Very friendly staff, a bit run down, but clean and nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very nice. I give it a 5 STAR.

Wi-Fi didn't work, had a very high security deposit taken out of my banking account that will take at least 2 business days to get back!

The staff is very nice but the rooms are disgusting. We switched rooms twice but ended up getting a refund and leaving. There were roaches everywhere and they only change the sheets by request to “conserve water”. Really filthy place.

The grossest place I've ever booked. Riches swimming in the tiluet and crawling up the walls. We got refunded immediately and went elsewhere. I've never seen anything like this before, so nasty! Had to give one star in order to post this review or it would not let me post it.

I read all the review's and wonder if they got the location they were reviewing wrong! My husband and I had a blast! We are local but new to the area. We needed a get away with a pool and bar! The room was clean, pool very clean and refreshing, bar was great LOVE THE PIZZA AND WING'S! We did not see roches or anything they may leave behind! It was quiet and very comfortable! We will come back! Maybe these people with the bad reviews are talking about a different location cause this location on New Haven in Melbourne was fabulous! Thank you we'll be back soon!

At first it looks nice and the staff is kind. I 2as happy to see a nice room when I walked in. But then you start seeing things as you are here for a few minutes. The walls are really gross and the bathroom is hard to be in. It looks like there is feces on the bathroom walls and the toilet seat is peeling and there is grime and gunk all over the bathroom floor. On the walls in the room there are splashes of stuff too… if they cleaned the room thoroughly, it would be a great place!

Room was nice, but we couldn't check in when we got there because the computers were down. We had to wait over an hour before they could get the problem solved. Also we had two guests but they only had one set of towels in the room. We got more, but really. Also worst breakfast of any hotel we have ever visited.

This place is cheap. That is the best thing I can say about it. There were no bugs, and the TV worked, minimal assets, and free breakfast (muffins and waffles), but it is not a 5 star hotel for sure.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Would never go there again. Bloody blanket, dirty tub, little tiny fleece blanket. Broken door lock. Dust all over, inspection lisence EXPIRED. DONT TRUST ONLINE PHOTOS.! Looks nicer than actually is! I would give it no stars!

Please avoid. Really nasty. Smelly room, scratched and dented furniture, dirty looking carpet with cigarette burns and generally pretty horrid. Not even that cheap — stayed in lots and lots of better motels for a cheaper price. Good points. Nice, comfy bed, decent continental breakfast and clean pool, surprisingly.

It's a decent place of you're looking for somewhere to sleep for the night. Not to far from restaurants. They have better security than most places. A nice size bar area.

Rooms were clean. Queen bed were actually big and clean. Carpet was wore out in spots. They close the pool at dusk and there is no where to sit out side and have a cocktail and enjoy the evening. Front desk was very pleasant. Free waffles yum!

Motel style but very comfortable and clean. Economic recommended. 50 minutes from the Disney parks.

I stayed for a week. The coffee maker on the room was busted. It got replaced right away. The continental breakfast was small but had everything you would expect. It even had a waffle maker! They provided a mini fridge and a microwave. Both worked well. The only issue I had was the internet. It was slow enough that I had trouble streaming video via my cell phone unless I used data. Overall I got what I paid for. :)

Price was great for the room my wife and I got. Clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. The bar was a great place to grab some drinks and a quick bite to eat. We definitely will be coming back on our next vist!

It's a crack den and a hooker hotel. Don't stay here it's a huge rip off. Even the local police told me to find a better place to stay.

I stayed in this kip February last, I was appalled at the condition of the room, the carpet at the door was thread bare the door was rotting with rust, the tap on the wash basin was covered in soap and toothpaste, the floor in the bathroom seemed s though it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, I went to reception to find a lady complaining about bed bugs and a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower, when I walked in the guy at the desk very aggressively told her to get out, I told him about the tap and he said he’d have it sorted in the morning (I was only staying one night) when he sees the cleaning supervisor, the bed linen was old and thread bare and full of coverage burns and blood stains, I went down later to ask about Wi-Fi and the same lady was in again complaining about the new room he gave her, she said there was a dead cockroach on the microwave and she demanded her money back, he became extremely aggressive and shouted at her to get out? Her husband was outside on the car with 2 children and said they’d have to find somewhere else to stay at 10 pm.

