Hotel was great! Hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Only draw back was valet, when trying to load car after staying we were forced to move car to the fire lane. Nobody behind us, no cars waiting, just because. Valet went back to his phone as my wife brought out our luggage and finding I had to move forward to the fire lane. Valet is supposed to enhance the guests experience, not the case. So hotel 5 stars Valet 1.

Just spent the past three days there. We had a suite overlooking the ocean. It was remarkable. The staff was pleasant and the guys at valet were top notch. Looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed here 3 time and last time — they overbooked and apparently website doesn’t have correct details so the suite we booked for was not available — even though I called repeatedly requesting a certain room suite 3 times — and was confirmed “oceanfront suite. No one mentioned not having our suite available or our reservation wasn’t for oceanfront…now we are here. 🤬🤬

Great location and the seafood pasta is awesome.

Aquinas was great and the blackened mahi tacos are fantastic.

Very nice week! recently remodeling has been done and all rooms as well! comfy king size bed. The bar has a great little restaurant with it and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Music on Friday by the beach was so nuce+

Beautiful and peaceful stay in a breathtaking setting. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Marisol Restaurant on the deck with the ocean as my soundtrack. Stayed in a newly renovated, upgraded, modern, and stylish room. Walked on the beach at sunset. There for business, but planning on returning for a leisure stay.

Great service, appealing menu choices, really good presentation of food, and found them accommodating to my special dietary requests. Breathtaking view of ocean with ample seating outdoors while live music plays. Thanks for the evening. Oh yes food is very good.

Beautiful place for any get away, this Crowne Plaza, is freshly remodeled, it is perfect for a wedding on the beach the staff here are very helpful to anything you need! They're actually happy to be of service to you, I mean happy with a genuine smile. The restaurant Marsols is Devine, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar is good just a little too pricey. I wish I could be here every week. One more thing, there is a guy named Tony who works here and if you have the pleasure of meeting him, count your blessings he is a wonderful Man and the Crowne Plaza should be honored to have him, he is true gemThank You Tony!

I booked a room in January of 2018 for a June 2018 stay. I received an e-mail confirmation of the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the hotel was closed for renovations. I was also informed that the hotel had e-mailed me a cancellation 2 weeks previously. I have conducted an extensive search within my e-mail and found no evidence of any correspondence from the hotel except the original confirmation. I might also add that due to flight delays it was very late in the evening when I arrived. Then I had to scramble to find a vacancy in the area which I did at a much higher rate than the original reservation that was booked 5 months previously. Extremely poor management on the hotel's part!

Love this place. The rooms are very comfortable. The real benefits of this hotel is it's bar and restaurant. The outside seating has an incredible view of the beach and they even have live music outside most nights of the week. The prime rib beef sliders are amazing. The fish tacos are what you want as an app. Couldn't say enough good things about this place.

Had a great time at my work's family day at Crowne Plaza. Great location and nice private little beach. I just wish the rock shelves weren't so bad in the ocean. Be careful if you swim in the ocean here.

We travel extensively, both domestically and internationally. This is one of my favorite hotels, anywhere. We have been on the Gulf Coast of Florida and driven across the state, just to stay here for a night. Melbourne is a pretty beach with less people than many of the others on the Atlantic coast. This hotel, with its very nice and comfortable rooms, wraparound balconies, exceptional views, wonderful food, and friendly, helpful staff, make this spot well worth the trip!

Good service, very nice staff but I didn't like dinner. I loved the beach and the décor of the bar on the beach.

I used this hotel for a room block for my wedding weekend from 05/09 to 05/14. A day before flying out for my wedding, I received a call that the hotel was going to be closing for renovations, and that everyone booked would have to move to a new hotel the day after our wedding. My two glorious options were to have everyone stay at their hotel and then go next door and pay full price at an even more expensive hotel or we could try and get a room block for the even more expensive hotel. They did NOTHING to help make new renovations for my guests and that stress had to fall on me with only a few days left until the wedding. Then, they offered a free shuttle to and from the venue due to the mistakes they made for our room block. This was confirmed multiple times with the manager. The shuttle DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP and my guests had to find ways to get to the venue which resulted in the ceremony started late. Thank god for the professionalism of the manager at the nearby Hilton as they were able to accommodate us at an even better price. I will NEVER even think of giving business to this hotel again and I will be sure to let all of my traveling friends & family as well as local family & friends know of this horrible experience. Just truly awful.

