Beautiful property! Welcoming staff!

From the time you arrive to the time you leave, you are struck by the friendly and helpful staff, which absolutely adds to your overall holiday experience. The complimentary shuttle service really saves on taxi fare, and we enjoyed our random conversations with the drivers, who genuinely engage you. The rooms are very spacious and always kept so clean. The breakfast is bountiful, and the all day complimentary tea and coffee station is so welcomed. Keep up the good work Team Holiday Express and Suites!

This hotel is amazing! We enjoyed our stay so much. The room was beautiful & very clean! It had a wonderful bathroom, with a huge walk-in shower! The bed was incredibly comfortable & we loved the pillows! (2 soft & 2 firm! ). The staff was very welcoming & helpful. The free breakfast was delicious! It was very modern in every way. We will definitely stay there again anytime we are in Tampa!

It was great. The pool is heated so we were able to swim at night. Staff is great & Room was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable place and friendly people, we will definitely stay again if we travel to Tampa. We were staying there before and after our cruise and they provide a free shuttle to and from the port if staying with them and only 15 minutes away.

We had issues with the room. The Staff responded immediately after I notified them. But, the carpets need to be cleaned, to refresh the rooms between guests. The Comforter should have been returned to the room, it made a difference in my opinion.

The hotel itself is fresh and clean with some really nice up to date features. However, room descriptions aren't always accurate. I booked a double bed room with a couch and fully accessible tub. I arrived to find no couch, no seat in the tub and the ability to see inside the bathroom even with the sliding door closed. The sliding door is a really nice touch because it makes it easy for someone with limited mobility or arthritis to get in and out of the restroom. We were given a chair to put in the tub but it didn't substitute for the built in chair because it was a little too large for a tub. To fix the sliding door issue we wound up buying a curtain to hang.

New hotel very convenient close to shops. Used by contractors. (not a problem) Friendly staff. Service excellent.

I was very pleased with my hotel room and service. This is my favorite Holiday Inn that I have ever been to.

The hotel feels like it's either newly built or freshly remodeled because everything seemed up to date. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean. The location is relatively close to downtown Tampa and Ybor City but the hotel is kind of out of place from what's in the general vicinity. Also impressed by the amount of channels they had, i. E. NHL Network, NFL Network, a ton of other sports channels, and HBO. Wished I had time to check out the pool, fitness center, and breakfast but I can't attest to those amenities.

The whole hotel looks great. They did a really good job designing the place. Modern and very comfortable. Simple front desk set up and great reception staff. Horrible location though. Everything is a decent drive away. Highway located right behind the hotel is a nightmare Morning, Lunch Rush, and After Work. So pretty much all day. Good weekend getaway if you want to just stay in the hotel all day. Horrible vacation if you plan on going out to do anything.

Great stay. Sleep like a baby. The front desk Concierge (Chris) was more than helpful. I will definitely be returning here when traveling.

We came here during the winter break so daughter could play some golf. The hotel is brand new. I was told it is about 1 month old. However, the location is not as nice. There is gas station right next to the hotel which you can buy some basic stuffs. The check-in was very fast and staffs were very friendly. We had two bed suite. The room was large. We had breakfast few mornings and I think it needs some improvement of the selections. We had a problem with bathroom vanity drain issue. But it was fixed. We actually decided to stay one more night and we need to use laundry. We were told we need to go to store to buy laundry detergent. Unfortunately, it was Christmas day and most of stores were closed. It will be nice if hotel can make laundry detergent available. Overall, the stay was very nice.

Easy to get to as it is right off the freeway. This is a brand new hotel and the rooms and Lobby are well laid out, well lit and all around a good hotel for business Travelers. I was a bit worried that I would be able to hear freeway noise in my hotel room due to how close it is to the freeway, but I couldn't hear a thing and was able to sleep perfectly fine.

This hotel is amazing. Super clean. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and very helpful. Very nice breakfast and not to. Mention the rooms are made to feel like your right at home. I enjoyed it and will be back.

Excellent value and representatives of the brand. There is a vast parking lot and it is near a gas station and convenience store.

Brand new! Very nice, comfy beds, clean facilities. Don't come if you want to lay in the sun. Poor pool placement! Sun never hits the pool/ pool deck.

This hotel is brand spanking new. The room was amazing! There's other hotel that I can think of to be better.
