one per person" and the lady said they didn't have anymore. Yeah what a load! I asked the owner the next day and he said, he didn't know why we was told that because they have plenty of extra pillows. So no I would not recommend this run-down Hotel, with very poor customer service!

A quick and inexpensively priced hotel. Not top class, but okay.

Very bad hotel. The bed where I slept full of bedbugs. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very loud and rude. The room was small. The bathroom had molt on the toilet and it didn't flush automatically. We had to use needle nose pliers to turn the shower on and off.

What you pay for is what you get. Name changed, quality still the same. No upgrades, pictures are not what you imagine. Stay at your own risk.

It was a great stay. From the cost to the room I was happy. Only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars id's because of the lack of english.

Room was not very clean. Sheets had cigarette holes in them.

Love staying at the Super 8 off Slappey when in town.

Walked in they had fans in the hallway, to cover up a horrible smell also the reception desk had some weird vine thing growing around the room. It's a truckers motel dengy.

I was woken up at 6 am by a wreck right outside my window. There were roaches.

I have never left a hotel until tonight. The hotel smells awful to me. There were fans sitting in the hallways. The handrails on the stairs felt like they were going to fall off. I thought the smell would get better when I got to my room, however it seemed worse. The tub was cracked, the toilet was dirty, and there was something white on the blanket. You just expect more from a hotel. The only good thing is that they refunded our money. Unless they make some serious changes, rethink your stay.

Truck drivers can park truck only, no trailer parking. My truck was in shop for a week at KW. Walking distance to KW (Transpower). Close to food and stores but rooms suck. Refrigerator & microwave in rooms. Rooms are OK for price, they are clean but need remodeling.

Where to begin… Company would only pay so much for a hotel, and this was the only one in price range. Hotel itself is outdated, rooms stink, and the roaches are in abundance. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! How this hasn't been shut down is a shocker.

Well it ain't no damn hilton.

People need to understand and listen the questions that are asked. I asked if they had Truck parking and was told they did by the manager. Well they don't. I had to park my truck n trailer across street.