Clean and relaxing are only a couple things to say about the Crown. Comfy beds. Excellent pillows. Great tiki bar and the food and drinks on the deck are incredible! We love the Crown.

I stayed here for a full week and the staff members are great. The food is also great along with the beach front view. However, 3/7 nights they turned off the water supply due to renovation. Another big disappointment is they put too much chlorine in the pool/hot tub resulting in bleached swim suits.

The room is nice but wish we had a room that faced the ocean. We could still see it but definitely wish it was facing the water. The service is good but not worth 200$ a night but all in all I like the place.

Nothing fancy but our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Microwave and small fridge in room. Every room gets a balcony with a view of the beach. Our stay was quiet but it was mid-week. On premise restaurant is expensive. You also pay $10 a day to park in their parking lot. That seemed ridiculous as there isn't a business close by. Beach chair rental company located at the steps to the beach. Would stay again with an upgrade.

We stayed here for one night for a quick getaway. Loved that the beach was right there with beach chairs and everything you might need (didn't love being nickel and dimed on parking and rentals on those chairs, etc. ) The room was huge and everything was clean. The bed was super comfortable. Only real issue was that the curtain in our room was broken and wouldn't cover the entire window. Would definitely stay here again. They are still working on updates to the building so it can only get better.

Great hotel. Nice rooms. Right on the beach. Fabulous pool and beach access. Lounge chairs and umbrellas available on the sand. Fabulous food that you can eat poolside. Their goat cheese salad is to die for. Friendly staff. The bathrooms by the pool leave a bit to be desired but you can always use the ones in the lobby. Lots of huge conference rooms.

Our favorite place for ocean front dining or just drinks on the deck. Excellent food. Our server was Kim who was super friendly and very helpful when we were making plans to meet out of town guests for dinner.

If this is 4 stars then days inn is 8 stars. The shower had black mold. The sink fixtures looked like they had seen better days years ago. The bed was not comfortable. The staff was wonderful, accommodating & extremely warm. The hotel should not be open until they fix the rooms!

Great service and we got a nice room on the top floor facing south. Unfortunately, the beach view is limited by the building on the other side of the pool. You can see between the buildings and over the other one a bit, but I don't know why they didn't just put us on the actual beach side or the north side. There is construction happening on the south side of the pool and renovations throughout it seems. My only complaints about the room would be that the bathroom has no vent, and the carpet has a sticky spot.

Great view, everything was clean but looked clean as well. 1/2 ply toilet paper but that wasn't unexpected; basic toiletries could be requested at the front desk. A few areas were under construction but it didn't detract from the atmosphere or experience. All-around pleasant.

Good hotel, excellent service, room in good condition, restaurant with good food, I recommend the sandwiches, sea view with access to the beach.

The rooms are nice and I expect they'll be even nicer once the renovation is complete. The hotel staff is extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. What drops a star or two for this one is the restaurant staff. I waited 10 minutes, beside the "Please Wait To Be Seated" board before being given a menu and the staff only came out where I could be seen because the phone rang. I even had to ask if I should seat myself because seating wasn't offered. The food is standard hotel fare. The steak was obviously frozen at some point as was the chowder. The breakfast buffet is the breakfast buffet in every hotel ever. I didn't expect much from the food and while I wasn't surprised I also wasn't disappointed. The overall experience has been good thanks to the front desk staff but I'd advise going elsewhere for breakfast and dinner.

Location and veiw were great! Hotel seemed nice but it was undergoing a lot of renovation. Our air conditioner ended up leaking a lot of water on the carpet around it. Unfortunately for us our bags were sitting next to it and our clothes got wet. The hotel ended up taking the parking off our bill ($10) for the inconvenience, although I thought they should have done a little more than that. While leaving our room I realized that the whole third floor had carpet and padding stickers next to the door so I'm sure this had happened in many rooms. I would recommend this hotel to people but maybe not for a year or so.

The location is beautiful! It is right on the ocean, the restaurant is undergoing renovations due to Hurricane Irma but in spite of this, the food was very good and the bartender very accommodating. The server was very attentive. And the bartender even came out to create a drink based on my preferences! This was our first time there but even though we sat outside on the deck the ambience was great listening to the waves lapping on the shore we will return again.

