Great views on the beach. Sandy beachs all the way to Manatowoc. Great lunch and prices.

Not great but doesn't smell as bad as the other motel in town. Great location just needs maintenance and it would be more enjoyable.

Location was close to everything. Rooms are what should be expected from a motel. Service was excellent. Would recommend.

Very dated motel, nice location to Lake Michigan and beaches though.

This place is lucky it got one star. It had a TV. Nuf said. Draft in the bathroom. Had to use the towls to block the window and space heater we were given to heat up the bathroom when we used it. Draft around the air conditioner. No cover on it What the hey? It was — 30 when we stayed there and the heat (haha) as he called it, had JUST been turn on in our room minutes before we checked in. Space heater was the size of a cereal box and NO help! It was bad enough our furnace went out and it was Christmas holiday, but this was just too much! Pillows were 12"x 12" and feather and I'm allergic to feathers. Was up sick AND COLD ALL NIGHT! Not even tissues in the room!

We were there because of the football game Packers vs lions. The owner of the motel is super friendly. But the room is really only meant to sleep and only if you want to swipe through it yourself briefly … We just didn't look too closely …

We stayed here several years ago when we visited the area to fish. It's not fancy but it IS clean and the price is right. We've returned now for 4 years. It's always been quiet after dark and the view of the lake is perfect. The shower is hot, there are both a microwave and fridge in the room. The beds are very comfy and clean. The owner goes out of his way to be helpful and give good service. We'd much rather stay here than a more upscale and less "personal" place.

Very dirty we found beer can kids toy and few itemsbehind the dresser one of the drawers was wet and just tons of dust.

Decent deal for the price.

It is an older motel, smelled okay, was very quiet after dark. The younger manager was very polite. Lake is right across the street. Great location.

One of the worse places I have ever stayed. Rooms where dirty and paint chips falling from the ceiling. Wifi barley worked payed for a week checked out the next day and didnt even refund me my money.

Oh… my… gosh! How is this legal? Mold, bugs, missing windows, taped broken windows, not cleaned, water damage, etc. Horrifying! Not worth my one star.

Stopped by as a guest briefly; for a building that has been there for quite some time, the rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The TV was actually bigger than I've seen in much fancier places. The water in the bathroom sink was, interestingly enough, warm right off the go, but that was the only temperature it got. Not a bad place, and you can't beat the convenience of the location!