Comfortable Beds, Rooms need update, Breakfast decent but needs updating, Friendly staff, Best Chicken Wings.

To start it off, as my friend & I arrived to our room the room door was open & there was a sign reading non-smoking but as we open the door it REEKED of long time cigarette smoke. As we were getting settled in for the night we saw a roach run across the night stand, I then started looking around and found about 20 under the mini fridge dead and alive and a few more in other spots and also a dead roach that was smashed on the side of the bed sheet. I then call guest services and they weren't concerned in the least bit that there were roaches in the room. I told him I want a refund because I knew if they were in that room they would also be in others. But he insisted that all he could do for me is relocate me to another room because he could not refund me until the manager gets there in the morning. It was very late at this time so we went to go check out the next room & immediately saw roaches in the room dead and alive. As we came back down to demand that he gives our money back there was ANOTHER guest complaining about roaches in their room. Not once did he apologize for this disgusting experience but seemed aggravated with time for wanting to leave. He gave me the managers card with his number on it and I will be calling to get a full refund! Worst experience I've ever had.

I booked this hotel due to the affordable price and the ability to bring a pet with no additional charge. Upon checking in, I come to learn the room is also a smoking room. My girlfriend has asthma. So I called the desk and they said that all their pet-rooms are smoking rooms. I told them it was unacceptable and they offered to cancel my reservation at no charge. Unfortunately, we were stuck having to stay there because we were in town for a vending event and finding out this situation last-minute left us with no other options, as all other pet-friendly hotels within a 30min drive were completely booked.

Decent value. Bathrooms and carpet are pretty dirty. Big rooms. Our neighbors were a bit noisy and the rooms have minimal soundproofing. The location has little within walking distance. The rooms are big anf the mattresses decent. Office people didnt answer the phone at night two different times that I called to complain about noise. When I went up they were outside smoking and dealt with the complaint but it was a hassle to go up there.

Many reviews for this hotel have been overwhelmingly negative. I stayed here only because I couldn't find accommodation in any other hotel. My stay has been surprisingly positive. The room was clean, bathroom was very well cleaned, toiletries were plenty and replenished promptly. I guess this is all that you would expect for this price, and you get it fully. The only downside is that the carpets were very old and felt a little sticky. Just wear your shoes, I guess… Would recommend.

The reception desk woman is very nice. Not the night shift mister, very unpolite, and not helpful at all. Wifi was not working for me and he was not even willing to help. Rooms are ok. Budget accommodation. Don't expect too much of the breakfast.

If you just need to spend the night and keep going thats the right place. Cant beat the price. Sheets are clean Decent shower Ac working Typical motel odour Sleep and go:)

Great price but still have a lot of upgrades to do. Needs to be brighter.

Our stay at America's Best Value Inn on 192 in West Melbourne, Florida was very enjoyable thanks to John Finch, the Bar Manager of AB's lounge inside the hotel. He is very accommodating to customer's needs, kept the evening playing poker Friday and Saturday night a lot of fun, lively, and with good spirit. Thanks again, John Finch, for making our stay there a great time, and we'll be back soon!

I am currently still there, however my review of this particular Americas Best is not good. I just came to Melbourne and have nowhere to go. Although the pricing is suitable the conditions of the room is horrible. For staters, lighting is this room is terrible, then, with the AC running the carpet goes from damp to wet throughout the room. Then I found foregin objects in the room, ie. Plastic removals from new clothings bought at a clothing store on the bathroom floor. Toe nail clippings on the floor near the bed, burned out lights in two light fixtures and lastly, the worse… in infiltration of ROACHES! Management was notified, however it appears that nothing was done!

Very good service commensurate with the price very close to all is a central place and work to be a hotel very cheap.