The hotel overall was nice for an ocean front location. The rooms have an ocean view from the balconies, but they are not directly ocean facing. The restaurant is typical of a hot of this caliber. The bar/lounge is nice and also has a spacious outdoor deck with bar and food service. There is also direct beach access from the deck. This would be a nice place for a couple to come for a relaxing getaway.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Our fourth floor suite facing the ocean had a great view. We loved watching the sun rise and the many pelicans. Our first night we saw a sea turtle and a couple of raccoons on the beach from our balcony. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant was good as well. I would consider going back to this hotel in the future.

This is a very romantic place to eat dinner. A great breakfast buffet. Awesome view of the ocean! Nice indoor facility as well! Only downside is service is not always the best. Everything else makes up for it!

So far so good, we come here for a month every year for military reserve duty. We are happy when we get to stay at the Crown Plaza. We've had to stay at other hotels from time to time. While they are nice as far as hotels go, we still prefer the crown plaza hands down. Have always been treated well, no major complaints other than maybe the humidity in the rooms from the moisture but we can deal with that for everything else that we do get. We will always stay here whenever possible.

This Hotel has always been a great spot to enjoy the beach and good music. The restaurant is a little pricey and the drinks are regular priced hotel drinks. All and all the staff has always been excellent.

My room was very nice, clean and quiet even though it was near the elevator. I had a private balcony which had seating and a small table I did work at. This overlooked the pool and had a view of the ocean. My window could have used a cleaning, and the tub faucet needs recaulking but overall the stay was pleasant.

Just stayed there for 3 nights while attending a workshop. It's an updated location but shows some wear. Staff is it's best quality. Everyone I dealt with was warm and friendly. They quickly took care of a mechanical issue in my room. Their fitness room is just a bit above average… several types of cardio machines and a rack of dumbbells. One major issue was the main elevator for the south tower. Its extremely slow and the door takes for ever to open. One other issue was there were significant gaps around the room door. This let a few bugs in. The food was pretty good all week and the bar was lively. In short, a pretty good place for a weekend get away or a week-long conference.

Stayed for a business conference for a period of a few days. The rooms are decent, they seem a little old and worn in places. Some of the fixtures could use maintenance. Outdoor deck is very nice. The restaurant is decent priced. There is a small fitness center with dumbells and some cardio machines.

Parking is a nightmare. While I stayed here there was a banquet going on. There was not enough parking to fit everyone so they send you across the street and tell you good luck walking across a major highway a1a. As a paying customer, we should have first pick of parking. They should have valet to take banquet guests cars across the street. Instead I have to get up at 4am and drag my luggage across a highway to get to the airport. Not what I'm paying for. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was just ok. Won't be staying here again.

My partner's company had their annual awards banquet in the Crowne Plaza's Grand Ballroom. The staff paid close attention to the guests, the food was delicious, the bartenders were knowledgeable, and the music/dj played fun music. The decor is simple and modern. The only potential issue I saw was parking. It seemed like there wasn't enough space to accommodate everyone. If you're attending an event here, I recommend arriving early to ensure you have a space.

The Standard is from — 80. Had a 1.50 m large white fridge in the room. Only the view compensates.

Toilet kept clogging. They also had construction on my floor. Breakfast was mediocre and overpriced, $16 for the buffet. All in all the room was neat and clean.

The hotel is located right on the beach, which is nice. The room was very clean and had a patio outside. The bathroom had an unusually small counter around the sink, which is a weird thing, but it was noticeable. The hot water in the shower went from either Luke Tatooine hot to Anakin Mustafar hot, so be careful there. Wi-Fi speeds were pretty good. I did not eat at the restaurant, but free coffee was provided in the morning.

BEWARE of this hotel. If you want a good night's rest, try the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton down the road. DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERTISEMENTS! The advertisements are just luring you just as they did to me! This thing isn't even a hotel, it's a motel. This facility is old and has messes all over the place. There is a spilled drink that is probably still there when I got there till I left. The floors are dirty and unfinished. The elevator is old and slow, it takes about half an hour to get from the top floor to the bottom. The moist weather destroys you bed and bathroom. In fact, on the shower curtain, there was a urine stain and the carpet inside the room was moldy and smelly. Customer Service at the cafe is bigoted and their amenities are outdated. Overall, my experience at this was the worst in my life.

Wonderful Hotel with best beach location. Great Beach. I would always descend here again. All of the rooms with a sea view. Upscale ambience, for American standards almost exclusively. Will definitely come back. Only a night spent, therefore, not all met.