Dirty nasty roaches were crawling in my bed and customer service is nice and warm until you have an issue with the room then they flip out on you! It was just horrible room 139 needs a make over a paint job ashes were thumbed behind the night stand dirty bathroom door and walls and a sour smell in some of the rooms. If your living like that I guess you'll be ok with it smh. I did not want to give a rating but I had to hit at least one star or I would not be able to write this SMH.

This was not the cleanest hotel Ive stayed in, atleast the room that they put me in didnt have bed bugs like quite a few of the rooms NOW THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING STAYING AT THIS LOCATION, I WAS BASICALLY STRONGARMED AND ROBBED BY THIS HOTELS FRONT DESK STAFF, I MADE THE MISTAKE OF PAYING IN CASH AND THIS STAFF, TRINA, JACLYN AND FRANK, TOOK CASH PAYMENTS FROM ME AND TURNED AROUND AND deleted reciepts and altered computer records and when they realized that we were right about dates, amounts and double charges we were told to talk to the day shift the good old fashioned run around then when we tryand discuss this with day time staff we got disrespected and kicked out and bc we had paid up to the 28th and our reciepts clearly showed that but the reciept that they altered didnt, very unprofessional parasites that are in chrge of the cash and hosting, between Trina and Jacklyn I cant figure out who the bigger piece of feces is.

This location has a full diner and bar with reasonable prices. The bar area has 2 pool tables, darts, and poker table with free games on Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel rooms just have the basics and there's s small pool outside, and the prices are fairly low.

Prior to Hurricane Irma the staff of ABVI worked with the owner and guests to ensure no one was displaced during the storm. Closing was delayed until shelters were opened. For that we are all so grateful! Upon return after Irma, several. Staff members stepped up, above and beyond the call of duty. Apri, Jaclyn, Hailey, Dawn, & Diane held the place down, working double and triple shifts, forsaking sleep and giving 18 hrs a day to service an over booked motel. These ladies worked outside of their job descriptions pitching in where needed. I hope the owner of this ABVI recognizes the value of these ladies and rewards them for holding his business down. Thank you ladies… you do an amazing job!

Convient location for Space Center.

The bathroom floor was wet all of the time — our clothes were wet, not just damp — and they said "yes the rooms on that side have that problem" and yet they are still putting people on those rooms? The furniture/cabinet etc was disgusting — the tops were sticky from the dampness and I've never seen furniture in this condition in a hotel EVER. But the best part was the gum stuck on the headboard and wall — who knows how long it's been there… I showed a picture to the front desk woman as we were leaving. $30 would be too much for this place. $70 was pushing the envelope.

I arrived to my room at 3am for overnight sleep and the bed was all I was thinking about. King sized bed sounds nice right?! Well upon laying down the bedding seemed damp, and feeling wet. Ruined the experience of enjoying a king bed. The channel list seemed to repeat itself and the channel guide info was inaccurate. Different title to what movie was actually playing… and I saw a bug (>_

The room smelled good and looked okay upon entry. But there where cockroaches around the TV and sink and bathroom floor. The a walls in the bathroom where peeling and moldy. The beds where rock hard and when the covers where pulled back you could see missed trash under the beds. The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is because the pool and desk services where nice. The old lady in the breakfast area was rude as could be though.

I was able to stay 4 nights because of the rates here, compared to nearby hotels. The front desk staff was always very kind and helpful. The maid staff was kind and caring. I will definitely be back!

Stayed there for almost a week. The room rates we found online for Military were $51, but when we got there they said it was $57 and after taxes it was $67. We brought my 3 year old's service dog and the woman at the front desk gave us SO MANY ISSUES. We told her our dog was a service dog for my autistic son and she demanded to know his licence number. ADA Law for Service Animals says she is NOT allowed to ask that. She yelled at my husband saying they just had a meeting about it and by law you need the licence number and, I quote, "If I find out you are lying I will mark you as DO NOT RENT". So rude. We are NOT staying here again. Our AC was broken. The sink smelled of sewage. The microwave didn't work. The freezer did not get cold and all our frozen food (ice cream for my son) melted. They said they had Wi-Fi, but it only worked about 40% of the time and frequently cut out. We were constantly reconnecting. The advertised they had HBO and cable channels (cartoon network, food network, etc), but we only had channels 3, 4, 5, and 6. None of the others worked at all. They have a laminated sign at the front desk saying their TVs don't work. It didn't look like the rooms had been cleaned in a long while. The carpets were stained, needed vacuuming, and the toilet was nasty. I didn't want to sit down. Loud people were sitting outside their rooms or with their doors open, smoking, drinking beer, and shouting… at 4AM.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was good. Don't count on breakfast being great, but there are convenient options nearby. If I'm nitpicking, the windows were dirty. This was a nice experience. I'm satisfied with the value for my money.

Reasonable pricing with decent breakfast. Clean rooms with a staff who actually knows how to mind there business and not make you feel as if ur an irritation or inconvenience.

When we arrived the hotel had no water due to a city water water main break. The man at the desk (Rick) was great. Due to no other motel or hotel we decided to stay anyway. The maid service could have been better. With 3 people for two nights they should valve put in more towels and personal items like shampoo and soap. We did find little roaches under the cup holders on the sink and larger ones in the bathtub. The breakfast was good just slow.

When I walked into the room. I like the set up of the room. Bathroom clean & well stocked, amenities neatly displayed, beds have a very comfortable look with enough pillows on each bed. I enjoyed my stay.

Great friendly staff but, ROACHES! Horrible roach problem. I stayed here for business. Over the course of 6 weeks I repeatedly had maintenance come and spray but the problem was never resolved completely.

The staff were so nice. The rooms well you get what you oay for. Waffles wonderful!

I stayed there for 6 months and for the most part. Problems with the door key reader, and not being cleaned from time to time but what can you expect. The rates were raised twice within two months and not the greatest at notifying extended staying guests. DO NOT PUT DOWN A CASH DEPOSIT! The manager tried to tell me at first there was no deposit because I paid with a card, NOPE. I reserved the room with card and wanted to pay cash upon arrival and I was told if I was paying cash that a $100 deposit is needed. So I paid the 2 weeks and the deposit to the manager upon. Check in. I paid cash THE entire 6 months I never paid rent with a card EVER. So I go to get my deposit back and boom I was told that crap and when I told her all of that and stressed the fact that it was HER that checked me in and who took my deposit the 2nd thing I got was well your card was charged the depoait. Nope. A SO IT WENT from that I was never charged a deposit to now the deposit was charged to the card (I have all statements no such charge or hold ever existed because I PAID CASH! ) She doesn't know what she is doing. I have been given a run around for 3 weeks and when I stated I needed to talk to somebody else I was told she wasn't going to argue with me that, that is not what happened (she can't even get her story straigjt) and gave me an EMAIL as the only way to contact the owner. Now.

I don't know why people complain about this place a lot, I stayed there for 2 weeks on a work trip and it's a decent place, the lady on the cafeteria would always greet us with a nice attitude. It's ok for a 2* hotel.

Friendly staff who helped out when in a tight situation. Needed a room last minute at 7 am and they came through with a comfortable room and great happy hour at the bar.

By far the worst hotel on the planet. Awful breakfast (it's muffins and a waffle iron) and rude staff. Just spend some extra money and stay somewhere else.

We stayed in this hotel during a graduation. I was sooo embarrased that my family had to stay in such horrible conditions. There was mold abd nasty crud on the doors, bathroom sink, toilet and shower. I hardly wanted to eat or stay in the room because it turned my stomach. There were also roaches and the breakfast was literaly only waffles and juice. I didnt feel comfortable sleeping for fear of a roach crawling on me. The only plus was that it was in great location to the school I was graduating from. I dont know what rooms pictures they posted online but it wasnt anywhere near the room I stayed in. Never staying here again… ever… ever!
